i cant join in my old account

• Your Problem:hello guys i am trying to join in my old account but say pasword and username is incorrect i see on setings all paswords and i try again to join but say incorrect

hi there !

i dont think ur problem is something big,because its talked about acc ,and u jus need to makae sure that you are typing  the informations Correct.

or think if u have changed before Name Or Password of Account.

If not.

you have a chance to consult with Administrators,they can help u to get back ur old account,ofc if you're the leader of that acc.

atleast make sure to trun caps lock off or on how its ur pw.

 

i hope u will understand me,bc i dont have what to say about this.

better consult administrators,or make sure u have changed something before.

 

+ u can see in taht Screen "Forgotten Password" so u can press here and with the email that u opened that acc,u can get a new password of  account.

just needed gmail. Its simple !

Also! In case of wrong login informations, there's a button to the bottom right side of your screen that says "Forgotten your Password?"

With this way you will be able to add new password if it's been changed recently or into the past days(and you may forgot it)

However you can make a support ticket and admins will give you further informations to recover your account.!!!

P.S.: Also check if you have got Caps Lock on! Because to your second screen says that may caps lock is on.

if you want to back ur old account you will need to connect ur gmail or yahoo, and you will get ur account back, if you forget your gmail or yahoo, we will not can help you for back ur old account.

To recover your account you can search your yahoo or gmail mail, After this you will receive a verification code to your gmail or yahoo account, if this does not help you can talk to an administrator to change your account password!

Remember that you can only have one account per person

hey boy,here is talked about how to recover account if u have forgot the infos,its not ur job here to say to him if he have multi acc or smthg else...

i dont see that you are Administrator here !

we have administrators,so they can help him or tell him why he have 2 accounts
