Hello Dear!
You must connect using the internal ip, if you are using sv_lan 1, theoretically you could use the same account, does not matter, it dont use steamid this way.
If you already have 1, try to put it 0, since it will thrown that error connecting from the internet, even you, because it will fail to validade!

What The Steps To Do!
Then Go!
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yourAccount\dedicated server\cstrike
Right Click > New>New TextDocument > Name ""Steam_Appid"" open it put inside "10" close it save.

Hey to fix this problem you need to type "sv_lan 0" or close your wi-fi and open it again

Hello dear I think you played on cyber cafe if u played cybercafe so anyone join sv and u also join so 1 played said that

Sounds like problems with your internet connection. Do you have a router? If you do, are any of the other computers connected to the router suffering from the same problem?

You can try verifying game files by running the launcher as administrator and clicking on "Verify integrity of game files".
If that didn't help, then try to set "sv_lan 0" in the console. 
If this doesn't work as well then try deleting the game completely and install it once again.

Bro, This "Your SteamID is already in use on this server" Its Means You Already in The Server  ex:thomas(1) Or Someone Using Your Name is Inside The Server Just Retry With other Name 

And For This "STEAM validation rejected" Try Open Your CS File Location And Delete Name "steam_appid" And Then Try Join Server Again.

That is not true, that happens when u got an dynamic ip, so your ip is changing every time you restart your wifi/pc the first reply from that guy should help you!

this happen to you when you get lag, this mean you'r name Already in sv, so try so much to join and you will join to Server.

Dear anyone is a problem anyone pc or WiFi will be saved ip address then he have a problem he need to download C's warzone or I have a this problem also
