problem is not from server is from your net. ur net is so bad if you cs works in other server and this sever not thats mean problem from net (slow inter)

some servers have much plugins and much skins.... and that means you need good net for join that server. 12G or more.  alot of online customers give  high net to play and those servers.  like this 

that is bad one :)).

anyway type in your consol

cl_timeout 60  and u have this cl_allowdownload 1

and watch that video :

only founders can fix it, this is done by addons, and have access to ftp.
 its just a wrong configuration in  metamod plugin!

to solve this idle timeout just follow my stepts one by one .

1 - Open your console then write :

-cl_timeout 999999

-fs_lazy_precache 1

then join your server .

you need to write in console cl_timeout 999 

and when you join if he kicks you again try it , i hope it will work cuz i had this problem before

2. Write -fs_lazy_precache 1
3. -cl_timeout 999
4. retry to sv

This problem is from server. server addons. not just u have that problem all players have it and its can not be sloved only from server owner's who have ftp.

Your problem is because of the Internet, as you say: Idle Timeout. Or another solution might be because of the cs, some programs that block something that will not let you in, may be installed or mistakenly installed. Try one of these variants or look for tutorials on YouTube. Success!
