(.amxx > goes to cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins .sma > goes to cstrike/addons/amxmodx/scripting). Next find the plugins.ini file and then at the bottom, type in the plugin names e.g. pluginname.amxx. If this does not work then you need to contact the server manager to add the flag of these commands for your admin rank.
