Gabi Papi Posted June 22, 2018 Posted June 22, 2018 Try to start up the windows in safe mode by restarting your pc and then press F8 to enter Advanced startup options and select safe mode. Starting in safe mode prevents the blue screen,but this is NOT a fix. However once you are in safe mode look for any system/hardware updates your pc might be needing.
