This problem is from august or jully since valve update to cs 1.6 there is not fix for it until this day

You can remove your tag in game and s1 and s2 will be gone problem is related to the tag of the player

Hello If it only happens in this server, I'm pretty sure you can't solve it because it comes from this server 

or unbind,exec defaultcfg or simply unbind and set default binds.

dude if this problem in every server go to Options (setting) then to Keyboard then go to use Defaults click on it then chose "ok"

maybe your problem will solve.
