Hello speed,

This problem happens to me sometimes , and all you need to do to solve this problem is to follow my steps

• Go to your counter strike folder --> Cstrike 
• Place this video.reg there, LINK TO DOWNLOAD
• Then open" video.reg --> Click Run -->Click Yes  "and press OK!

That's it, after that you can launch your cs again and everything will be fine!

Hello dear speed
the problem you have is your pc since it does not support the resolution of the cs I recommend you reinstall it since the cs crashed.
when you have reinstalled it sets the lowest resolution so that your pc can hold it and functions

that probleam is maybe in you'r pc .. or you have a low video so you can do it from video softwhere and try to join agein..

or

as you see in video youtupe of speed or anther memmber ..
