Go to Computer> ( right click ) > Properties, you will see in the left top Device Manager, then expand display driver. Here you can see the driver, not all devices have the same product. After this, go to google and search the driver compatible with your model. After download it, go to Device manager> Display driver> right click on driver and then click update, you will se two methods, choose the second, Browse my computer for drivers, select the folder with the new downloaded driver. After all, go to CS and check if OpenGL available.

Hi there 

Just few simple steps !

  • Press Windows Key + R [RUN]
  • Type regedit , press enter 
  • Then Choose HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  • After that click on Software
  • You will see "Valve" folder , click on it 
  • After that choose Half-Life
  • and down you will find "CSStrike" Folder

then go to settings and choose Resolution's

hi first in your options 

you will go to video and you will find the Renderer (safe mode) 

for that you will see the weapon on left hand so you will have to do it (OpenGl)

If you found your CS Slow Then you must let it on Safe mode 

so for the screen you will press like what @OyaYansa said ;) And GL
