FoxFm is one of the most famous and po[CENSORED]r applications in the field of video downloading, you can use it completely free of charge in order to download videos from other video streaming platforms including Dailymotion or even through cloud services such as OneDrive etc. But if you are wondering how to use it It is very intuitive and simple as you just need to play the video in the background and copy the URL from the browser bar and paste it into the app for the video to download directly without any delay.

Among the advanced features included in the application is the feature of sharing files between social media platforms, and it is worth mentioning that it supports the MP4 format, which is the most important thing to ensure that the video is downloaded in high quality in terms of sound and image. The only downside is that the app only works on iPhones running iOS 12 or later, if all that wasn't enough for you then let me tell you that with the FoxFm app you will be able to convert video into audio clips to use as ringtones or the like, so In most cases, you may not need to download third-party software for this video editing only if you want to convert videos to audio clips.

Since the hugely successful launch of the Nintendo NES Classic Edition back in 2016, the retro games console has become a lucrative little side hustle for the big console manufacturers and smaller retro hardware companies; so much so that machines such as the SNES Classic Mini and Mega Drive Mini – which are both excellent – are now hard to get hold of without paying vastly inflated prices. Here, though, are six superb alternatives you can buy now without too much of a hunt or the need to take out a second mortgage.

Created by Akihiro Yokoi and Aki Maita in 1996, these keychain-sized gaming devices became an instant playground phenomenon, seeing millions of children neglect their real-life pets in favour of cleaning pixelated poop. Then, just as quickly as they arrived, these pocket playthings disappeared. While Nintendo channelled the Tamagotchi spirit into the hugely successful Nintendogs series, the rise of increasingly complex life sims, such as … well, The Sims, saw the pet and play genre die an untimely death – until now.

PUBG developer Krafton has sued Apple, Google, and the maker of what it says is a copycat PUBG for offering a "blatantly infringing mobile version of Battlegrounds."

As The Verge reports, the lawsuit filed on Jan. 10 alleges that in 2017 Apple and Google began selling Free Fire: Battlegrounds from Garena (later renamed Free Fire). Garena later released a separate app, Free Fire Max. Krafton argues that Garena’s games copy many aspects of PUBG, from the unique airplane drop-in at the start of each match and the game structure to the weapon and item selection and even the color schemes.

PUBG and Free Fire side-by-side comparisons

Even YouTube is getting drawn into this legal fight, as Krafton claims the video site “is hosting countless posts of Free Fire and Free Fire Max gameplay, many of which have been viewed hundreds of thousands of times, and in some cases more than a million times." They “feature numerous elements from Free Fire and Free Fire Max that infringe Battlegrounds.”

Krafton also takes issue with a feature-length Chinese film posted widely on YouTube that it claims is a “blatantly infringing live-action dramatization of Battleground.”

On Dec. 21, 2021, Krafton requested that Garena pull its games from Apple and Google’s app stores and that YouTube take down posts containing game footage with infringing elements, as well as the Chinese film. Krafton says Garena refused.

“Apple and Google fail to address legitimate claims of copyright infringement on their networks where they are indemnified by deep-pocketed co-infringers, like Garena," the lawsuit says. "This selective enforcement of copyright law renders Apple and Google liable for willful infringement.”

Data from Sensor Tower shows Free Fire earned $1.1 billion from in-game spending in 2021, The Verge reports.

This isn’t the first legal battle between Krafton and Garena. In 2017, the two sides settled a similar copycat case in Singapore, thought it did

not sign a licensing deal, the suit says.

  7. It takes a special kind of cynicism to assert that long-term planning must have primacy over short-term expediency while defending a policychoice that does the exact opposite. Rishi Sunak’s decision to postpone deadlines for the transition to low-carbon technology is the very definition of tactical partisanship trumping strategic statecraft. That the prime minister sought to present it otherwise in a televised address to the nation on Wednesday shows contempt for anyone who understands the urgency of the climate crisis.

The prime minister veils his ploy in economic terms. The claim is that measures designed to accelerate the switch to low-carbon technology – a ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles by 2030, for example, and a deadline for phasing out the installation of new gas boilers by 2035 – heap the cost of transition on consumers. Downing Street insists the commitment to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050 stands, but will be reached by “more proportionate” means.

The electoral calculation is that voters can be spooked by the retail price of electric vehicles and low-carbon heating solutions. A campaign can then be fought on the basis that Labour represents eco-fanatics who want to force drivers off the roads, while Tories represent hardworking folk in ordinary cars. The belief that this can work is derived, in part, from the Uxbridge byelection in July, when the plans of London’s Labour mayor for new charges on heavily polluting vehicles were weaponised in a campaign that kept the seat in Conservative hands.

  8. Specialist wildlife police  eastern Spain have rescued an exotic list of endangered animals over the past year, including a pair of Nile crocodiles, an African spurred tortoise weighing 25kg and a 2-metre Burmese python.

The Seprona division of the Guardia Civil said in a statement on Sunday that its officers recovered “numerous examples” of species protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora during 2023.

“The two Nile crocodiles, which each measured approximately 2 metres, were collected by officers from a private estate in El Moralet in Alicante province last August,” the statement said, adding that the owner did not have an import certificate or one for breeding in captivity .

At the end of 2023, a two-metre-long Burmese python was found in Alicante’s city centre. The African spurred tortoise, which weighed around 25kg, had been abandoned in the Sierra de Oltá mountains in Calpe,” it said.

Among the other animals Seprona confiscated were a burrowing parrot, which is native to Patagonia, and a Venezuelan blood-eared parakeet.

    A snake seized by Seprona

The rescued animals were taken to different rehabilitation centres, lodges and parks where specialists were able to evaluate their condition and provide the required treatment,” the statement said. “These facilities also offer the food, space and care needed to ensure each of the species can enjoy an optimal quality of life.”

The Guardia Civil has launched a number of investigations to find the owners and determine whether they had the necessary paperwork for the animals.

“If the owners cannot provide legitimate provenance or certificates permitting them to breed animals in captivity, they will face fines of up to €6,000 [£5,130] and could face charges relating to the protection of wild flora and fauna,” the statement said.

In March 2022, Seprona officers recovered dozens of exotic animals, including two caimans, three pythons, eight iguanas and 46 giant African snails, after discovering a private zoo on the Canary island of Gran Canaria.

Officers found 139 animals at the property, of which 118 were classed as invasive species and 21 as dangerous.

The Guardia Civil said in a statement at the time: “Among the species seized were a ball python, two Burmese pythons, a dwarf caiman, two bearded dragons, two Greek tortoises, 34 crayfish, a leopard gecko, 46 giant African snails, seven snakes, a bullfrog, a long-necked turtle, eight iguanas, a spectacled caiman, 23 red-eared terrapins, 13 blue-tongued skinks and three African spurred tortoises.”

Grand touring cars should look great, offer top-notch luxury, and provide incredible performance. The best grand tourers offer manual gearboxes and high-cylinder-count engines as well. The Aston Martin DBS shown here, and for sale now on Bring a Trailer (which like Car and Driver, is part of Hearst Autos), has all of the above.

Looks are subjective, but I would argue strongly in favor of the DBS as one of the most heart-wrenchingly beautiful cars in the modern age. The body lines flow smoothly from the iconic front end over squatting hips at the rear. The DBS looks akin to a jaguar waiting patiently in the weeds, ready to pounce.

By modern standards, of course the DBS falls behind. The car is over 10 years old, leading the infotainment to look a bit too much like your first flip phone. But infotainment isn't why you buy a rear-wheel-drive, six-speed GT car with a 5.9-liter V-12 ready to roar through its gears. Neither is the Aston Martin–branded umbrella, but it would be fun to show off at a Saturday Cars and Coffee.

    2009 aston martin dbs

The V-12 here may have 46,000 miles on the clock, and repairs probably run near the cost of a few vital organs, but this DBS does seem well cared for. Perhaps you recognize the DBS from Casino Royale, in which freshly minted Bond Daniel Craig flips his DBS so as not to run over his lady love. High mileage can be scary, especially with a supercar, but if it were my money, I'd take the risk.

We may have given the edge to a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano in a 2008 comparison test, but that was before I got here—and anyway, the author referred to the DBS as "mighty fine." Those sparkling words of praise, DIY shifting, and a raucous V-12 should convince any prospective bidders who are on the fence—assuming they can afford the six figures it is likely to go for. With six days left before bidding ends on Thursday, September 8, the high offer is at $80,000 and sure to go way up from there.

  10. Liverpool had spent 65 minutes fighting for every inch on the pitch against a determined Brighton, but then a perfect pass from Alexis Mac Allister found Mohamed Salah in yards of space. The forward soon had his arms outstretched as he and Anfield breathed a collective sigh of relief.

In a tight title race, being faultless in their final five home games looks like being a prerequisite if Liverpool, who are two points clear at the top of the table after Manchester City’s 0-0 draw with Arsenal, are to lift the Premier League trophy in May. Few will give them a tougher time than Brighton as Roberto De Zerbi did his utmost to show he has the tactical nous to be Jürgen Klopp’s successor.

It was the seventh time Liverpool have won from being behind this season, a sign of the squad’s strength of mentality. Although going behind early was a shock, after that it rarely looked in doubt where the points would end up at the full-time whistle.

When auditioning for a part it is always the aim to make a good early impression. De Zerbi’s side certainly did that in the second minute when Brighton turned defence into attack as Simon Adingra raced up the left wing, forcing Jarell Quansah to backtrack until the Brighton man reached the box. His cross, after being deflected by a defender, belatedly found its way to the former Manchester United striker Welbeck, who hit the ball with such power and accuracy that he may receive a late Olympics callup for the Team GB archery squad.

Adingra is another product of Brighton’s smart recruitment, signing him from Nordsjælland in 2022. He won the Africa Cup of Nations with Ivory Coast at the start of the year and is understandably full of confidence. He caused Conor Bradley plenty of problems and forced Mac Allister to pick up a booking for pulling him back when he realised immediately that he could not match him for pace, ensuring Liverpool were not in for an easy afternoon.

Danny Welbeck gives Brighton an early lead.

The shock of the opener was soon forgotten as the hosts dominated. Liverpool were sharp in attack, moving the ball quickly and Brighton struggled to cope with the pace. De Zerbi ensured his players were back in numbers and whenever a pass was made between those in red the recipient was quickly in the shadow of a blue and white shirt or two. Salah, making his first league start since New Year’s Day, had three clear chances to equalise but failed to find the target.

Although not accurate with his early shots, he did assist Díaz for the equaliser. The Egyptian beat Carlos Baleba to the ball on the edge of the box and headed a half‑cleared corner straight back over the defence’s head. There were a number of Liverpool players offside but Joël Veltman deflected the ball close enough to Díaz – who was onside anyway – to allow him to jab home from close range, aided by a Joël Veltman miscue. Lewis Dunk led the complaints to the referee, David Coote, but there was no cause for a reprieve.

Verbruggen’s legs, only to see the flag up for offside. It was an impressive spot from the assistant referee as replays showed a medal’s worth of distance between defender and attacker but these are the fine margins in which Liverpool are involved.

Mac Allister reminded Brighton what he had done for them by being cool in possession and helped to bring control to what was at times a frantic fixture. The Argentinian created the winner, his fifth assist in 24 Premier League appearances for Liverpool, through his speed of thought and accuracy with his pass in between two defenders to find Salah. For the forward it was a moment of redemption after falling short with his shots in the first half but few doubted the outcome when the opportunity presented itself.

When chasing the game Brighton forced Caoimhín Kelleher into a fine save from a Dunk header and Adam Lallana came off the bench to almost haunt his old club but dragged his shot wide, testing the nerves of those who used to adore him. It was a valiant defeat for Brighton and De Zerbi’s side showed through hard work, organisation and ability to counter that he is doing something right on the south coast. Whether he can step up to title challengers is yet to be seen.

Nothing will be easy for Liverpool for the remainder of the season because opponents are not here to write fairytales on Klopp’s behalf, although it looks like the ending will be more akin to a thriller.

  11. Lee Tilghman entered the online world in the early 2010s, with a healthy food blog she had started in college. Influencing was just becoming a thing. When she moved to Instagram, with the rest of her generation, in 2014, and featured one of her smoothie bowls, she gained 20,000 followers overnight. “Brands began reaching out to send me products,” she remembers now.

Two years later, she quit her nine-to-five and moved from Connecticut to Los Angeles. Within a year, she gained another 100,000 followers, an agency and manager. “I was earning upwards of $15,000 a post and working with major food and lifestyle brands who’d sell out of whatever I posted about.”

  12. Israel has given the UN a proposal to dismantle Unrwa, its relief agency in the Palestinian territories, and transfer its staff to a replacement agency to make large-scale food deliveries into Gaza, according to UN sources.

The proposal was presented late last week by the Israeli chief of the general staff, Lt Gen Herzi Halevi, to UN officials in Israel, who forwarded it to the organisation’s secretary general, António Guterres, on Saturday, sources familiar with the discussions said.

Unrwa was not involved in the talks as the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have been refusing to deal with it since last Monday, on the basis of claims, so far unproven, of affiliations of some of the agency’s staff with Hamas or Islamic Jihad.

Israel insists it is prepared to allow large amounts of aid into Gaza and that the limiting factor is UN capacity. Its decision not to cooperate with Unrwa severely affects that capacity.

Under the terms presented last week, 300 to 400 Unrwa staff would initially be transferred either to another UN agency, such as the World Food Programme (WFP), or to a new organisation specially created to distribute food aid in Gaza.

More Unrwa employees could be transferred in later stages and the agency’s assets would also be transferred. Details were vague of who would run any new agency under the scheme, or of who would provide security for its deliveries.

Unrwa, which has been supporting the Palestinian territories since 1950, has been shut out of conversations on its future existence despite being the largest humanitarian actor in the territory. “Unrwa has not been systematically privy to conversations related to coordinating humanitarian aid in Gaza,” said the organisation’s director of external relations, Tamara Alrifai.

Some UN officials see the Israeli plan as an attempt to portray the UN as unwilling to cooperate if there is famine in Gaza, which humanitarian organisations have warned is impending. On Thursday the international court of justice, which is examining genocide charges against Israel, ordered the Israeli government to take “all necessary and effective measures” to ensure the large-scale delivery of aid to Gaza “in full cooperation with the United Nations”.

Some inside the UN, other aid agencies and human rights groups also see the Israeli proposal as the culmination of a long Israeli

    campaign to destroy Unrwa.

Dead by Daylight is one of those perennially po[CENSORED]r games that rarely seems to make the news: probably because developer Behaviour Interactive got it more-or-less right and players love the game as it is. Nevertheless it remains constantly active with new DLC and promotions and now, roughly eight years after its initial release, has hit the considerable milestone of 50 million players.

The developer announced the news with a short gif that bounces off the double Spider-Man meme.

Dead by Daylight is great fun and surprisingly inventive, one of those games all-encompassing enough to become some folks' main poison. There's no shortage of paid DLC expanding its roster either, though the game sensibly allows all players to play alongside any DLC characters and maps, regardless of what they own.

The news of 50 million players came alongside the launch of a Kickstarter for a boardgame version of DBD: after only a few days it has already, unsurprisingly, sailed past its initial target of £190,000 and currently sits on just over £263,000.

The boardgame is being created by Level 99 Games, a company that's delivered dozens of past kickstarter projects, and is a 3-5 player asymmetrical experience patterned after DBD's core mechanics. So you have a bunch of survivors, who have challenges like turning generators back on, while a killer prowls around and tries to... well, kill them.

The below video gives a primer on the boardgame.

The boardgame also comes with a tie-in promotion for some currency in the videogame: enter the code DBDTHEBOARDGAME through the in-game store for 200,000 Bloodpoints.

It's funny how, since Left4Dead, there have been so many high-profile attempts at making asymmetrical monster-vs-human games the next big hit: it seems like only yesterday Back4Blood was the latest contender. Dead by Daylight wasn't a smash hit out of the gate but has quietly grown and grown over the years, and now looms large over the competition.

  14. How-many-updates-will-Samsungs-new-Galaxy-S23-receive.jpg?resize=1140,570

As impressive as the new Samsung Galaxy S23 range of smartphones is, the improvements over the Galaxy 22 series are mostly incremental. As a result, you might be thinking of sticking with your current handset or hoping to pick up a previous-generation phone at a deal price. This can be a savvy approach, but you should also consider how long Samsung will support your next phone. To this end, we’ve looked at how many software updates the Galaxy S23 will get.

Whichever phone in the Galaxy S23 range you go for, you’ll be treated to the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 software. Developed specifically for the latest Galaxy flagships, One UI 5.1 brings a host of new features, some of which are exclusive to the S23 series. It will get its first major update to Android 14 later this year, and that will be the first of four software updates to which Samsung has committed.

That will take the Galaxy S23 software updates through until 2027. Android 17, if that is how Google is still referring to its OS updates by that time, will be the final update that the Galaxy S23 phones receive in 2026.

If you choose to hold on to your handset for that long or you decide to pick one up at a discount in the coming months and years, then you can be reassured that it will also be protected. Samsung will provide five years of security patches to the S23 range. That means your smartphone will be secure until at least 2028, by which time you might well have your eye on the next cutting-edge flagship.

Samsung may have felt compelled to make these commitments — more than the minimum proposed by the EU — to keep up with its iOS rival. Apple doesn’t tend to make firm statements on how many updates each iteration of iPhone will receive, but it has regularly led the way in this regard. Past generations have regularly received at least six years of updates and sometimes up to eight years. Samsung’s commitment should reassure buyers who may be deciding whether to splash out on the Galaxy S23 now or wait for the iPhone 15 to arrive

  15. AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5000 'Chagall' Zen 3 HEDT CPUs Rumored For Launch in March 2022

AMD's Ryzen Threadripper 7000  CPU codenamed "Storm Peak" has appeared within the Einstein @Home database and features up to 64 Zen 4 cores, as discovered by Benchleaks.

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 "Storm Peak" CPU Spotted, Features 64 Cores & 128 Threads Based on 5nm Zen 4 Architecture
Within the database, there's a new entry submitted for a chip with the OPN Code "100-000000454-20_Y" and this chip falls in the "Family 25 Model 24 Stepping 1" which indicates that it is based on the Zen 4 core architecture. According to OPN code and the platform it was tested on, this appears to be the first entry of an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 CPU featuring the Zen 4 core architecture.and two monthly payment plans – "Create" for $9.99 and "Pro" for $23.99.

There are no specifications mentioned but the CPU is listed to feature 128 "Number of Processors". Going by previous entries, these appear to be the number of threads so the CPU actually features a total of 64 Zen 4 cores. Now, this is lower than the 96 cores featured on the EPYC Genoa chips. This might just be one of several variants but we can't point out for sure if the next-gen Threadripper's will be launching on the SP5/TR5 socket that Genoa and Bergamo utilize or the SP6 socket which is designed around EPYC Siena CPUs.

    AMD-Ryzen-Threadripper-7000-64-Core-Zen-4-Desktop-CPU-740x516.png

The AMD EPYC Siena CPUs are optimized around lower TCO & higher performance per watt and come in either 32 Core "Zen 4" or 64 Core "Zen 4C" flavors. But since this chip here features 64 cores and is also utilizing a 5nm node, it is unlikely to be an SP6 or Zen 4C design.

Once again, AMD will be branding their next-gen "Storm Peak" Ryzen Threadripper 7000 CPUs under the "PRO" moniker which means that DIY availability will be limited unless Intel manages to offer a market shift with their Xeon Workstation chips that also seem to be heading for launch next year.

    AMD-Ryzen-Desktop-CPU-Roadmap-2021-2024-740x416.png

Following is the list of desktop CPUs confirmed by AMD:

    • Ryzen 7000 'Raphael' (Zen 4) - 2022
    • Ryzen 7000X 'Raphael-X' (Zen 4 V-Cache) - 2023
    • Ryzen Threadripper 7000 (Zen 4) - 2023
    • Ryzen 8000 'Granite Ridge' (Zen 5) - 2024

The AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 Desktop CPUs are expected to launch next year and will utilize the 5nm process node

    finanzas_x2x.jpg_1080944225.jpg

The United States economy grew 2.1% in 2022, established by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), after the publication this Thursday of the final calculation on Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

He did not change the organism, therefore, the estimated growth of last year, although it did reduce that of the fourth year by one tenth compared to the third, from the estimated 0.7 to the confirmed 0.6.

It also modified its estimate of the annual growth rate in the fourth quarter, which it placed at 2.6, one tenth less than what was calculated in the second estimate and three tenths less than the initial figure calculated, a revision that reflects "revisions to the drop in exports and consumer spending," says the BEA.

He makes three estimates of GDP and the one published this Thursday is the definitive one.

These data are given, recalls the BEA, in a context of "moderate inflation, low unemployment, continued uncertainties in the supply chain and rising interest rates."

Although with growth much lower than that registered in 2021 (5.9%), the United States thus closes the year with 2.1% annual growth and leaves behind, for the moment, the fear of a recession.

Chevrolet increased pricing on the Bolt EV and EUV by $900 and $600 respectively.
The midyear price increases come mere months after Chevy dropped Bolt EV and EUV prices by $5900 and $6300 in June, making them the cheapest EVs in the United States for 2023.
It's a shame Bolt prices are trending upward once more, but both vehicles remain enticing with the massive price cut in June, and with both vehicles qualifying for the full $7500 tax credit for EVs until at least March.
Decision making can be tough, but it is still odd that after deciding in June it would dramatically reduce pricing for the Bolt EV and EUV—cutting them by roughly $6000 each—Chevrolet would decide barely six months later on a midyear price increase. Granted, the increases are small: the Bolt EV is going up by $900, to $27,495, and the EUV's price is increasing by $600, to $28,795.

According to a statement by a Chevy representative, "Due to ongoing industry-related pricing pressures, the Chevy Bolt EV and EUV will see modest price increases starting in 2023, but we expect it to remain America's most affordable EV. Chevrolet remains committed in its long-standing role to provide true value. We expect to continue building the record sales momentum we saw in 2022."

  18. Easter is perhaps the only traditional meal for which I’m happy to let one dish dominate. Normally, I’m all about the spread: a table full of food where all sorts – meat and veg, salad and fish – sit side by side as equals. There is something about a shoulder of lamb, though, packed full of flavour and cooked slowly until it’s more or less falling apart, that’s so symbolically tied up with both the season and the occasion that it turns me into a meat-and-two-veg sort of cook. Well, maybe a few more than two, but still, there’s a lot of space on the table reserved for the centrepiece.

There’s minimum effort and maximum flavour in this traybake main. If you have the time, leave the lamb to marinate overnight, because the flavours will only improve.

  19. More than 450 queer artists, individuals and organisations have called on the UK’s Eurovision contestant, Olly Alexander, to boycott this year’s competition in solidarity with Palestine.

The actor Maxine Peake and the novelist and playwright Sarah Schulman are among the signatories of the open letter calling on the singer to withdraw from the contest in May due to the conflict in Gaza.

The letter, posted on Instagram by Queers for Palestine, read: “We share the vision of queer joy and abundance you’ve offered through your music, and share your belief in collective liberation for all. In this spirit, we ask you to heed the Palestinian call to withdraw from Eurovision … There can be no party with a state committing apartheid and genocide

  20. A non-profit organization said Thursday that it sued the US National Park Service over a plan to remove Puerto Rico’s famous stray cats from a historic district in the US territory.

The lawsuit filed by Maryland-based Alley Cat Allies comes four months after the federal agency announced it would contract an animal welfare organization to remove an estimated 200 cats that live in an area surrounding a historic seaside fortress in Old San Juan.

  21. Leicester have sacked their women’s team manager, Willie Kirk, after an investigation into an alleged relationship with a player.

The WSL club said he “was determined to have breached the team’s code of conduct to a degree that makes his position untenable”.

The Guardian revealed on 8 March that Kirk had been suspended

The manager was then absent from the team’s 2-0 defeat of Liverpool, which earned them a place in the FA Cup semi-finals, where they will play Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 14 April, with Jennifer Foster in charge, supported by first-team coach Stephen Kirby.

They have since lost the two league games they have played, a 1-0 defeat to Tottenham and 3-2 loss against Brighton.
