A man receives a phone call from his doctor. 
Un hombre recibe una llamada de su doctor. 

The doctor says, "I have some good news and some bad news." 
El doctor dice tengo buenas y malas noticias. 

The man says, "OK, give me the good news first." 
El hombre dice, "Ok, dame primero las buenas". 

The doctor says, "The good news is, you have 24 hours to live." 
El doctor dice, "La buena noticia es que tienes 24 horas de vida" 

The man replies, "Oh no! If that's the good news, then what's the bad news?" 
El hombre contesta, "¡Oh no! Si esta es la buena noticia, ¿entonces cuál es la mala? 

The doctor says, "The bad news is, I forgot to call you yesterday." 
El doctor dice, "La mala noticia es, que olvidé llamarte ayer"
