  4. Hello everyone and welcome to CsBlackDevil.Com Software Today's News! Read up Next: Microsoft released Windows 10 Preview Build 18985 to Fast ring members of the Windows Insider Program yesterday, and the primary change is a simplified Bluetooth pairing experience that's supposed to make establishing a connection between a PC and nearby wireless devices even faster. This new process was built upon the Swift Pair feature that debuted in the Windows 10 April 2018 Update. That feature made it easier to get into the relevant part of the Settings app by displaying a notification whenever a nearby Bluetooth device was ready to pair. The feature was restricted to specific devices, but Microsoft said at the time that it was "looking to standardize this in the long term," which would open it up to more device manufacturers. The company said it made the following changes to the Bluetooth pairing experience in Preview Build 18985: Pairing is all done in notifications now. You don’t need to go to the Settings app anymore to finish pairing. For faster pairing time, we improved the UI by showing one less notification. We added a Dismiss button to the first notification to give you more control while using Swift Pair. To make the notification more helpful, now we show the device name and category when we can. Microsoft said those changes are currently available to 50% of Windows Insider Program members who install Preview Build 18985. It's also restricted to its Surface mice, keyboard and headset as well as the Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse and Microsoft Arc Mouse. Preview Build 18985 also offers a new Settings page that collects optional updates (which includes "drivers, feature updates and monthly non-security quality updates") and updates to the Snip & Sketch app as well as the usual mix of miscellaneous improvements. Microsoft also acknowledged several known issues, including a long-running problem with certain anti-cheat software and numerous problems involving Windows Mixed Reality.

  6. Hello Ladies And Gentlemen; Welcome To CsBlackDevil.Com Daily News! Read Up Next: Boris Johnson has been backed into a corner over Brexit. Partly through his own missteps, partly from the growing opposition to his "do-or-die" Brexit plan, Johnson is a man for whom the losses are piling up, while the UK is a country running out of time. All of the remaining Brexit options facing Johnson -- and to a larger extent the UK -- lead to one place: An early election. The only real question is whether it happens before or after Brexit. Whenever it happens, the next election will be vicious, nasty and personal. "For many Conservatives, (opposition leader) Jeremy Corbyn embodies the very politics that they most loathe, while in Corbyn's Labour Party, Boris embodies the out-of-touch privileged elite," explains Matthew Goodwin, Professor of Politics at the University of Kent. "When there's so much to play for, it's impossible to see how it can't get very personal." Here's where things currently stand. A couple of weeks ago, Johnson asked the Queen to suspend Parliament, ostensibly to restart the parliamentary session and return with a fresh legislative agenda. It was merely a coincidence, of course, that many lawmakers were also agitating to close down the option of a no-deal Brexit on October 31. But before the suspension took effect, a majority of lawmakers conspired to seize control of parliamentary business and passed legislation that, in theory, forces his government to request a Brexit extension from the European Union if it fails to negotiate a deal. So even if Johnson's real intent had been to shut down that effort, it didn't work. And to make things worse, the UK's highest court spent this week hearing evidence alleging that Johnson misled the Queen over his motives for suspending the UK's legislative body. The outcome of this case comes early next week, but in some respects, it doesn't matter a huge amount. Whether Parliament is forced to return early or not, the political reality of Brexit will collide with Johnson soon enough. And given the lack of a majority for anything, an election would be the only way to fix it. Why will it be so vicious? The political atmosphere in the UK is more hostile than it's been in decades. Corbyn and Johnson are not only miles apart in terms of their politics, their parties also hold one other in open contempt. Here's how one Conservative source spells out the likely attack lines the party will run on Corbyn. There's his past association with alleged anti-Semites; his support for a second Brexit referendum but his decision to remain neutral in any campaign; his record on national security and whether he could be trusted to protect the nation; and as the source puts it, unkindly but revealingly, his "generic weirdness." "He's just an easy target, isn't he? Anything you say about him being hard left or confused on Brexit or dodgy associations has the added benefit of being true," the source says. "Like Trump, there's always a tweet." Corbyn's supporters, meanwhile, point to Johnson's privileged background, which they believe makes him blind to the effect of his policies on people who don't come from the same walk of life as him. Early in his bid to lead the country, for example, Johnson boasted that no politician had defended bankers as much as he did. "I defended them day in, day out." Corbyn's aides point to Johnson's readiness to conclude a quick trade deal with US President Donald Trump. Such a deal, they argue, would require the UK to dilute its standards for food imports, and to open up parts of the National Health Service (NHS) to American commercial interests. While Johnson flatly denies that the NHS would be on the table in trade talks with the US, it's a powerful line of attack. As the UK's former Conservative finance minister, Nigel Lawson, once put it: "The NHS is the closest thing the English people have to a religion." More urgently, Labour strategists point to Johnson's willingness to leave the EU without a negotiated deal. Corbyn was instrumental in the parliamentary plan to avoid a chaotic exit that the government's own research could lead to food and medicine shortages. If Labour wanted to run an attack along the lines of Johnson being willing to play politics with the health and well-being of British families, it would be very powerful. And it's a message that Labour aides are privately saying will be a feature of the election campaign. What's unique about the current political climate is that the two main political behemoths are being squeezed by smaller parties on the fringes of the Brexit debate. First, the Liberal Democrats, who last week vowed to cancel Brexit altogether if they won a majority at a general election. "There is no Brexit that will be good for our country," said leader Jo Swinson at the party's annual conference. She pointed to the economic harm that Brexit will exact on poorer communities and the damage it would do to people in need of urgent healthcare. Given that the Brexit vote was won on a narrow 52%-48% mandate, a party willing to stop Brexit in its tracks is set up to be successful. Successful enough, as it happens, that the Lib Dems finished in second place at the UK's most recent national vote -- the elections to the European Parliament. And in first place? The Brexit party. Nigel Farage's new political movement is campaigning on a ticket to not just leave the EU, but to leave without a deal. The potency of its message presents a terrifying prospect for both Labour and the Conservatives. Many Labour MPs represent areas of the country that voted strongly in favour of leave. The Brexit party says that Brexit has exposed Labour as a party that has disdain for its voters. "It thinks they are thick, old and it doesn't really want them any more," says a Brexit party spokesman. On Johnson and the Conservatives, the party's job is even easier. "Boris said he would rather be 'dead in a ditch' than ask for an extension," the spokesman explains. "He's dug that ditch himself, and if we've not left the EU on October 31, we'll gladly push him in it." So, the election will be horrible, deeply personal and divisive. But where will it all end up "There's no agreement (among pollsters) on how each party is doing, so we don't really know what the starting point of this election campaign is," says Will Jennings, professor of politics at Southampton University. While it's unlikely that the Lib Dems or the Brexit party would ultimately win a general election, Jennings believes that there would be a repeat of the dynamics that played out in the European elections. Because of the UK's peculiar electoral system, that points to no single party winning a majority. That will lead each faction to claim that it has the democratic mandate to push ahead with the most extreme version of whatever its election manifesto promised. So, after an inevitable election, a brutal campaign, a country more divided than ever and a government with little-to-no clear mandate, where, after all this, will Brexit end up? A bigger mess than it is today, is the most likely answer. Read Up Next!: Daily Detailed Weather ForeCast For Saturday 21/09/2019!!! 10. Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome in CsBlackDevil.Com Today's News! Read Up Next! The political deadlock in Israel showed no signs of abating Thursday, as the country's leaders warned of the possibility of a third election, with neither Benjamin Netanyahu nor Benny Gantz appearing to have a clear path to forming a coalition. Gantz, the leader of the Blue and White party, declared victory, arguing his party was on track to becoming the largest in the Knesset. "We have 33 seats and Netanyahu could not get his bloc," said Gantz in Tel Aviv, speaking before a faction meeting of his party. "Therefore, Blue and White, headed by me, won the election." But his likely center-left coalition partners, combined with the Arab Joint List, still fall short of the 61 seats needed to govern, setting up the possibility that -- once again -- Gantz declared victory too early. In April's election, shortly after the first exit poll was released, Gantz stepped on stage and announced he had won, only to find out that his declaration was premature. The exit poll was completely wrong. Echoing his calls from the campaign trail, Gantz called for a unity government, saying he wished to bring his Blue and White together with Likud, but without Netanyahu, as ongoing criminal corruption probes hang over the long-time Israeli leader -- allegations he denies. Meanwhile, Netanyahu, although not declaring victory outright, said he would be the leader of a unity government, inviting Gantz to meet with him to begin discussions. "Now, I am calling on you, member of Knesset Benny Gantz: Benny, it's upon us to form a wide unity government even today. The country expects of us, from the two of us, that we assume responsibility and that we will work together," Netanyahu said in a video statement earlier Thursday. No clear end in sight The 69-year-old Israeli leader spent the entire campaign tarring Gantz as a weak leftist, but without a governing coalition of his own, Netanyahu has few choices but to turn to Gantz for support. Although projections show Netanyahu one or two seats behind Gantz, Netanyahu united the ultra-Orthodox and religious Zionist parties under his leadership, attempting to position himself as the political leader with the most unified support. But his prospects for reaching the 61 seats necessary to form a government were no better than Gantz's. With neither side showing any willingness to give ground, there seems no clear end in sight to the political deadlock. "One person is preventing the formation of a liberal unity government. One person," said Yair Lapid, co-leader of the Blue and White party, in reference to Netanyahu. "When faced with the choice between what's important for the country and what's important for one person, the country comes first," he said. Forty-eight hours after the second election in five months, the country's leaders already began warning about the possibility of a third election. "I will do everything I can to prevent another general election," said President Reuven Rivlin, who has the job of appointing a political leader to form a government. "But the responsibility for this, as well as the responsibility for forming a government that serves all the citizens of Israel with the dedication it deserves, is yours," said Rivlin Thursday morning, addressing Netanyahu and Gantz at a ceremony in memory of former Prime Minister Shimon Peres. "Our current situation, which has gone on for a long time, with a transition government, grievously limits the ability of the government to act and to serve the citizens of Israel, and our ability to face the political, security and economic challenges we face," warned Rivlin. Benjamin Netanyahu addresses his supporters at the Likud Party headquarters after elections in Tel Aviv. Netanyahu said a unity government could be formed "even today," while his outreach to Gantz shifted the pressure to his political rival to respond. In the event of a third election -- a scenario that seemed nearly impossible scenario earlier this week -- Netanyahu already appeared to say it would be Gantz's fault if the country heads back to the polls. Former Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman, whose Yisrael Beiteinu party is poised to be the kingmaker in these elections, attacked Netanyahu's statements as "spin." "Now that the results of the election are starting to become clear, Netanyahu is working quickly on his new spin, that will lead Israel to an additional round of elections in order to bring 61 seats to his dream government," said Liberman in a statement on his Facebook page. "Netanyahu, who is unwilling to accept the voters' decision and admit his failure, clung to the horns of the altar and is trying to produce a reality where supposedly 'Likud' won the elections, called for unity government, and it was Gantz and Liberman who failed." 13. Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome Once again To CsBlackDevil.Com Daily News Read Up Next Iran's foreign minister has raised the specter of "all-out war" in the event of US or Saudi military strikes and that Saudi Arabia would have to fight "to the last American soldier." Javad Zarif told CNN that Iran hoped to avoid conflict, adding that the country was willing to talk to its regional rivals Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. But the possibility of a return to negotiations with the US, however, would not happen unless Washington provided full sanctions relief as promised under the 2015 nuclear deal, Tehran's top diplomat said. He again denied Tehran's involvement in weekend attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil facilities, which dramatically ratcheted up tensions in the region this week. Zarif said Yemen's Iranian-backed Houthi rebels, who claimed responsibility for the attack, have stepped up their military capabilities and are capable of conducting a sophisticated operation such as the one that knocked out half of the kingdom's energy production. Probed further, however, Zarif was unable to provide proof that Houthis launched the drones and missiles. "I cannot have any confidence that they did it because we just heard their statement," said Zarif. "I know that we didn't do it. I know that the Houthis made a statement that they did it." US and Saudi officials have repeatedly dismissed Houthi claims of responsibility in the weekend attacks. Instead, they have highlighted Iran's alleged involvement in the incident. At a news conference on Wednesday, Saudi Ministry of Defense spokesman Turki al-Malki said weapons that missed their targets were found to be Iranian-made. He also said that investigations revealed that the drones and missiles were likely launched from the north of the kingdom, and not from the direction of Yemen, which lies southwest of the country. Iran's top diplomat said Tehran would not start discussions with the Trump administration before full sanctions relief. War drums have become louder since the attack. US President Donald Trump has called on Pentagon officials to plan potential responses. He tweeted that the US was "locked and loaded" but was waiting for Saudi Arabia's rulers to decide on a path forward. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who was the first official to name Iran as the culprit, is in the Persian Gulf visiting Saudi and Emirati leaders. Asked what the consequence of a US or Saudi military strike on Iran would be, Zarif said: "All-out war." "I make a very serious statement about defending our country. I am making a very serious statement that we don't want to engage in a military confrontation," said Zarif. He added that a military response based on "deception" about the weekend attacks would cause "a lot of casualties." "But we won't blink to defend our territory," he said. Returning to the negotiating table In the interview, Zarif dismissed the possibility of negotiating with the Trump administration, unless the US were to give Iran the full sanctions relief promised under the nuclear deal. Trump pulled out of the nuclear deal, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), in May 2018. He has since imposed more than 1,000 individual sanctions on Tehran, which culminated with an oil embargo this May. Zarif himself is also sanctioned. "(The JCPOA) is an agreement that we reached with the United States. Why should we renegotiate? Why should we start something else which may again be invalid in a year and a half," said Zarif. Sanctions relief, however, could change Tehran's calculations, opening the possibility for talks. "If they lift the sanctions that they re-imposed illegally then that's a different situation," said Zarif. "Then we would consider (talks)." US sanctions have crippled Iran's economy, causing the currency to plummet and prices to soar. The economy has contracted and food and medical shortages are rampant. "They've done whatever they could and they haven't been able to bring us to our knees," said Zarif. Zarif is set to accompany President Hassan Rouhani on a visit to the United Nations General Assembly in New York later this month. Rouhani, however, has said that he may cancel his appearance if visas for his delegation are not issued imminently. "(The US) haven't issued visas for the advanced team of our President. That makes it very difficult for him to go," said Zarif. Asked if time has already run out, he added: "Well I am not saying too late but it is very near too late." Earlier this year, Zarif announced a shock resignation that he quickly walked back on. In the interview, the Iranian top diplomat said the incident was not "personal" and that he rescinded his resignation when he was "publicly assured" that he was still "in charge" of the country's foreign policy. Iran's top diplomat -- who spent several years in the United States as a student and later as UN ambassador -- said he misses little about the country that now has him on its sanctions list. But he says he longs for the days of "rational" policymaking. "What I miss is rationality. What I miss is prudence. I think the US deserves to be more rational," said Zarif. 19. Hello Ladies And Gentlemen! Welcome in CsBlackDevil.Com Today's News.! Read Up Next A volcanic eruption thousands of miles away could be making sunrises and sunsets more colorful, according to researchers at University of Colorado Boulder. A team at the school noticed that over the summer, sunrises and sunsets have had more of a purple color to them. They sent up a high-altitude balloon to collect samples of particles in the Earth's stratosphere, according to a news release from the school last week. "These particles, or aerosols, scatter sunlight as it passes through the air, which in combination with the absorption of light by the ozone layer, gives sunrises and sunsets that purple tint," the release says. On June 22, the Russian volcano called Raikoke erupted, sending ash and volcanic gases from its 700-meter-wide crater up into the atmosphere. The eruption was so big it could be seen by astronauts on the International Space Station, NASA said in a statement. In a normal, non-volcanic sunset, light from the sun has to travel through a significant amount of Earth's atmosphere, and blue light scatters off of aerosols it encounters. This means less blue light reaches our eyes from directions near the sun, causing the skies to appear orange and red. When volcanic aerosols are present in the stratosphere, blue light scattered from aerosols closer to the Earth's surface can scatter again, this time toward our eyes and cameras. This blue light mixes with the red light already coming from the sun, giving a the sky a purple color. Lars Kalnajs, a research associate in the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics at the school, led the project and said this eruption is no cause for concern, but warns that we need to prepare for a bigger one. "A really big eruption would have a major impact on humanity," Kalnajs said in the news release. He cites an eruption on Mount Tambora in 1815 that led to a "year without a summer" due to ash and volcanic material lingering in the atmosphere. "There were crop failures all over the world, and there was ice in rivers in Pennsylvania that didn't melt until June," said Kalnajs. That is one reason why his team is conducting research after the Raikoke eruption. Preliminary data collected so far shows that some aerosol layers in the stratosphere were 20 times thicker than normal in the wake of the eruption, according to news release. "It makes you realize that you don't have to put a whole lot of aerosols into the stratosphere to change its composition," Kalnajs said. "This was a relatively small volcanic eruption, but it was enough to impact most of the northern hemisphere." The group's research is slated to be published later this year.
