Windows XP va avea mari probleme de securitate dupa 8 aprilie Dupa ce Microsoft sisteaza serviciile de suport, astfel ca utilizatorii nu vor mai primi update-uri de securitate pentru Windows XP, iar hackerii vor putea sa te taxeze cu fiecare ocazie, astfel ca nu va fi deloc practic sa pastrezi vechiul sistem de operare. Daca nu ai avut pana acum mari probleme cu malware-ul, nu trebuie sa te astepti ca si pe viitor sa fie la fel. Cata vreme esti conectat la Internet. poti fi lovit oricand. Iar Windows XP va fi extrem de vulnerabil. Grija mare la platile online. Windows XP este un sistem de operare cu o vechime de 13 ani, lansat in 2001, care a intrat insa in proiectare pe la mijlocul anilor ’90, ceea ce il face inadaptabil si ineficient mediului online de astazi. Incetarea suportului pentru XP inseamna ca Microsoft nu va mai acoperi bresele de securitate aparute, pe care hackerii le vor putea exploata pentru a infecta cu virusi PC-urile sau chiar sustrage date confidentiale din companii. Windows 8.1 are un nivel de securitate de 21 de ori mai mare decat XP, fiind un sistem de operare modern, de ultima generatie, creat pentru a oferi siguranta, eficienta si durabilitate. Un alt avantaj important il reprezinta suportul asigurat pentru urmatorii 10 ani. 5. Nu vei mai gasi drivere pentru noile gadgeturi Daca iti cumperi un webcam nou sau o imprimanta, e posibil sa nu gasesti drivere pentru ele. Deja de ceva timp acesta este un subiect sensibil. E neplacut sa dai banii pe un gadget si apoi sa te trezesti ca nu poate fi folosit, ori sa alegi un produs nu dupa specificatiile dorite, ci dupa acea precizare care spune ca poate fi folosit si cu XP. Vechiul Windows te limiteaza si software, si hardware. Costurile trecerii la Windows 8 nu sunt atat de mari pe cat se crede Daca inca folosesti Windows XP, sa il schimbi cu Windows 8 nu inseamna neaparat sa-ti golesti portofelul. E un upgrade care de mult timp asteapta la rand, iar companiile din tehnologie au cateva oferte avantajoase.
