Empathy is a special utility allowing you to password-protect any executable file. Empathy can modify an EXE file so that it will require a password to run. Only a person knowing the password will be allowed to run the protected program. To run another instance of Skype on Windows desktop: Press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard at the same time. In the Run window, type %programfiles(x86)%/skype/phone/ and click OK. If you get an error, try again but this time type %programfiles%/skype/phone/ in the Run window. Right-click the Skype.exe file and select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut). Find the shortcut you just created on your desktop, then right-click it and select Properties. On the Shortcut tab, in the Target field add /secondary to the end of the path. Hi.! These are the things which don't work anymore which should be fixed. 1; Lock topics... I am able to lock the topics via multiple ways but this feature don't work. } I must lock topic again since this checkbox don't work. 2; Anonymous login don't work either I am able to check but this feature itself still don't work. However, it partially work for some people who are in the group "Members". I have tried multiple ways to make this work. Different browsers, with enabled or disabled applications like firewall/antivirus etc, safe mode, without safe mode. Different computer, virtualbox and so on.

This works and tested with Windows 10 (All versions) This might work for windows 7, 8, 8.1 Press Windows + R and type netplwiz then Press OK Uncheck "Users must enter a username.. etc" You might be prompted to type your username and password (once) for verification. After that, press Apply and then OK. DONE! Restart your computer to see instant results.
