    many exploids floods your server in different ways. There must be a file that causes the problem. Try to list files from modification date and then try to find a file that you are sure you havent uploaded. Otherwise your server is getting ddos on your whole VPS which causes bad system function and cannot read files properly. !! ps:i can say mybe this problem from dproto system i think you must uptade or change it !
