who can use multi CS in csbd servers without same steam ?

Mate hello.
As you know me , im a Scanner of GameTracker.rs and i Scan some servers , see now. What are the bad of MultiCs.
It's a command that i see the server , and the ips of the server if they pass more than 3 the server takes report and soon or later takes Banned. What i would suggest is , don't use MultiCs you wanna be sure that you manage a server ? Do it with players and boost. Nobody is so smart to fullfill a server for 2 days , wait a month , wait two. I managed for a long time , what i did to win players i was just like them a player. -
hello i of coures respect your words but i some times use multis cs without steam how about same ip it not problem i asked admin in game tracker just multi cs what differeint of multi cs and same ip
the differeint it same steam i could fixed this problem i use multi cs without same steam and gmt cant discover that so i can boot any server for 3 player but i dont have time and i dont care for that
