We already do this. At least some of the Managers take the time to teach and monitor Admins. For example when i Accept an Admin Request from someone i take the resopsibilty to teach him some basic stuff and if he needs help with anything else. We also have this topic on the Forum wich is really helpful for Begginer Admins and even Admins with some experience--> https://csblackdevil.com/forums/topic/425365-a-guide-for-new-admins/ , also we have the Tutorials section: https://csblackdevil.com/forums/forum/16207-tutorials/ , wich shows and guides how to use and do commands/record demos/check ips and etc.. This is great and all but in the end it all comes down to that individual Admin(NEW) if he is willing to learn or not, if the Admin is not willing to learn then you can teach him for eternity and still get no results. As for the Probation Period im Pro for that suggestion. NOTE:Admins are also Players who wish to enjoy the Game and thats perfectly fine,but Admins who abstrain them selfs of their duties all the time will be revoked.

@VollmeR abided by the Rules and did the correct thing to do. @ThheIncredibleHulk we understood your problem regarding that being your wrok PC and that binds don't work. From now if your binds don't Work again please use the console commands(+attack +left +forward) if you wish to Stay AFK. Solved T/C

I understood your part of the problem but as it seems i cant help you much since its your work thing,or you can use the console command to do it. Afks without AA are not allowed when Server is full,because Players who actually want to play are trying to join so we open room by kicking an AFK. Its nothing personal againts you, this is for everyone who doesnt have the Bind Enabled. When you fix your problem with the Binds you can stay afk as much as you like or again use the console commands, we appriciate that.( Maximum 8 hours then you have to leave wait 4-5 minutes and rejoin back) This accounts for all Admins. And for Players when server is 32/32

You need at least 1-2 Weeks of Play time before making an Admin Request. And also you need to read the Player and Admin Rules first, you haven't read them because they Key on your post is Wrong. You have a good start in Activity but make a request again in 7 days. Rejected.

Contra for now. You need 1-2 weeks constant play time and you only have 3 days.Improve that and make a request again. You should have been playing on this server for the last 1-2 weeks consistently.(PLAYING. NOT AFK)
