More than 200 houses in the Australian city of Rockhampton have been flooded after a river reached its flood peak, authorities say. The Fitzroy River rose to 8.75m (29ft) in the central Queensland city on Thursday. It comes nine days after Cyclone Debbie made landfall in northern Queensland, causing floods along a 1,200km (745 miles) stretch of coast. Authorities said Rockhampton would face a "major flood" for at least a day. "This body of water is incredible," Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said. Despite temporary levees being installed, floodwaters hit many buildings and forced roads and an airport to close. Mr Williams, chair of the local disaster management committee, said it could take businesses up to two years to recover. "I think it will be the nail in the coffin for a lot of businesses," he told Seven News. Cyclone Debbie pounded Australia's east coast as a category four system before causing torrential rain as a tropical storm. The Insurance Council of Australia has estimated the damage bill could reach A$1bn ($770m). Why has the flood peak taken so long? Rockhampton sits near the mouth of the Fitzroy River, which draws water from a catchment twice the size of Tasmania. The peak came so long after Cyclone Debbie because the catchment is upstream, said civil engineer Dr David Callaghan from the University of Queensland. "The reason for this delay is that it is a large catchment," he told the BBC. "It takes time for water in a large area of that total catchment to all arrive at once to any particular location along the river."

Perhaps, the server has too many entityes. if, it might be that few maps and the server load too many entitiyes and your pc / counter strike can not handle it . Another reason might be from the server. try talking to the, managers. it may occur be cause, of faulty 3rd party plugins too.. you often overflow if, your pc can not handle multiple procceses at a time. like , you're playing counter strike 1.6. meanwhile, your internet might not be the best of the best. and you also run youtube , facebook , soundcloud , other games . and it all piles up ! the more stuff you do, the harder it gets for your computer to process . if many players may be receiving this , that means the founder or whoever manages the acces to change the plugins. should start removing and testing each plugin , one by one until they will find the broken one. soo , here is my advice : if you know how to script / work in counter strike 1.6 files, make your counter strike 1.6's graphics a bit lower, increase fps by working with different .cfg files and, make one good config. or, try not to multi-task while playing counter strike 1.6 . but unfortunately, if it's the plugin of the server that causes this, you can only pray. and, it's a loot of work in order to find the broken one.

I'm not that familiar with this type of "disconnect message". but it may be the server causing you to "overlow" and disconnect. overflow often happends when Binded keys are being spammed , people spam very much . hack the server and things of sort. it depends on how much the server can handle (based on player numbers and other stuff)

.png files are not the same as .gif files guys.... .png files are single framed... i'm always using background color #1c1c1c at the beginning. anyways... this topic seems to have been open for too long now :@ . thanks for trying to help me guys. i'll figure it out somehow. you can close this topic.

i tryed. no change. and if i save it as .png file it will only save a single frame of the animation. .png files are for pictures and single-framed works. i will reinstall it. . UPDATED : i reinstalled it and no change...

Description of the problem: I do not know why but whenever i create blur / motion text or .gif file and i save it for web it always appears like it's a splash animation. no matter what.Photos: Other details: all i used here was Filter - > Gaussian Blur. and i only used it on the text "ultra pro" altrough it seems like it gets combined with the "www.csblackdevil.com" text too and the color of them are lowered pixels after converted trough save for web and the quality decreases extremly much. it's supposed to be HD / HQ . and for some reason my pc has something that any gif i open don't move. they are just one simple frame. but .gif works on the web. and when i save for web i always choose "original" and not , "optimized"

- This weapon can be easyli handled and it's a very good one. i recommend it to the begginers . - The Classic Kalasnikov Has A Powerfull Recoil but, if it's well handled, one bullet = 1 kll - This is all about calculations and body movement while shooting.

- if you know how to handle the big ammount of recoil this pistol has. and if you can aim really well. you can easyli one-shot / headshot and it has a satisfying amount of damage and Look / Design / Animation.
