Useless thing , you can anti-pika or anti-destroy without using VPN just type something in console (for which im not saying so those hackers wont know) and then u can rejoin in game in seconds .

- The reason you have been banned: i retry gag and then got banned 60 , after that i tried to rejoin after one hour but it still says im banned then i thought maybe it's a server problem then i used VPN to check and after joining game i got destroyed + parma , but in fact Necro banned me 60 then unbanned and then banned again 3000 which i didn't know .

You probably forgot about the main reason of receiving gag, but no worries, i ll remind you.
Also, the way that you are talking with others, like ur a boss or something, ur an aroggant person and we had a little dispute about 2-3 days Ago when you destroyed the players lm and i slayed you for that and u started saying "bad admins" and so on.. I won't tolerate this type of behavior.

Another thing, rule reader... When you grant a ban, you have to have the proofs, obligatorily, and add it to your BanList. You surely knew that too, and you still did what you wanted. (Also, you could give him a gag and you went straight to the ban)
Vocabulary is also something to watch out for and as far as I know, @#Steeven.™ said "Enough of the puns between admins and users."

First learn some rules as :
Commands such as Zp_human, Zp_zombie, Zp_respawn can be used only if the current Mode is normal Infection.
Admins must choose one of these Commands per Map
(i have absolutely right to use zp comand once per map in normal rounds)
about mert i told him stop block and he continued blocking then i said wtf ?
about report : that guy insulted me by saying "ur mom is noob" but i dont have proof since my prnt scr button is broken , (let me know any other way of screenshooting)
