After months of rumors, Apple has finally officially introduced the AirPods Pro, its new wireless headphones that stand out for having active noise cancellation, surround sound and a new design. We tell you what are its characteristics, price and availability. The new AirPods Pro arrive with a new look that aims to offer greater comfort of use. Now, Apple headphones integrate a flexible silicone pad that fits the ear, providing a suitable fit to each user, since it is available in three sizes. Thanks to the incorporation of this element, the new generation of AirPods is not only more comfortable to wear, but also offers a higher level of insulation. The new design includes a slot system that equalizes the pressure to avoid the inconvenience caused by other models of earplugs. In addition, they are resistant to sweat and water to do sports with them without problem. The new AirPods Pro offer high-quality surround sound thanks to adaptive equalization, which allows you to automatically adjust the low and medium frequencies of the music to the shape of the ear. Thanks to this, headphones create a rich and immersive listening experience. Active noise cancellation is the most anticipated feature of Apple's new headphones. To make it possible, they equip two microphones: one is oriented outward to analyze ambient noise and create an anti-noise that cancels it, and the other is oriented inward to detect and cancel the rest of the noise. And if the user does not want to isolate themselves from the world, the headphones have the ambient sound mode to listen to the surrounding noise. As far as autonomy is concerned, AirPods Pro offers up to four and a half hours of audio playback and three and a half hours of conversation on a single charge. With the wireless charging case they have a range of more than 24 hours of playback and 18 hours of conversation. In addition, they have voice activated Siri so that the user can use "Hey Siri" in hands-free mode to play songs, turn up the volume, make a call or listen to directions. AirPods Pro: price and availability Apple has announced that the price of AirPods Pro in Spain will be 279 euros, 100 euros more expensive than normal AirPods with standard charging case. They are already available for sale on the official website of the company and orders will begin shipping from next October 30.

The motherboard is a key element for the proper functioning of the computer, and unfortunately, it is usually one that is most spared when it comes to mounting a new computer. The motherboard is responsible for communicating with the CPU with the memory, with the storage units, with the graphics card and with all other elements and peripherals. The quality level of the motherboard must be consistent with that of the rest of the equipment, and if we are assembling something of the latest generation, such as an AMD Ryzen 3000, we must make sure to use a modern board capable of squeezing these processors to the maximum, such as case of the X570 AORUS MASTER. GIGABYTE X570 AORUS Master Buy it in Amazon Logo EUR 390.99 Index features Unboxing and first impressions Configuration and tests Personal opinion Characteristics and technical specifications of the X570 AORUS MASTER motherboard The X570 AORUS MASTER motherboard is one of the first high-end motherboards to bring the new AMD chipset, the X570. Thanks to him we will be able to squeeze the maximum power of the new Ryzen processors, in addition to making the most of all the other components of our computer, especially the PCIe 4.0 ports. CPU and memory This motherboard is specially prepared to work with the new AMD Ryzen 3000, in addition to being compatible with Ryzen from past generations, both with and without integrated graphics. The motherboard also has a total of 4 slots for DDR4 Dual Channel RAM. Reinforced slots in which we can install up to 128 GB of RAM (4 x 32 GB). This RAM can operate from 2133 MHz to 3200 MHz without overclocking, although with OC it can reach up to 4400 MHz in third-generation Ryzen. RAM is compatible with XMP. Graphics and PCIe On this board we can find a total of 3 PCIe 16x ports (two of them PCIe Gen 4 and the third Gen 3) to get the most out of the graphics cards. In addition, we also found a fourth PCIe 16x port controlled by the chipset. This board allows mounting multi-GPU configurations. We can configure Quad-GPU SLI or a dual channel NVIDIA SLI. We can also mount AMD Quad-GPU CrossFire and 2-Way AMD CrossFire configurations. Finally, we will have a 1x PCIe port. If we want to be able to use all PCIe Gen 4 ports, it is necessary to have a Ryzen 3000. Storage This motherboard has 6 SATA 6Gb / s ports that we can use to connect both SSD and other types of drives, both storage and optical. This motherboard also has 3 M.2 ports to connect NVMe drives. The 3 ports are compatible with PCIe 4.0 4x (when using Ryzen 3000 processors) and otherwise they will work at PCIe 3.0 4x / 2x speed. The first of the M.2 connectors can also function as M.2 SATA. LAN and Wi-Fi The first of the network cards, LAN1, uses an Intel chip to offer us a Gigabit Ethernet connection of up to 1 Gbps. The second of the network cards, LAN2, has a Realtek chip to offer us 2.5GbE connectivity of up to 2500 Mbps. In addition to the two network cards, this board has a dual channel 802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax Wi-Fi module that allows us to work with 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. It also incorporates a module Bluetooth 5.0. BLUETOOTH 5.0 Audio and USB The AORUS MASTER has 8 USB 2.0 ports (4 on the rear panel and 4 via internal connectors). In addition, it also has a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C head, a USB Type-C on the back of the board, a USB 3.2 port on the back and 4 USB 3.1 ports via a motherboard connector. We can also find 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two other USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports controlled by the CPU itself (for Ryzen 3000). As for the audio, this motherboard has a Realtek ALC1220-VB 2/4 / 5.1 / 7.1-channel codec with S / PDIF output and an ESS SABER9118 DAC for sound in the highest quality. Other benefits DUAL BIOS of 128 Mbit (2x 128 MB). Q-Flash Plus Clear CMOS button. Xpress Install TMP. Detectors of voltage, temperature, fan speed, water pumps with warnings of overheating, overvoltage or fan failures. Unboxing, analysis and first impressions of the X570 AORUS MASTER motherboard The X570 AORUS MASTER motherboard comes in a cardboard box, similar to that of other models of this manufacturer, in which the eagle logo predominates. This motherboard is characterized by being prepared for the new AMD Ryzen 3000, in addition to having PCIe 4.0 ports and carrying built-in Wi-Fi 6 chipset. On the back of the box we will find most of the features and specifications of this board. Specifications we have already discussed in the previous point of the review. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 1 X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 3 X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 4 X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 5 The first thing we will find when we open the box will be with the motherboard properly protected and inside an antistatic bag. However, before seeing this motherboard in detail we will see the rest of the accessories included. The first thing that catches our attention is a page of stickers that we can use to decorate our computer. In addition, we will also find a CD with the drivers, an instruction manual and an adhesive spike for the tower. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 6 X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 7 X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 6 X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 7 Underneath everything we will find all the accessories that shape this tower. The first we are going to see are acoustic and thermal sensors. These will allow us to measure the sound inside the tower, in addition to the temperature at certain points on the motherboard. Very useful for users who want to have everything controlled, although complicated to use and exploit if we do not have much knowledge of advanced hardware. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 8 We will also find different screws for NVMe units, Velcro strips to tie cables in our tower and have it as organized as possible, and the adapter for the tower's power pins. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 9 We will also find 4 SATA cables to connect SSDs, hard drives and optical readers, as well as cables to control RGB lighting of the tower. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 10 Finally, we will find the Wi-Fi antenna that we must connect to the rear panel to get the best possible coverage. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 11 Finally we go into detail with the motherboard. As we see, this plate has dark colors and has its elements distributed like any other plate. The first thing that catches our attention is that the PCIe 16x slots (which has 3) and those of the RAM are reinforced with aluminum. In addition, it has several heatsinks distributed among the elements that are most commonly heated on the boards, such as the chipset. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 12 The rear part is fully reinforced to give strength and resistance to the plate. Something important if we consider that the highest-end heatsinks weigh a lot. With this reinforcement we will prevent the plate from bending. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 13 In the back panel of the board we will find all the connectors of it. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 14 In the upper part of the motherboard we will find the socket for the processor and the RAM modules. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 16 At the top we will find the CPU power connector, in addition to two FAN connectors for the processor heatsink. Continuing at the top we will also find RGB connectors. In the upper right part of the motherboard we will find two buttons to turn on and restart the computer, in addition to a display that will allow us to see, in code, the status of the POST. We will also have two switches that will allow us to configure the DUAL BIOS. X570 AORUS MASTER - Review 24

General Motors Argentina will launch on sale this summer the new Chevrolet Onix and Onix Plus, a brand new generation of the hatchback and the sedan of the Golden Bow brand for Segment B (boy). These new models, manufactured in Brazil and developed under the GEM Platform, were presented last month in Brazil and Autoblog already had a first driving contact (read note). And, as appropriate before each launch, Chevrolet test pilots already rehearse the first units arrived in the country, along the routes and cities near the Argentine headquarters: the GM plant in Alvear (Santa Fe). On September 30, Autoblog paparazzi photographed the new camouflaged Onix. And on October 9 they hunted the Onix Plus (sedan) already without camouflage. In recent days, Ma7191 and ArielG, two paparazzi from Autoblog, sent info@autoblog.com.ar the photos of these Onix (hatchback) without any camouflage. The images were taken in Rosario and Chañar Ladeado. While the red unit does not have emblems that identify the version, the black unit does have the “LT” logos. This is the most basic and entry-level variant of the new Onix. Sheet metal tires give this test unit a "base aesthetic" that will not be the one that finally reaches dealers. The wheels are expected to be covered with plastic cups, to make up a little the absence of alloy wheels. The data sheet, equipment and range configuration for the new Onix 2020 and Onix Plus 2020 can be downloaded here below.

MORE INFORMATION Cheap calories If you are born in the Central African Republic you have a 2,500% more chance of dying in childhood than in Cuba Four committed questions for food businesses Malnutrition is an epidemic. Obesity grows throughout the world while there are still people starving or not receiving all the necessary nutrients to develop. The Spanish researcher Estefania Custodio (Madrid, 1974) is an expert in nutrition and global health and has focused her work in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. She was one of the pioneers in jointly studying malnutrition and tropical diseases at the Carlos III Health Institute. An issue that will be discussed precisely this Wednesday in Ávila at the Congress of the Spanish Society of Tropical Medicine and International Health. Custodio works since 2014 in the Community Research Center of the European Commission. Question. Is there anyone in the world who eats well? Reply. Globally we all eat badly. Malnutrition affects all countries of the world, at all ages, regardless of social status. Collecting information about what people eat is very expensive and difficult, but for more than 20 years we know that it is one of the fundamental factors of mortality and disease. Have we spent many years looking at quantity rather than quality? In certain contexts, such as food crises, the focus has been on the amount, basically, of food. But in developing countries we have also looked at the availability of food and not the variety. There have been many policies to increase agricultural production, but then we realized that malnutrition crises did not improve, because, although there was greater access to a crop, there was no diversity in the diet that would improve the growth of children. Is malnutrition affecting the poor more? In the world there has been a food transition: from a diet of self-sufficiency, with your crop and your animals to the door of the house, to one of consumption. This historical change has already taken place in Europe, but in developing countries it has occurred faster. When we abandoned self-sufficiency in Europe, we didn't immediately have so many ultra-processed and cheap foods at our disposal. Are we putting the necessary tools to fight this malnutrition, especially in obesity? The epidemic is here and we still lack tools. It is not necessary to focus on the individual, it is a problem of the food system. It is the industry, it is the production chain, it is advertising ... It is a big challenge and I believe that right now we are not in a position to have a great change in this aspect. What can governments do to counter these trends? There are already tools in the form of programs. More than 80% of countries have national nutrition policy with programs that we know work. Some are undeveloped, others need more time ... The hard part is that they are financed and implemented. But this fight against malnutrition must be given at all levels. To what extent do cultural conditions influence to end up having a bad diet? I believe that not so much, that people are aware of what is good food. I always refer to breastfeeding. In the research I have done, I have seen that mothers already know what is best for their children. But they don't have an environment that makes it easy for them to put it into practice. If they have to go back to work in the city or in the countryside it is impossible ... This is where the regulation comes in. Another example: clear people who know that it is healthier to make a vegetable lasagna at home, but if you go to the supermarket and it costs you cheaper to buy it already made and in addition your schedules do not leave you time to cook it at home, people will just buying packaged. It is not a matter of beliefs or habits, but of having possibilities. You have developed much of your work in Sub-Saharan Africa, an area where the two problems meet: malnutrition and overweight. According to his research, especially in African countries, who decides what is consumed in the home and how does that influence the quality of the diet? More than what is bought, what we study is how many resources are dedicated to food and that is usually man. The second step is to study how food is distributed at home and many times it is women who consume the least nutrients. He is the man who is usually favored, because he is the one who goes to work. Normally, he is given animal protein. It also benefits children, who are in full development. We have just published a study conducted in a refugee camp in Somalia in which we conclude that when women make decisions about food, children are better fed. Without leaving Africa, Rwanda is an example of a country that has greatly improved its indicators on food and child development. What can we learn from that example? On the one hand they have made a political commitment. They have a child development program that depends directly on the president. The plans they develop include many fronts: agriculture, education, health ... Family policies have increased greatly, for example one of the indicators that has improved the most is breastfeeding. This has been greatly influenced by the empowerment of women in politics.

He is known as the holy protector of thieves and police. They call him San Juditas and every October 28 he gathers thousands of faithful in the Church of San Hipólito, located at the intersection of Hidalgo and Reforma avenues, in the heart of Mexico City. From the first hours of this Monday, road closures on Avenida Hidalgo and Paseo de la Reforma were implemented, as reported by the Center for Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact of Mexico City (C5). The agency pointed out that the road involvement goes from Axis 1 Poniente, Guerrero, to Avenida Paseo de la Reforma and the side of the same artery to the south from Franciso Javier Mina. According to C5, from the early hours of Monday a concentration of people was already registered outside the church of San Hipólito, in the Guerrero neighborhood, on the occasion of the celebrations of San Judas Tadeo. Among the devotees who cram the temple and its surrounding streets every year, tattoos stand out with the image of the saint, patterned shirts, sca[CENSORED]rs and charms with the image of Saint Judges, as most call him. In the slums and poor colonies, the sacred triad of young people is made up of San Judas Tadeo, Malverde and Santa Muerte: three saints identified with drug traffickers and criminals. However, of the three, only "San Juditas" is considered an "official saint", who, according to the church, seeks the poorest, most desperate and the workers. According to José de Jesús Aguilar Valdés, deputy director of Radio and Television of the Archdiocese of Mexico, the relationship that is made of San Judas with crime issues stems from a confusion due to the falsification of the image: the printers copied it upside down and the staff that originally he carries the saint in his right hand, it was left. That is why people say that St. Jude Thaddeus with the cane on the left side is the patron of criminals.

To start, a clarification. The fact that his name begins with "DS 3" does not mean that the historic hatchback of DS Automobiles will disappear. That true highlander of the automotive industry - born ten years ago under the Citroën brand - will still be in production. This DS 3 Crossback arrived in Argentina just when the commercialization of the DS4 ended (read obituary). Although neither will be its direct replacement. The DS 3 Crossback is an SUV for Segment B (boy) and will be positioned just midway between the current DS3 (hatchback of Segment B) and DS 7 Crossback (SUV of Segment C, compact). We are facing the first small SUV in the short history of DS Automobiles and it is also the first model of the PSA Group to release the new CMP Platform: it is the structural base that will be used to manufacture - since mid-2020 - the second generation Peugeot 208 in Argentina (see spy photos). But let's not talk about general brands like Peugeot. DS is working to position itself in the premium segment and from that point of view we manage and analyze for a week the top-of-the-range version: Grand Chic, of 54 thousand dollars. The full review is reproduced below. OUT Wow, where to start? If DS set out to create a car different from any other that you can cross the street today, you have to admit that it succeeded. The DS 3 Crossback is modern, original and striking. Attractive? That goes in tastes. During the week I tried it, I met people who thought it was beautiful, but also with many who thought without half measures: "It's horrible." I was surprised for the first time I saw it in photos. And I was a little less shocked when I started using it. I don't like the shark fin on the sides (that "body tilde" in the central stop, Pilar B). This car, in general, seems to me to have a somewhat presumptuous design. But I think that is the goal of the brand: a vehicle designed for someone who does not want to go unnoticed. With the DS 3 Crossback you can achieve that goal, accompanied by the two-tone body, the huge diamond grille, a good amount of chrome, two huge rear barrel-shaped exhausts and generous 18-inch wheels (roads with Michelin Primacy 215 / 55R18 ). All that is crowned with the coolest doorknobs in our market: they are retractable and hidden in the body. They are only deployed, with an electric motor, to unlock the doors. And they hide again when closing the doors or when they exceed 20 km / h (see video below). To understand the objective of these original and elaborate solutions, we must not forget that the DS 3 Crossback competes in the same segment of two rivals, who also bet on being rupturist, although each with its own style: Audi Q2 (between 150 and 190 hp, between 46 thousand and 51 thousand dollars, read criticism) and Mini Countryman (between 136 and 231 hp, between 48 thousand and 77 thousand dollars, read criticism). INSIDE Wow, where to continue? This Grand Chic version comes standard with interior coverings in Nappa Leather. The clear hue is an optional. It is a very striking finish to the eye, very pleasant to the touch and that brings a lot of light to the cabin. Of course, it is not suitable for phobic "do not dirty me upholstery, please." It washes and removes easily. Of course, as in the DS 7 Crossback (read review), the entire interior is a trip to the Universe of the Rhombus. The Rivoli level of completion is a tribute of DS to the old French technique of Matelassé: a sewing pattern that is based on rhomboid shapes. You will find this geometric figure in the instrument panel, but also in the commands and even in the interior lights. And you can not miss the classic "discomforts" with which DS plays to be rebellious and different. The glass lifter commands are not at the doors, but next to the shifter. The keys are the same as the DS 7 Crossback: so worked and baroque, they are almost illegible. More discomforts: the armrest located inside the front doors is so high that when you sit down and want to close the door, you will not be able to reach it. You'll have to hook the bottom map holder and pull. Although careful: it shows that it is a fragile piece and is not designed for that. We continue with the discomforts. The air conditioner (single zone) can only be adjusted from the multimedia touch screen. It is the least intuitive. What we have to say is that this screen is very complete. Includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In addition, from there the excellent audio equipment with Focal speakers is commanded. The board is completely digital, as seen in the most modern models of the PSA Group. I really liked the driving position: the steering wheel has an excellent touch and the armchair has a very good design. I already told you that I loved the Nappa Leather upholstery? As much as you do not intend to buy a DS 3 Crossback, approach a DS Store, ask for permission and sit for a while. It is a pleasant sensory experience. All the comfort of the front seats is not replicated in the back. As with its segment rivals (Audi Q2 and Mini Countryman), the rear seats are somewhat limited: there are only two adults. The trunk is just right: it has 350 liters of capacity. Under the cargo floor, bad news: temporary help wheel. SECURITY As it happened with the DS 7 Crossback, this is one of the strongest points of this model. The DS 3 Crossback comes standard with six airbags, ABS brakes with EBD, stability control, traction control and Isofix anchors. And it differs from the Audi Q2 and Mini Countryman by offering a good amount of driving assistance (ADAS): autonomous emergency braking (AEB), front-end collision risk alert and speed limit signal detector. This Grand Chic version adds two more ADAS: adaptive cruise control and active lane maintenance system. The DS 3 Crossback has already undergone EuroNCAP crash tests. The version without emergency autonomous braking obtained a four-star rating, with 87% protection for adults, 86% for children, 54% for pedestrians and 63% for driving assistance. The AEB version climbed to five stars. MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION This is the first DS in Argentina that does not use the old and well-known THP 1.6 turbonaftero engine. The three versions of the DS 3 Crossback that reach our market offer the same mechanics: PureTech 1.2 three-cylinder turbonaftero. It is the same driver that in Argentina already offered the Spanish Citroën C4 Cactus and still brings the DS 3 Hatchback, but in the case of Crossback it comes with greater power and torque: 155 horses and 240 Nm. Another difference in favor of the DS 3 Crossback: it has an eight-speed automatic transmission, with torque converter. And here there is a point where this model loses advantage over its direct rivals: it comes only with front-wheel drive. In Argentina, the Audi Q2 and Mini Countryman offer much more powerful versions and also with all-wheel drive. In other markets smaller turbonafteras and turbodiesel are offered, between 102 and 131 horsepower. There is also a 100% electric variant, called E-Tense, with 50 kWh batteries, 136 hp of power and 260 Nm of torque. It is possible that it arrives in Argentina, but it would be only from the year 2021. BEHAVIOR If you ever drove an Audi Q2 or a Mini Countryman, you will find a completely different proposal. And, if you tried a DS 7 Crossback, you will discover a clear inspiration and coherence. The primary objective of the DS 3 Crossback is to be a vehicle with a comfortable ride. And he gets it without problems. The suspensions are soft. The address is very light. Low-profile tires suffer from our bumps and pavements, like any other, but bumps and roughness reach the cabin through a filter, which seeks to avoid any discomfort. The only disruption comes from the side of the three-cylinder engine that, when cold, vibrates a lot. But, when it reaches the operating temperature, it emits an even pleasant sound, a boxer simile. It is not intended to be a sports car, but its benefits are more than acceptable. Accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 8.5 seconds, reaches a maximum speed of 205 km / h and the average consumption is 7.7 liters per 100 kilometers. The tank has a capacity of 44 liters, enough to make road trips. To have such a good performance, the secret is in the small engine, but also in the box. The eight relations extract each drop of sweat to the 155 horses of this three cylinders. Therefore, the exit from below is very good, but it also allows crossing at a very low rate. At 120 km / h in octave, the engine works at only 2,000 rpm. It is an unusual value for a 1.2. Walking so smooth in the city has as a consideration a behavior that may not be liked by those who travel strong on the highway. The steering is not very precise at high speed and the suspension conveys a barge sensation, with the sea in the background: "sail". It is nothing that is dangerous, but it is clearly in the antipodes of the karting sensations that a Mini Countryman transmits. Adaptive cruise control and active lane maintenance system work excellently. ADAS are not only a great contribution to safety: they also make travel more relaxed and pleasant. CONCLUSION For engine and transmission, the DS 3 Crossback sold in Argentina compete directly against two SUVs of Segment B (boy) and premium positioning: Audi Q2 1.4 TFSi S-Tronic (150 hp, 46 thousand dollars) and Mini Countryman Pepper AT (136 hp, $ 48,300). The DS 3 Crossback has 155 hp and starts with more affordable prices, from 39 thousand dollars. However, the Grand Chic version tested by Autoblog is affected by internal taxes and climbs up to 54 thousand dollars. It is a high value and is located in a strip where the Q2 and Countryman already offer more powerful versions and with all-wheel drive. The good thing is that, even in the entry-level versions, this DS has a safety equipment above its competition and is distinguished by a very different driving philosophy: comfort, above all, above a sporting behavior. And do not forget the design. DS set out to create original cars, with a French spirit and that do not resemble anything in the streets today. Whether you like the final result or not, the goal was achieved.

The rule comes to girls' life at about 12 years old. From then on, if it is regular and health is going well, it will be presented once every month; with pains, mood swings and migraines more or less intense depending on the person. This bleeding will be repeated every 28 days of his life until he reaches 51 years on average. This means that, during the fertile period, the rule will arrive about 400 times, something that makes it completely understandable that its absence, when menopause arrives, means a whole liberation, although it is not for everyone. For many women, stop releasing eggs is the beginning of a complicated time of physical and psychological changes that worsen their quality of life. No one can deny that the symptoms are important: hot flashes, osteoporosis, vaginal discomfort, joint pain, anxiety, depression ... But is everything that is said about menopause true? Hot flushes: neither all suffer nor all are equal "It always happens to me at the most inopportune moment, when I am in a work meeting. It lasts only a few seconds, although sometimes I feel it as minutes. I feel hot, palpitations and sweats in the upper thorax, neck and head, accompanied by a redness that makes me look like a light bulb [laughs] When it arrives, I can do nothing but relieve myself, giving me air with what I first catch, taking off my jacket and, yes, always apologizing. all if it is a man in front of me, although I am ashamed to say it, I usually lie and I always blame it on a drop in tension. " It is the experience of Mayte (55 years), but not that of all women. According to José Luis Neyro, gynecologist at Cruces de Bizkaia University Hospital and spokesperson for @SaludSinBulos, "20% of women who go through their menopause without hardly knowing. They are the most fortunate. Of the remaining 80%, half have a symptomatology light, with some discomfort, perhaps some suffocation, but without it leading them to lose quality of life. " The serious problem is for the rest: almost 4 out of 10 suffer from what is known as climacteric syndrome, which is a very variable set of symptoms. "It groups the hot flashes and the alterations of the control center of the changes of body temperature, the arthralgias (which are characterized by joint pain), insomnia, which is often accompanied by an uncomfortable sweating, dizziness, palpitations that both overwhelmed, emotional instability with a tendency to cry and depression for no apparent reason, susceptibility, loss of concentration ... ", explains Neyro. Among women who do suffer hot flashes, not all experience them with the same intensity. Leire Andraca, representative of the Women's Health Group of the Spanish Society of Family and Community Pharmacy (SEFC), explains that "the duration of each hot flash can be very variable from one woman to another, and can last from a few seconds to several minutes, its periodicity is also different, from less than once a day to several hot flashes every hour, although the progression is usually descending as time goes by. " On average, women suffer between 6 months and 2 years. It is not yet known what causes some women to experience them with more force than others, but some scientists point out race and geographical origin as risk factors, having started with premenopausal symptoms very early, the stress that is perceived when having them and going through a depression. Sexual desire does decline, but it does not die "It's funny because in my house (I was the only daughter in a family with 4 siblings) they never advanced the arrival of my period, so when it arrived I thought I was going to bleed, something bad was happening to me. A friend reassured me, but I still hid it from my mother for months. Forty years later, menopause arrives and something similar has happened to me. No one had told me anything! It is true that the sexual frequency with my partner was not the same as when we were younger, but sex has become so painful that in the end I have chosen to stop looking for it. I don't feel like it. " María Luisa (58 years old) reports something quite common in women with menopause: vaginal dryness. When cessation of ovarian function ceases and estrogen levels decrease, atrophy of the female genital tract occurs, causing vaginal dryness. In turn, this favors infections and dyspareunia or painful intercourse, Andraca explains. Gynecologist José Luis Neyro points out that "vaginal dryness is something that practically no one gets rid of, but it is also fair to point out that it is not related nor is it directly causing loss of desire, which, especially in women, is multifactorial. " But if libido does decline and, in addition, women experience difficulties for penetration, even pain, it is understandable that many women park their sexual activity. The good news is that vaginal dryness is treated by intimate gels to hydrate the area, lubricants that facilitate penetration, pelvic gymnastics exercises, sexual therapy to revitalize life as a couple, practice more emotional sex or understand that sexual satisfaction does not It comes only through intercourse ... However, do women consult this problem with the specialist? The answer is no. "The gynecologists can confirm that it is we who, during the gynecological examination, observing the deteriorated and dry vagina, initiate an interrogation around this symptomatology, which seriously conditions the quality of life of the woman. Here emotional, cultural or even religious factors enter that make many women consider it normal for their vagina to dry out and, therefore, to decide not to continue having sex, "says the expert. It does not make you fat, although it changes the metabolism and redistributes the fat "I must be a weirdo because menopause has made me lose weight. When I turned 50 I began to take more care of my diet, I stopped drinking alcohol, not even a drink, and I started exercising. I had not started with the first symptoms, but when a few years later I began to have them, I had already established my routine and, far from gaining weight, right now I can say that I have neither the rule nor the 10 kilos of more that I had left over, ”says María José (59 years old ). The claim that menopause fattens is a myth. What there are are changes in metabolism due to the hormonal readjustment that occurs. With this metabolic change "come the variations in body composition and the increase and redistribution of fat, which tends to move from the buttocks to the waist and abdominal area. If the woman does not take care of her diet and increases physical activity in this period, most likely you will gain weight for all these reasons, "says Leire Andraca. That is, that menopause, rather than fattening, redistributes body fat in the female body. "The increase in the umbilical perimeter suffered by women from the moment of the loss of estrogen is evident. While still having the thighs or hips that each one has had until that moment, what most women notice is they start to 'gut', and that accumulation of abdominal fat is what is really dangerous, due to the increase in cardiovascular risk (88 centimeters is the maximum limit without risk), "says gynecologist José Luis Neyro. Cardiovascular risk and bone mass: there is no hoax here "The legs". Carmen (72 years old) is adamant when asked if she remembers the side effects of her menopause. "I have been without a rule for almost the same years I was with her - she exaggerates - but I can only say that all these problems that I have in my bones started then. They have already operated on one knee and I am on the waiting list for the other. I'm scared to go out walking in case I fall. " José Luis Neyro, who is also a researcher in the field of osteoporosis, explains that "bone mass, that capital of minerals that give resistance to bones and that women are increasing thanks to their hormones up to 25 or 28 years, also it depends on estrogen. From menopause, with the decrease in these hormones, bone mass is lost with figures between 2 and up to 5% every year during the first years. Bone fractures, then, are the consequence logic of that disease, although many go unnoticed or do not relate them to osteoporosis. " Estrogens are, in general, a great defense for many health risks for women throughout their fertile life. Another negative effect of not segregating them is that cardiovascular risk is increased: cholesterol increases and lipid profile worsens (coronary risk), blood pressure tends to increase gradually and abdominal fat deposition begins. "But although it is true that estrogens are cardioprotective hormones - and therefore a woman in the reproductive phase, on equal terms, has a lower risk of suffering a cardiovascular disease than man - and that in menopause that protection is gradually lost, also It should be noted that it seems that in postmenopausal women the increase in cardiovascular risk is linked more to the increased prevalence of risk factors that usually appear with age such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia ... ", clarifies Leire Andraca.

Among the finest laptops in the market there are several that stand out above the rest, although to be fair they do not do so much for their specifications or power as for the brand or design they present. Well known to all is the case of the MacBook Air, the most desired ultrabook, although now it has tough competition with the new Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. However, if you are looking for a somewhat cheaper ultra-thin laptop, Amazon has a model that you fit like ring to finger. It is the Lenovo Ideapad 530S, which costs € 699 today and has an 8th Generation Intel Core i7, Windows 10 preinstalled and a 512GB SSD, something that is not seen very often these days. Ideapad 530S-14IKB Ideapad 530S-14IKB This laptop has only 1.6 kg of weight and high-end hardware, with 512GB of SSD storage and an 8th Generation Intel Core i7. Buy it at the best price We talk about a laptop that weighs only 1.6 kg and has a much lower price than usual thanks to the € 300 discount that Amazon applies on its base price. In PcComponentes, to mention another store that also usually has good prices, widely exceeds € 1,000, so we are talking about a significant reduction in this PC. Coming with Windows 10 preinstalled is an advantage, and that is that more and more laptops are on sale on Amazon without an operating system, something that may or may not be appropriate, depending on the type of user you are. In addition, 512GB of SSD format storage comes in pearls, since this type of drive is much faster than the mechanical hard drive (and more expensive as well), something that makes it possible for both the OS and the apps installed on it to fly and work much more fluidly. Made of polished aluminum, it is presented as an elegant ultrabook and with a good price, a more powerful alternative than for example the MacBook Air but with much more storage capacity and more power, and this Apple notebook "only" has an i5 With 128GB of storage, configuration for which you would have to pay almost € 1,100 at this time. If you were looking for a laptop on offer and light weight, this Lenovo Ideapad 530S 14 "is the offer of the day without a doubt, maybe of the week. It is true that there are other more affordable alternatives, but they do not have this size SSD or a design with aluminum finish. These are all its specifications: Screen Size: 14 " Screen resolution: Full HD Processor: Intel Core i7-8550U Graphics card: Intel UHD Graphics RAM: 8GB DDR4 Storage: 512GB SSD Price: € 699 (-300 €)

Today we analyze the ASRock X570 Taichi, one of the top-of-the-range motherboards that ASRock has launched with the latest chipset for the Ryzen 3000. We have already analyzed two X570 motherboards: the ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming and the Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER , and today it is up to an ASRock model that had everything to be one of the best plates, but that has a serious flaw as we will see later. Unboxing The motherboard box is quite bulky, due in part to the curious opening mechanism it has, with a cardboard that moves as we open it. When opened, we find the plate protected with antistatic plastic, located on top of a cardboard tray surrounded by a dense foam that protects it from bumps. If we lift the cardboard lid, we find all the accessories included in the box, which are: Manual and DVD with drivers Postcard 4 SATA 6 Gbps cables; 2 straight and 2 with one of the angled tips 1 SLI HB Bridge L 3 screws for mounting M.2 SSD 3 standoffs for M.2 SSDs of different sizes TR8 screwdriver WiFi antenna with cables ASRock X570 Taichi: external analysis and technical characteristics The aesthetics of the motherboard is very modern and with a certain steampunk touch with that cogwheel at the bottom. That cogwheel is purely aesthetic, with the chipset fan just above where the slots are visible. That location is really disastrous as we will see later in the Test section, since, by placing a graphics card in the upper slot, the fan is covered and makes even more noise.

The Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, said Friday in Miami that the continent has a “debt” to the Cuban people, that it suffers “the worst dictatorship of all,” “parasitic” of Venezuela and “failed”, and urged to get rid of all dictatorial regimes "starting with Cuba." "Down with each of the dictatorships of the continent," said the Uruguayan Almagro, the main speaker of the "Steps of Change" forum that brings together representatives of the opposition to the Cuban regime in Miami and US government officials. In coincidence with this forum, the US Department of Transportation announced that it will ban commercial flights from the US to nine cities in Cuba as of December 10, an ad backed by those present at the Freedom Tower in Miami. The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) added: “We have a lot of work ahead of us in the whole continent ... we have a pending debt, the debt with the Cuban people that debt cannot remain as it is forever " In the midst of applause and cheers that almost did not let their words be heard Almagro launched a strong message in favor of the struggle for freedom and democracy in Cuba. Before his words, the representatives of the organizations present, the majority outside of Cuba, because the opponents from within the authorities were forbidden to travel to Miami, ratified the “Agreement for Democracy in Cuba”. The pact was signed in 1998 and since then it has been periodically ratified, with more and more signatory organizations. Now it is supported by more than 120 groups from inside and outside the island. The OAS Secretary General urged "to be very strong and exert the greatest pressure" on a dictatorship that "is the worst disease we have on the continent." It is a “failed dictatorship above all things, prostituted above all things, parasitic above all things. He has lived parasitically from Venezuela (...) and continues to suck Venezuela, the blood of the Venezuelan people. ” Almagro added that it is "a corrupt and immoral dictatorship, which has emptied rights to its people and intends to empty rights of other peoples." He also praised the Cuban people "because he has managed to pass the torch of freedom from generation to generation" and deserves to "recover his freedoms."

Few know it, but there was a time in the development stage when the new Volkswagen Polo and Virtus were going to be called Gol and Voyage. The original idea of Project MQB-A0 was that these hatchbacks and sedans of Segment B (boy) be replaced, not coexist, as it finally happened. However, there was a point in the cost analysis process in which VW had to make a difficult decision: the new Polo and Virtus were more expensive to produce than imagined and their selling price would be uncompetitive. Simply put: it would have been impossible to achieve prices similar to those veterans and amortized Gol and Voyage had. There the decision was made to stretch the life of the two older models and position the newcomers a little higher in price. The Gol and Voyage, presented in 2008, gained a couple of years of unexpected life, but they will not be eternal. Volkswagen developed the MQB-A00 Platform (cheaper and simpler than the MQB-A0 of the Polo, which in turn is simpler than the MQB-A of Golf) and the final successor is expected to be presented in 2020 or 2021 (read plus). To endure so far, VW made a final update on the Gol and Voyage. Last July, the MSi Tiptronic Gol that you are seeing here was released. It is the usual Goal, but with the mechanics of the Polo, Virtus and T-Cross: 1.6 16v (110 hp and 155 Nm), with six-speed automatic transmission (Tiptronic, with torque converter). This version is offered only with Comfortline equipment level and one step is positioned above the other Gol, which continue to offer the old and well-known 1.6 8v (101 hp and 154 Nm). The Tiptronic box, in turn, evicted the unhappy and automated I-Motion from the Gol range. So how is the Goal with Polo mechanics? The full critique of this true Missing Link will be published next week.

Food has become a small maze that many consumers do not know how to get out. Studies, research, advertising messages and environmental recommendations do not always coincide. There is a good reason for the level of confusion to be greater than one might expect. And it goes beyond that calculating the emission footprint of what we consume is a titanic task because of the enormous multitude of aspects that must be taken into account, but the most important thing is that what is worth for some is inefficient for others, when Try to make the diet healthy for the planet. It is clear that consuming local, seasonal and organic products is a good idea. That is precisely why a healthy diet for you (which should be established gradually) and for the planet varies depending on where you live. It is true that olive oil is a nutritional treasure, and that it is as good for a person born in Africa as for one who saw the light of the world for the first time in Japan. But transporting the ingredients of the Mediterranean pantry to countries such as Japan, Norway, Sweden or Kenya is not exactly healthy for the environment. "The type of food that can be grown will be different depending on where you live. If you try to have a diet that has a more global basis, there are environmental (and economic and social) implications in doing so," Sean Beer tells BUENAVIDA, Associate Professor of Agriculture at the University of Bournemouth, in the United Kingdom. The way of producing food, the use of fertilizers and pesticides, the emissions of gases derived from transport, the consumption of fresh water that comes with agri-food production ... "I hate to say it, but all the factors are important," says Beer, who says A curious example to corroborate it. For the British like him, eating New Zealand lamb has less environmental impact than putting on the table the produce produced by farmers in their environment. It turns out that New Zealand production uses fewer fertilizers, has larger farms and an efficient transport system that allows more meat to be transported with less emissions. "This results in less greenhouse gases per kilogram of meat," says the scientist in an article published in The Conversation. Beer gives more examples, such as that for a while it was more efficient - both environmentally and economically - to send British seafood to Asia to be processed and returned to the islands ready for consumption. As for Europeans, it is more polluting to consume meat than in Australia. Seabass, in Spain, and salmon, in Norway Sardines, sea bass and anchovies, olives, oranges and tomatoes are part of a healthy diet for people, but it is not always as good for the planet. It is when we consume people who live in the Mediterranean basin, but in Scandinavian countries the best will be the consumption of red fruits, apples, cabbage, fatty fish, grain cereals or carrots. It should not be a problem, since, not in vain, the World Health Organization compares Nordic eating habits with the Mediterranean diet and says that both cases "have been identified as healthy diets specific to their region," according to a study by 2018. The diet based on numerous products of plant origin and roots in African countries such as Ethiopia has facilitated that there are hardly any types of cancer and that cardiovascular problems associated with consumption arise. In Japan, fish and vegetables are the basis of the diet and its inhabitants are among the longest in the world. There are plenty of examples that contrast with the idea that we should all aspire to cook the same foods, which happen to be the best for health. "The dietary recommendations are based on nutrients and what different foods can bring us," says Julia Wärnberg, the professor at the University of Malaga who leads the PREDIMED-PLUS project at the institution, which studies the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Hence, salmon, which comes from northern Europe, can be substituted for other Mediterranean fish and, conversely, vitamin C from Valencian oranges can be obtained from broccoli or currants that occur in more northern latitudes. "The important thing is to take fresh produce from the environment in which you reside," insists the specialist. Canned foods and pickles also play an important role there: they load our food pantries at times when they are not available. When the super is better than the local store Specialists stress that the Spanish climate and nearby countries allow cultivation throughout the year, and that we can obtain the necessary different nutrients from different foods. However, not half of the Spanish follow the Mediterranean diet. Hence the market is one of the keys. It's the lug Although there are conditions. Not always going to markets or local stores is the best option if, for this, one uses the car through different areas, looking for food to fill the pantry. "Driving around the region by car for small amounts of food is probably less sustainable for the environment than buying in supermarkets, because they use large trucks, and this economy of scale decreases the carbon load in transport," says the professor Sean Beer It's like following a vegetarian diet acquiring products out of season, wrapped in plastic and for which industrial fertilizers have been used. "It is, in summary, to return to tradition, to eat what you have around you," said María Teresa García, a researcher at the Higher Council for Scientific Research. For García, "an orange is always good to take it, whatever the time of the year it is," but it also bets on seasonal consumption, by choosing, for example, that vitamin C of other fruits or vegetables when in summer there are no oranges in field. There is nothing more to ask the older people of cities and towns to know what they have taken in their lives at each time of the year. "We have to restore ourselves in terms of our values, our money and how we spend our time to live more sustainably," Beer insists. "The seasonal rhythms of the earth reconnect us with our home," reflects the British researcher. And he concludes: "The rewards of a local and seasonal food supply are excellent for nature and health. Reconnecting with the land and its seasonal rhythms could do us all very well." Mediterranean diet for everyone? The Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest that exists. Virgin olive oil has numerous beneficial properties, cereals have a high fiber content, vegetables are a source of antioxidants ... And it goes beyond food, because it also includes aspects such as the number of meals at day, as well as social life, hours of sun or daily exercise. Even he came in moderation and respecting customs. "It's more than a diet, it's a habit of life," explains María Teresa García, a researcher at the Higher Council for Scientific Research. This way of feeding and living - declared as a world intangible heritage by Unesco - is beneficial for the human being, where he resides. However, would it also be good for the planet if it is exported to other countries? "There is added an energy expense of transport and conservation and increase of emissions or cost of the product," adds Garcia from the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Center for Edaphology and Applied Biology of Segura, in Murcia. The calculation is complex, but the question is very simple. What is better for the planet?

We are talking about a solid state unit that has 1TB of storage, something that usually goes beyond € 120. For example, PcComponentes sells this same model for € 127 price. The Samsung 860 EVO 1TB has V-NAND and TurboWrite technology of the Korean brand, something that triggers performance. Its sequential write speed reaches 550 MB per second, far from the 350 MB / s offered by the Kingston A400, the best-selling SSD on Amazon. The format is m-SATA, gradually replaced by NVMe and 2.5 ", although there are still many PCs that use it. If not, you can always try to use an adapter, and for the price it really deserves the pain. If your PC supports 2.5-inch drives, the most common right now, this same unit is for sale in this format for € 135 on Amazon Spain. It is a somewhat higher price, but it really is an SSD that will give your computer a quality leap almost instantly, making the operating system run more smoothly and improving application performance

Razer is one of the largest peripheral companies in the sector and this 2019 is showing a fairly wide arsenal of products, both within the new versions for existing components, as well as new products and series. Today it has presented its new Tartarus Pro, a gamepad that fattens the manufacturer's list with the peculiarity of being the first to include the latest generation analog optical switches. Razer Tartarus Pro is a mechanical gaming keyboard that will offer us a competitive advantage over the vast majority of rivals from other brands. It has two very clear advantages in this aspect: a small size with the keys strictly necessary for any player worth its salt and the so-called latest generation analog optical switches. Technical characteristics of the Razer Tartarus Pro As a good gaming keyboard, its features are really wide: Razer analog optical switches. Dual Function Keys Adjustable drive 32 fully programmable keys with 8-way programmable directional pad. Chromatic backlight with 16.8 million customizable colors. Instant change between 8 maps. Unlimited macros. Razer Synapse Braided fiber cable As we see, the options and configurations are the most complete and it is difficult to think that we will not be able to perform any function within the game due to its great configuration possibilities. Analog optical switches signed by Razer We are used to each press of a key reflect a specific action, but with the arrival of the new analog optical switches this will change completely. The new Razer Tartarus Pro can register two input levels for each press, where everything depends on the degree of pressure we make on each key. An infrared light passes through the switch mechanism, where the sensor measures the depth of the activation based on the light passing through it. This allows us to have greater control over what we want to do in a game and especially a greater range of nuances, since the so-called "input scale" is created. For example, with half a press of the switch we can tell the keyboard to assign the walking action, while if we press it to the bottom the action must be to run. This function has been called "double function keys", where each switch can also be adjustable at its operating point, so that we can modify the activation of each key in case we want to have a greater or lesser sensitivity when pressed. 32 programmable keys, unlimited profiles and side thumbpad Razer-Tartarus-Pro-5 As we have said, we will have up to 32 fully programmable keys, where in addition this Razer Tartarus Pro includes on its right side an 8-way directional thumbpad that is also programmable and can even be used to navigate any web. Every gaming keyboard must have the ability to manage macros, but in this case, Razer has wanted to be ambitious and will not put any limits on the creation of them. Razer-Tartarus-Pro-4 Of course we talk about the famous profiles, where, in addition, we can create them with the press of a side button that includes for such purpose, by means of which up to 8 macros can be recorded on the brand without the need for software. This Razer Tartarus Pro is available from today worldwide at a recommended price of 149.99 euros
