I thought requests for avatars and signatures are opened for 3 days, not only 20 hours, really?

What a language from a CURRENT moderator. I guess nowdays they recruit people who, like you reported less then 10 times and got a grade and thinking they have some rights. You're no better then us and deal with it. You're just a Palestinian guy who (my guess - 10-15 months ago) was asking "giv mi admin co ownar" and that kind of things (no offence).
PS where is that rule "we lock the requests once they reach 10 replies" ?
