In Patch 1.2, there are a lot of changes mentioned in the patch notes. However, there are still some details or changes the dev doesn't mention. There are few hidden changes implemented right after the patch. This will definitely change the experience in the world of Dying Light 2.The game's 1.2 update introduces, among a wealth of tweaks and fixes, a new High Performance preset and more. Full notes can be found here. Dying Light 2 is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One worldwide. Learn more about the game by checking out Nate's review. Dying Light 2 Stay Human is another exhilarating parkour and zombie-pummeling playground from Techland, although at times, the seams holding it all together are a bit obvious. Given the game’s glitches, minor gameplay annoyances, and crudely bisected story and world, reports of behind-the-scenes issues feel all-too-plausible. That said, the foundation here is rock solid, and Techland has proven they’re capable long-term builders, so I’m confident the game’s embers can be stoked to a full flame in time

The new Redmi phone is teased to come with a waterdrop-style display notch and will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC that is two times faster than the previous generation. Redmi 10 in India is also teased to have a dual rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Globally, the Redmi 10 was unveiled last year. The brand also introduced its upgrade as the Redmi 10 2022 last month. Redmi 10 India launch details The official Redmi India account on social media announced the launch date of the Redmi 10 in the country. Xiaomi also sent a media invite for the launch. Additionally, Xiaomi has created a dedicated microsite to tease the launch of the Redmi 10 in the country. The microsite suggests that the India variant of the Redmi 10 could come with a distinct list of specifications over what were available with its global model last year. The new phone also appears to be different from the Redmi 10 2022 that came last month with a few differences over the original model. Redmi 10 price in India (expected) Redmi 10 price in India is expected to be on the same lines as the Redmi 9 that debuted in the country in August 2020 starting at Rs. 8,999. The older model now has a slightly higher current price of Rs. 9,499 for 4GB + 64GB configuration. The Redmi 10 is also expected to be more affordable than the Redmi 10 Prime that was launched in September with a starting price of Rs. 12,499. Redmi 10 specifications (expected) As per the microsite, the Redmi 10 in India will feature a waterdrop-style display notch. Other teasers available on the microsite show that the Redmi 10 in India will come with an “ultra-fast” storage, “massive” battery, and “fast charging” support. The phone is also teased to have a “grand” display.
  6. NVIDIA's recently released GeForce MX550 discrete GPU has been tested and it barely outperforms an AMD RDNA 2 'Radeon 680M' integrated GPU. AMD's Integrated RDNA 2 GPU Is On Par With NVIDIA's Discrete GeForce MX550 35W GPU While Offering Superior Efficiency The NVIDIA GeForce MX550 uses the Turing TU117 GPU. Based on the information we had earlier, the chip is a cut-down configuration featuring 1024 CUDA cores, a clock rate of up to 1320 MHz, a 2 GB GDDR6 memory interface running across a 64-bit bus at 12 Gbps clocks, and a TDP that's rated at 25W. While the GPU is based on the Turing chip, it lacks RT and DLSS capabilities since its using a GPU that's a step below the RTX offerings. The Radeon 600M GPUs pack a 50% large compute engine than the early Vega iGPUs, 50% higher bandwidth, twice the L2 cache, and twice the render backends (RB+). The Radeon 600M is split into two SKUs, the Radeon 680M which is featured on Ryzen 9 & Ryzen 7 chips, packing the full 12 CU & 2.4 GHz configuration (4 RB+). This particular review included AMD's Ryzen 7 6800H which has the Radeon 680M running at 2.2 GHz instead of the full 2.4 GHz on high-end HX parts. The Radeon 660M powers the Ryzen 5 APUs with up to 6 CUs, 1.9 GHz clocks and 2 Render backends. Both chips were tested within these benchmarks. AMD RDNA 2 Radeon 600M iGPU vs NVIDIA GeForce MX550 dGPU (Synthetic Benchmarks): So coming to the performance metrics, the AMD Radeon 680M ended up 25% faster in 3DMark Fire Strike, 5% faster in Time Spy, and since it features ray tracing capabilities unlike the NVIDIA discrete GPU, it won the Port Royal benchmark uncontested. Meanwhile, the Radeon 660M which has half the compute units was only able to match in performance to an Intel Alder Lake Core i7-1280P CPU with Iris Xe graphics. AMD RDNA 2 Radeon 600M iGPU vs NVIDIA GeForce MX550 dGPU (Gaming Benchmarks): Moving from synthetic to gaming benchmarks, a range of titles were tested at 1080p which include both AAA and eSports games. In 9 of the 14 games, the AMD Radeon 680M iGPU was able to out-perform the NVIDIA GeForce MX550. The Radeon 660M was able to beat the Intel Iris Xe iGPU in a total of 13 out of 14 titles. Overall, the NVIDIA GeForce MX550, despite its discrete and higher TDP design, was only able to offer 5% higher performance than the AMD Ryzen 7 6800H's integrated solution, the Radeon 680M. The Ryzen 5 6600H was able to deliver a 39% uplift over Intel's Iris Xe iGPU. Once again, the 2.4 GHz Radeon 680M has the potential to even surpass the GeForce MX550, and it's impressive coming from an integrated chip that is competing against a discrete GPU that consumes around 35W of power. We have also seen the AMD Radeon 680M iGPU with RDNA 2 graphics deliver spectacular gaming performance across several titles in detailed testing by TechEpiphany on his new channel known as AMD APU Gaming. We covered a few of his tests in our post here but do make sure to check out the new channel for more performance tests of the most powerful integrated GPU available on PCs at the moment. 9. Honda is preparing its new motorcycle candidate which will be launched at the 38th Osaka Motorcycle Show on 19-21 March 2022. Honda has also begun to reveal the presence of this motorbike through several teasers. Reporting from Young Machine (6/3/2022), this big motorbike, aka MOGE, has shown a clearer body silhouette. Not only that, parts of the engine, frame, seat, and some parts of the body began to appear. Regarding the engine, it seems that this motorbike will carry the base of the Honda Africa Twin's kitchen runway. Even so, it is not yet known how much power and torque the Hawk 11. To note, the engine has a capacity of 1,084 cc which produces 102 hp at 7,500 rpm and 103.9 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm, which is mated to a 6-speed DCT transmission. Then the exhaust also looks similar, especially the heat shield which is very similar to the Africa Twin and NT1100. With a chassis that is also similar to the Africa Twin, this bike seems to be providing a comfortable driving position. This can be seen from the position of the handlebars that are not too leaning forward, even though this motorbike is included in the cafe racer genre. In appearance, the Hawk 11 is predicted to be an old-style motorcycle but with modern technology. So far, there is no detailed information regarding the price or specifications of the Hawk 11. It seems that Honda is still holding back the information until the launch date. https://otomotif.kompas.com/read/2022/03/06/130100915/honda-hawk-11-bocoran-moge-baru-honda-yang-meluncur-bulan-ini
  10. In addition to their delicious and fresh taste, fruits are also rich in vitamins and minerals that can provide various benefits for the body, including slowing down aging. Well, when it comes to the best fruit that can slow down the aging process, then papaya is one of the answers. Why? According to Trista Best, MPH, RD, LD of Balance One Supplements, papaya is indeed a superfood known for its ability to slow down and reverse the signs of aging. But interestingly, these signs are reversed both internally and externally. Now to find out more about the antiaging benefits of papaya, here is the explanation. Anti-aging benefits of papaya According to Best, the vitamins and nutrients in papaya make it an anti-oxidant rich fruit that can slow down and reverse the body's oxidative stress that can destroy cells. Once these cells replicate, their damage results in wrinkling, loss of elasticity, and a chronic condition in the skin that is exacerbated by inflammation. Apart from that, the papain enzyme found in papaya also plays an important role in the antiaging ability of the fruit. Other benefits of eating papaya Papaya also still has other benefits behind its antiaging function. This fruit contains other healthy compounds and antioxidants that help improve health. For example, lycopene, one of the ingredients in papaya can help reduce the risk of certain cancers, as well as reduce the negative effects of radiation on those with cancer. In fact, a study also found that lycopene not only has anticancer properties, but can also help lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. Not only that, papaya (especially the seeds) has also been confirmed to help improve digestion and relieve constipation due to its high fiber and water content. So, still refuse to eat papaya? https://lifestyle.kompas.com/read/2022/03/09/070700820/pepaya-buah-antipenuaan-dini-terbaik-menurut-ahli-diet
  11. The de-facto leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have refused to schedule phone calls with US president Joe Biden in recent weeks, as the US and its allies try to contain the surge in energy prices caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. . According to the Wall Street Journal, citing Middle Eastern and US officials, both Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan of the UAE, were not available to Biden when the US made requests for discussions. "There was some hope from the phone call, but it didn't happen," a US official said of Saudi Prince Mohammed and Biden's plans to speak. “That is part of turning on the (Saudi oil) tap.” Last week, OPEC+, which includes Russia, refused to increase oil output despite demands from the west. But reports of the cold communication come as the Biden government seeks to increase oil supplies, after officially banning Russian oil imports on Tuesday (03/8/2022). Biden's latest decision in response to Russia's attack on Ukraine pushed oil prices to $130 a barrel, their highest level in 14 years. Relations between the US and Saudi Arabia have cooled during the Biden administration due to American policies in the Gulf region. the second issue includes the revival of the Iran nuclear deal; the lack of US support for Saudi intervention in Yemen's civil war and its refusal to add the Houthis to its list of terrorist groups. The US meanwhile is assisting Saudi's civilian nuclear program; and granting immunity to Prince Mohammed, who faces lawsuits over the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi by a Saudi hit team at his consulate in Istanbul four years ago.During Biden's election campaign, he vowed to treat the kingdom as a "pariah" state. He said "there is little social redeeming value in the current government in Saudi Arabia." Earlier this week, White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said there were no plans for Biden and Prince Mohammed to speak immediately. The US president also does not plan to travel to Riyadh. Yousef Al Otaiba, the UAE's ambassador to the US, confirmed the strained relations between the two countries. "Today, we faced a stress test, but I believe we will get out of there and reach a better place," predicts Al Otaiba as reported by the Guardian on Wednesday (9/3/2022). The two Gulf states are seen as the only global suppliers that have the capacity to pump more oil to mitigate price spikes. Senior US officials with the national security council and state department have reported on trips to Riyadh and Abu Dhabi in recent weeks as direct US representatives. The Journal, however, reported that Biden had spoken to Prince Mohammed's 86-year-old father, King Salman, on February 9. In the call, they affirmed their countries' strategic and economic partnership. The UAE foreign ministry said Biden and Sheikh Mohammed's calls would be rescheduled https://www.kompas.com/global/read/2022/03/09/114500470/pemimpin-arab-saudi-dan-uea-tolak-telepon-dari-biden-yang-ketar-ketir

  13. An interesting figure of speech spotted by Tom Hardware's Andrew E. Freedman seems to imply that NVIDIA will be sustaining the RTX 30-series parallel to the upcoming RTX-40 series - at least as far as some bread and butter models go. The quote in question comes from NVIDIA CFO Colette Kress at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference. That said, there is also another thing that it heavily implies that I believe everyone has missed. NVIDIA will most likely be producing RTX 30 cards along with RTX 40 cards, some RTX 20 models might survive into the Ada Lovelace era as well Here is the thing though; it is even possible that NVIDIA will continue to produce some high-volume RTX 20 series cards in the Lovelace era as well and all of this makes sense. The GPU market has shifted significantly in the last few years and where, once, old generation GPUs quickly lost their value, they now retain it for years to come (primarily because of crypto). The ongoing semiconductor crunch also means that GPUs are getting more expensive as upstream wafer manufacturers and foundries increase quotes (and costs) for the GPU makers. Before we go any further, here is the quote in question: The Covid-19 pandemic and the supply chain issues it exacerbated gave Nvidia an "opportunity" for the gaming side of the business to sell both RTX 30-series and Turing-architecture-based RTX 20-series graphics cards, Kress said. "So we’ve been doing that to provide more and more supply to our gamers," Kress said. "And we may see something like that continue in the future. It was successful with Ampere and we'll see as we move forward.” -Colette Kress, NVIDIA CFO Now here is the thing, keeping multiple production lines across generations isn't something new. We have seen it before and it should be very familiar to some of our older readers. Intel used to do this across its three product stacks where the mainstream desktop, HEDT desktop and mobility side of things would be on completely different architectures (N-1) to not only optimize the economies of scale but to spread out R&D/retooling costs as well. The same holds true for NVIDIA as well and with their parallel production of RTX 2060 GPUs, they are able to optimize volume for a major market segment. But there might be more to the story as far as this particular hint goes and that is where the second angle comes in. NVIDIA could be getting ready to tap both Samsung and TSMC for high-end GPU production, significantly increasing its GPU supply Intel and NVIDIA's historic use of parallel GPU production has always been restricted to a staggered approach where the market segments were spread out across different architectures. This was done simply to optimize costs. All high-volume GPUs essentially came from the same wafer allocation. With NVIDIA getting ready to move to TSMC for their Ada Lovelace series, this approach presents another major advantage. They could continue to produce their high-end RTX 3080 Ti / RTX 3070 Ti GPUs etc at Samsung and at the same time produce RTX 4080 Ti and RTX 4070 Ti GPUs at TSMC.Since these are two separate foundries, producing two product lines will not eat into the same allocation at all! In fact, considering the market exists in a serious under-supply situation, there is no harm in going for this approach. The ridiculous advantage this tactic would give NVIDIA, both in terms of revenue and market share, means that I have a feeling we will see a lot more than just continued RTX 3060 production at Samsung Keep in mind there are *some* caveats associated with this bold educated speculation. Firstly, upstream wafer manufacturers are running at a 100% capacity and the semi-industry exists in a zero-sum game - which might limit, to some extent, the doubled allocation theory. That said, the zero-sum does not apply at the micro level when talking about specific products. For example, I doubt any of my readers care whether Samsung fulfills NVIDIA's allocation by taking away from some smaller players. What is incredibly likely is that Samsung will do everything it can to retain NVIDIA's account and the company will very likely walk away with doubled allocation sizes. If TSMC, which is choked full with orders, can make space for someone as big as NVIDIA; Samsung certainly can.

Well, Basemark has released a new benchmark, entitled Relic of Life, designed to test out the latest visual bells and whistles, including ray-traced reflections (with multiple bounces), ray-traced global illumination, physically-based rendering, and more. All the major APIs are supported, including Vulkan 1.2, DirectX 12, Metal, and more. You check out a quick video of Relic of Life in action, below. Not the most visually-appealing thing I’ve ever seen, but it’s designed to test your hardware, not be a grand artistic achievement. Relic of Life is part of Basemark’s new GPUScore benchmark suite. Two more benchmarks, “Sacred Path” for mid-level GPUs and “The Expedition” for mobile devices, are also planned. Basemark claims their benchmarks are run on a frame-by-frame basis, resulting in more consistent, repeatable results. Here’s more information on the Relic of Life benchmark… GPUScore: Relic of Life is a graphics benchmark that utilizes real-time raytracing. It is aimed for PC’s and laptops that have a raytracing capable graphics card. Relic of Life supports both DirectX 12 and Vulkan 1.2 graphics API’s. 16. Qualcomm has already been reported to use TSMC’s manufacturing process for the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus, and according to one tipster, Samsung is not going to mass produce the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 either. Yield Issues Continued to Plague Samsung’s Foundry, Which Likely Led to Qualcomm Making This Decision With Samsung unable to provide a steady supply of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips to Qualcomm due to reported yield issues, the immediate reaction for Qualcomm would be to head over to TSMC’s camp. According to Ice Universe, Samsung may lose out on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 orders too, but no reasoning is provided by the tipster as to why that is. However, given the number of previous reports talking about this very subject, we can formulate an answer. It is no secret that TSMC produces better chips in better quantity, which is why Apple has secured shipments from the manufacturer exclusively for many years now. Mass producing both the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 could have immense performance and power-efficiency improvements, not to mention a stable supply of chip shipments which Qualcomm can then pass onto its clientele. At this time, Samsung’s rumored yield rate for its 4nm process stood at an abysmal 35 percent, meaning 65 out of 100 chips were defective and likely had to be discarded. In comparison, TSMC is reportedly faring significantly better, possessing a 70+ percent yield rate, making it a no-brainer deal for Qualcomm. The chipset maker is said to be working closely with its new foundry partner to quickly bring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus to the market in an effort to replace the regular Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, meaning that its launch should happen earlier than expected. As for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, TSMC may mass produce it on its 4nm architecture, as chips fabricated on the 3nm process may not launch until late next year. Aside from a rumor claiming that the new SoC will get AV1 support, there is minimal information available to us at this time. We hope Qualcomm can fix its supply issues, and hopefully, the company churns out a better chipset to use in 2023’s Android flagship smartphones.
  17. The latest market pricing and availability report for AMD Radeon & NVIDIA GeForce GPUs has been shared by 3DCenter, showcasing that prices have hit a new low as availability continues to improve. AMD Radeon & NVIDIA GeForce GPU Prices Now At Their Lowest Since The Start of 2021, Availability Greatly Improved The latest report shows that the prices have reached the same level or better than the start of 2021 but with far better availability than it was last year. The AMD Radeon graphics cards are currently priced at an average of 35% over MSRP, a drop from 45% last month while the NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards are priced at 41% MSRP versus last month's 57% price hike. But it's not just prices that have improved, as you can see from the monthly chart shared by 3DCenter, the availability of GPUs and the respective graphics cards is now at its best since the start of 2021 & continues to improve. Almost every store in the EU and even North American markets are now stocked with graphics cards in good numbers. In Europe, particularly, almost all stores are stocked with graphics cards in good quantities which means that the only issue that is as of right now is the prices and that, as mentioned above, seems to be improving too. The GeForce RTX 3050, the most recent launch, currently sits at 29% over MSRP. We also recently reported on how the graphics card prices are coming down significantly and we expect even better rates in the coming months as the cryptocurrency market corrects. From the looks of things, the entry-level parts are now available close to their MSRPs which is good news for the bulk of gamers but we would advise them to wait a bit more if they can because prices are indeed going to come down further in the next few months, especially as we get close to the launch of next-gen GPUs around mid of 2022.
  18. The new video was posted over the weekend by known Souls miner and leaker, Lance McDonald. Apparently, the reputable dataminer discovered a hidden location within FromSoftware’s latest title and how to get there. As suggested by McDonald in his video, this new coliseum might very well be used as DLC for multiplayer PVP within Elden Ring. Check out the video from McDonald down below and judge for yourself. As always with these kinds of rumors, however, take this information with a grain of salt for now as this location hasn’t been confirmed by FromSoftware in any way just yet. Of course, Elden Ring already supports both cooperative and competitive multiplayer modes in which players can help each other tackle tough enemy encounters or explore the world together. In addition, players are able to enter other players’ worlds in the completive multiplayer mode. Take on the role of a Tarnished, a visitor from another land washed ashore onto the edge of the brutally broken realms of The Lands Between. Devastated by the shattering of the Elden Ring, which kept peace and order throughout the land, players must hunt down former rulers and demi-gods to piece the Elden Ring back together and take the mantle of Elden Lord. From heavy-hitting knights, nimble thieves, elusive archers, and powerful sorcerers, or a mix of multiple disciplines, ELDEN RING allows for a true role-playing experience giving players the ability to experiment and find their preferred play style. Equip skills to weapons from a myriad of options found throughout the land to further expand and enhance combat options. Players can also summon spirits they find on their journey to fight alongside them to help even the odds against tougher foes. “ELDEN RING brings FromSoftware’s unique perspective on action-RPG gameplay and fantasy storytelling into its biggest title to date,” said Mike Chang, Senior Director Digital Marketing and Business at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. upon the game's release. “We are incredibly excited for returning fans and new players to explore this first step in this very exciting new franchise.” Elden Ring is available globally now for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The title was released late last month.
  19. A Ukrainian sailor has been arrested for trying to sink a luxury yacht belonging to his Russian boss. The man, named Taras Ostapchuk, 55, reportedly opened the valve in the engine room of the Lady Anastasia cruise ship in an attempt to flood the ship in protest of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The yacht was docked in Mallorca in Spain when Ostapchuk, a ship engineer, tried to sink it, reports the BBC.He was arrested by the Spanish Civil Guard on February 26 and appeared in court on February 27. In court, Ostapchuk told the judge that he did not regret his actions, as reported by NDTV. "I don't regret anything I've done and I will do it again," the Ukrainian said, according to the Majorca Daily Bulletin. He added that his boss is a criminal who sells guns that kill Ukrainians.Lady Anastasia is a 156-foot yacht owned by Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mijeev. Rosoboronexport is a company that exports Russian-made defense products such as weapons, ships, tanks and combat vehicles. Ostapchuk has worked on the ship for 10 years. In court, he confessed to his actions after watching television coverage of the war. "I watched the news about the war. There is a video of a helicopter attack on a building in Kiev. The weapons used are manufactured by the company that owns the yacht. They attack innocent people," Ostapchuk told the judge.Ostapchuk is said to have asked his co-workers to leave the ship after opening a valve in the engine room. According to The New York Post, the yacht is estimated to be worth 7.7 million US dollars (Rp 110 billion). Due to Ostapchuk's actions, the cruise ship's engine room suffered significant damage. After being released on bail, Ostapchuk has left Spain for his native Ukraine, where he intends to join the war against Russia. https://www.kompas.com/global/read/2022/03/06/163100970/pelaut-ukraina-coba-tenggelamkan-kapal-pesiar-mewah-milik-orang-kaya?page=1
  20. The progress of the times makes modifications can be done digitally. Although it can be said to be a prototype, the work produced can be a reference. One of them is a digital designer who makes a lot of work in cyberspace, namely Julak Sendie Design. This time, the artist released a modified rendering of the Honda Vario 160 in an adventure style. Quoting Greatbiker, it can be seen that the color scheme takes the design of its distant relative, the Africa Twin, which is Honda's mainstay in the big adventure segment. The motor is whitewashed with blue and red graphics. In Tebeng Samoing, the Africa Twin logo is embedded as an identity that this is an adventure motorcycle.Another change is to use the upside down front suspension which is more robust in gold. Then the front and rear rims are wide spokes with the same color as the suspension What's interesting is the model of the fingers like the Africa Twin which makes it cut through the ground. The tips of his fingers are on the side to make it stronger to withstand the load and be invited to be crushed. The speedometer has been replaced by a naked Beat Street style. Then the end of the handlebars plus the handle gurd is a bit more stocky. The back hasn't changed much. Basically, it remains the same as the standard version that launched in Indonesia in early 2022. Only added with a top box. https://otomotif.kompas.com/read/2022/03/05/130200215/modifikasi-digital-honda-vario-160-x-africa-twin-
  21. The Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) revealed the findings of sachet coffee containing paracetamol and sildenafil. The findings were known after BPOM carried out crackdown operations on illegal traditional medicine and food products containing medicinal chemicals (BKO). As a result, sachets of coffee containing paracetamol and sildenafil circulating in the cities of Bandung and Bogor were found. The copy of the sachet found even included a BPOM permit. However, the Head of BPOM Penny K. Lukito has confirmed that this is a fake. It should be noted that the paracetamol found by BPOM in these sachets of coffee is an analgesic-antipyretic drug to relieve mild pain and fever. This drug can indeed be purchased by the public without using a prescription because it is included in the group of over-the-counter drugs. "Basically, this drug is only used to reduce symptoms of mild pain and fever such as headaches, flu, and toothache in children," said pharmacologist at Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta, Heru Sasongko, M.Sc.,Apt to Kompas. com, Saturday (5/3/2022). While sildenafil is the generic name or active substance, and this drug is clinically used to treat impotence or erectile dysfunction in men. Heru Sasongko explained, sildenafil can also be used in patients with pulmonary hypertension or increased pulmonary artery pressure. "This medicine includes Long term dangers of paracetamol and sildenafil Heru Sasongko explained a number of dangers to health if people are "hooked" to consume coffee sachets containing paracetamol and sildenafil. He explained that paracetamol taken long-term or in large doses can have fatal consequences. "For example, liver disorders, severe headaches, nausea and vomiting, and others," added Heru Sasongko. "Under certain conditions paracetamol can interact with other drugs, such as concurrent use with warfarin (causing bleeding), izoniazid (increasing the risk of liver damage) and other effects," he added. "Therefore, if paracetamol is mixed with traditional medicines or food products, the risk is very dangerous." On the other hand, he added that the content of sildenafil or more familiarly known to the public as Viagra also has dangers if consumed in the long term. Heru Sasongko said that illegally sildenafil is also often mixed in traditional medicines and food products. "The motivation for mixing BKO in food products and traditional medicines is generally to want to give an effect that is fast or has a fast onset so that consumers have more confidence," he explained. However, he added that the side effect of using food products and traditional medicines containing BKO is the occurrence of health problems. Among them, arrhythmias or irregular heartbeat rhythm, chest pain, headaches, erections that last too long and cause pain, seizures, and even fainting. Benefits of paracetamol with caffeine Many people then worry about the paracetamol content in sachet coffee as found by BPOM. However, Heru Sasongko said this content when mixed with coffee can provide health benefits. Even so, the use of paracetamol must be based on the right dose in order to provide a beneficial effect when combined with caffeine. "There are already chemical drug products that combine paracetamol with caffeine which are used to treat mild headaches," he said. "However, the dose must be appropriate, while coffee contains very varied caffeine can be small or even higher so the potential for side effects is very high as well." So that people are more observant in choosing medicinal products and packaged food, he advises consumers to be more vigilant. He asked consumers not to be tempted by bombastic advertisements for medicinal and food products that promise health benefits. So that consumers do not become victims, they can check the authenticity of the distribution permit of a drug or food product through the BPOM website. "Check the label on the packaging, the name of the manufacturer, the expiration date to see if it looks suspicious," said Heru Sasongko. "BPOM RI has carried out its duties and responsibilities as an official institution that has the function of supervising the circulation of drugs and food throughout Indonesia very well," he concluded. https://lifestyle.kompas.com/read/2022/03/05/112141420/kopi-saset-mengandung-parasetamol-dan-sildenafil-apa-bahayanya
