So you have to wait for them downloading thé map You cant say this is connection lost cuz if hé lost connection hé will cet kick Contact him to download map from Google as a fast way to solve this problème

Maybe large sise of map add to it low internet So if they still for 5maps as you Saïd, managers should kick them to leave places for players

Hello ace This things can happen to any one ,you can sée it by your self when map changed ,players who take a time to downlaod map they will apear as dead with out latency
