If you ever wanted to send large files via email, but your mail client does not support this native feature, you can do it very easily through WeTransfer To send large emails, WeTransfer has become very po[CENSORED]r in recent years, but there are a few things you need to keep in mind. First, the files expire after just a few days. Secondly, there is also a limit to the actual size of the files. In recent years, the majority of po[CENSORED]r email clients have a maximum email size of around 25-30MB. Since our storage needs have exploded, there are chances that this size will not be enough. There are many alternatives. If you are a user of Dropbox, Mega, OneDrive, Google Drive or other cloud service, you can share your desired files directly from there by email or any chat application. In case you do not want to make a cloud account just for this purpose, WeTransfer allows you to send files up to 2GB to your friends. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of emails you can send with a maximum of 2GB attached. The only important thing to keep in mind is that regardless of whether or not those files are downloaded from the WeTransfer server, they will disappear within 7 days. If you are comfortable with these details, you can move on. Join WeTransfer.com using your favorite browser. If you are asked, which variant of the service you are interested in, opt for the free one. Click Add your files to the left and select the files on the hard drive you want sent. Wait until they're uploaded to the WeTransfer server. Type the address or email addresses of the recipients in the "Email to" field separated by the Enter key. You can send an email in this manner to up to three different email addresses. Fill in your own address in the "Your email" field and possibly type in a message that you want to accompany those files. Once you have completed these steps, click the Transfer button. After just a few minutes, you should receive both a link and a download link for you and the recipients in your email. The mechanism is as simple as possible and does not involve any risk.

Which applications consume the battery as soon as possible? What are the applications that require the highest data traffic? Here are some questions you'll find the answer to this article to have an Android phone as fluently as possible. It's a real adventure to have an Android phone that works just as well and has the same autonomy as when you bought it, and that's what happens without you doing something wrong. The performances of an Android smartphone decrease over time due to the installation of applications that are not properly optimized, which is why they consume lots of battery power, require high data traffic or simply need a lot of processing resources, which which affects general performance. Fortunately, there are some simple ways to find out which applications are most likely to affect your smartphone's performance. How do I find the applications that consume the most battery? To find out which are the most battery-consuming applications, just go into the Android - Android - System - Battery menu on your Android phone. Here is the status of the battery and, depending on the type of phone and software, a prediction about autonomy. In addition, here you can see the most energy-intensive applications in percent. It is important to note that this "ranking" depends very much on how much you usually use the installed applications. So, if you notice battery-consuming applications, a solution is to uninstall them and replace them with the same functionality if possible. AVG Security Solutions Producer has produced a number of interesting statistics based on how users use their smartphones and the results are far from surprising: among the most battery-consuming applications that are po[CENSORED]r in Romania too counts, in this order, Facebook, Waze, WhatsApp, OLX, and the Amazon Kindle, so the top is dominated by socializing applications. How do I find the applications that consume the most data? Some applications consume a lot of data traffic, which is why you can find that you have easily exceeded the amount included in the subscription or card option. To find out which are the most traffic-intensive applications on your phone, go to the Settings - Network Connections - Data Usage menu, where you can see statistics for specific periods. The AVG study confirms that social-based applications are top, but there are some surprises. So, in order, the applications that need the most data traffic and are po[CENSORED]r in Romania are Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram and Yahoo Weather. How do I find the applications that most affect my performance? Unlike the previous two scenarios, there is no tool to show how many resources a particular application uses. However, if you install an app and suddenly notice a slowdown in Android, it means that the app is consuming too much power, and in such a situation I recommend you uninstall it. Generally, an Android phone will work harder as you install more and more apps, as many of them run in the background, turn on after a restart, and even consume data traffic without using them. That's why I recommend that you uninstall apps you do not currently use, an important step, including freeing up memory on your Android phone. According to the AVG study, the applications that most affect the performance of an Android smartphone and are po[CENSORED]r in Romania are Facebook, Instagram, SoundCloud, Amazon Kindle and Vine. conclusions Identifying the most resource-intensive apps on Android is a first step necessary to make your phone more fluid. Exiting power-consuming applications helps you get better autonomy, and uninstalling those that require increased data traffic helps you fit within the limits of your pricing plan. Last but not least, try to identify apps that affect performance. This way you have more chances to keep an Android as clean as possible to deliver a level of performance close to the one you bought the phone. And if all of this has no effect, maybe it is the reason to do a factory reset.

CES 2019 is over, but we have not been able to show you all the news. One thing that has escaped us was information about the PCIe 4.0 SSDs that will appear this year. Phison presented a test with an NVMe type SSD connected to a PCIe 4.0 port. The speeds are incredible. The SSD used in the test is not a prototype and has a Phison controller, and the PCIe 4.0 interface has been accessed through an adapter from PCIe 3.0 16x to PCIe 4.0 8X because there are not yet motherboards with this interface. AMD promises such plates this year. So these speeds are smaller than what we see from the final product and the native interface. The speeds are 4000MB / s for reading and 4200MB / s for reading. Unfortunately, the jump is not great because the current strongest SSDs can reach 3500MB / s. The bus may be more, but for this we need faster memories. The controller used by Phison for this prototype is called the PS5016-E16 and has a quad core ARM processor from 2 ARM cores and 2 CO-X cores from Phison. PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 8 Channels with 32 CEs NAND interface: 800 MT / s support DDR4 interface: 1600 Mbps support 3D TLC and QLC support Designed with Phison's 4th Gen LDPC Engine We are curious to see the first SSDs with the PCIe 4.0 interface and their price. As you have already noticed, prices for SSDs have dropped a lot.

Voluntary volcanoes from Pâclele Mari and Pâclele Mici represent one of the most interesting tourist destinations in our country. The muddy volcanoes are located in the [CENSORED]ture Subcarpathians in Berca, Buzau County, being formed due to the eruptions of gas in the earth, which trained the surface of the mud and water. In the area they are known as patches and have the same structure as a true volcano. The only difference is that they erupt with water and sludge, which is why they are not as dangerous as lava. The term muddy volcano characterizes a slow eruption of most of the time, but it can also be rapid, based on mud. It can sometimes be accompanied by gas or even oil. Volous Volcanoes were first remarked in our country in the area of Berca by the Frenchman H. Cognard in 1867 on petroleum exploration. However, muddy volcanoes have been known since ancient times, which is why many legends have been born around them. Mrs. Neaga's legend 400 years ago, at the place where the Spooky Volcanoes are now, it is said that Mrs Neaga, wife of ruler Mihnea Turcit, lived. She lived in these lands, after the death of her husband, with her four children, three daughters and a boy. But there was a great disaster on these lands, with the coming of a dragon who destroyed everything around him. People came to Mrs. Neaga to complain about the scandal. Merciful, she sent her son, Arbanaş, who defeated the dragon. It is said that the sludge from which clay is splashing at this moment would be the wounds of the dragon, and the gray and cracked field would be behind the beast. Voluptuous volcanoes in history "Buzzuous volcanoes were first remarked in our country in Berca, Buzau County, by the Frenchman H. Cognard in 1867 on oil prospecting. Later, they were described in 1883 by Grigore Cobalcescu, in 1890 by Grigore Ştefănescu, and in 1965 by Mircea Peahă, who also draws up a synthesis work, writes journalist Gheorghe Petcu in Buzău-Legends and History. References to the muddy volcanoes in the Buzau region, but in a literary approach, Alexandru Odobescu also made in his Pseudokinegeticos, which he published in 1874. "If you do not know and you have not seen, let me tell you that the boiling boilers have been set there with boiling pitch; under the earth giggle and boil the muddy cloud, cooler than ice, darker than fog; then, through the mouths of the valley of this valley without spill, gushing upwards, when a skier, a slap, a hurry, and more; every mouthed around the mounds, and the bells that he crumbles spit out of the hulk, drifted through the mounds, gather in the mud, dry in the wind, crash into the sun, and lay down the valley of the valley with a humorous and humiliating humor, which he does not catch, God forbid, neither knot, nor thorns. " (Al. Odobescu, Pseudokinegeticos

2018, the best year in Porsche history: the Germans have delivered over 255,000 cars. SUV Macan, the first in customer preferences In 2018, Porsche delivered 256,255 new cars globally, up 4% from 2017. Last year, the Macan SUV was the most po[CENSORED]r model in the range of the German builder, with over 86,000 units delivered. Porsche continues to achieve good results, and in the year that has just ended, the Germans have managed to check a new record of deliveries: 256,255 units. Thus, the Stuttgart builder improved its result in 2017 by 4%. And in 2018, Porsche Macan was the most po[CENSORED]r model in the range of the German manufacturer. The SUV of the Germans was delivered in 86,031 units, down 11% from 2017. Second place in public preference was Porsche Cayenne. The largest SUV in the Porsche range reached 71,458 customers in the garages, thus achieving a 12% increase over the 2017 result. The last stage of the podium is occupied by Porsche Panamera. 38,443 Panamera copies were delivered globally in 2018, up 38%. Last year, the Porsche 911 raised 35,573 orders (+ 10%), while the 718 Boxster / Cayman gathered 24,750 orders (-1%). The Chinese market remains the best for the Stuttgart builder. In 2018, the Germans delivered 80,108 units in China, up 12% from 2017. In the US, last year's deliveries totaled 57,202 vehicles, up only 3%, while deliveries in Europe fell by 4% . The Germans say that switching to the new WLTP cycle was the main reason for the decline recorded on the Old Continent.

General Secretary of the Government Toni Grebla told Pro TV News that Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă will again propose to President Klaus Iohannis the names of Mircea Drăghici and Olguţa Vasilescu at the ministries of Transport and Development. According to Grebla, the two head of state's two refusals so far are political and do not have a legal basis, as Viorica Dăncilă will insist on "the same proposals". "These are not the real reasons for which the president of Romania refused the two proposals, which is why the prime minister will insist, will reiterate the same proposals to be appointed to the respective positions, with absolutely unnecessary mention that the two meet the conditions sti[CENSORED]ted by law to perform this function as minister. "- said the Secretary General of the Government for Pro TV News. Also, Grebla said, the Government also takes into consideration the second variant, referring to the Constitutional Court, regarding the existence of a new legal constitutional conflict. "One of the variants, perhaps this will be the decision the prime minister will take. The second variant, but one does not exclude the other, is the notification of the Constitutional Court, after the president has been pronounced on this last request of the Prime Minister, "- said the representative of the Executive.

Whether we are talking about Alcatel or TCL, one of the companies is guilty of malware on the phone. None of them is extremely po[CENSORED]r on the current market, but such situations only remove the few remaining customers. In 2018, the company was involved in a similar controversy because it had applications with pre-installed adware on phones. Now, it seems to have taken things further and delivers phones with preinstalled malware. In some cases, it collects data, and in others it can subscribe users to various paid services without them being aware of it. The "Weather Forecast-World Weather Accurate Radar" application, developed by TCL and pre-installed on Alcatel phones, is to blame for the situation. It collects various data: IMEI, email addresses, and location history, among others, and then sends them to a TCL server. The application runs and adware in the background, and they consume 50 - 250 MB of data. The most dubious activity was subscribing to premium phone users. If there was no Secure-D platform, customers in Brazil and other countries would have paid about $ 1.5 million for nothing. At the moment, it's not clear how malware came in the weather application on Alcatel phones. One theory claims that TCL's development systems have been compromised. This may not be the direct fault of Alcatel or Alcatel for malware, but they remain guilty of negligence, especially since this is not the first time this happens.

Foldable phones are officially real. Samsung introduced the first such device some time ago. A Chinese company stole the start just days before (or even one day). As much as I wanted to exist, I realize now that I've seen the first such device, but also 3D images with the one offered by Samsung, that I'm not a good idea at least not now. They are fascinating but not useful or easy to use. Go to what I saw a video with the Royole phone when I realized it was wrong. The idea of a foldable phone that you can extend into a tablet is good. Big up! But the way manufacturers made these devices seems totally wrong to me. From my point of view, there are some problems: Thickness: when you bend the phone to use it in the small version it turns into a sandwich. You will actually have 2 phones on top of each other, and the thickness will exceed 1cm or even 2. Weight: a phone has an average of about 170 grams. One tablet has somewhere at 300 grams maybe even more depending on the diagonal. If the foldable phone is OK to use in extended mode for working with two hands, it will not be very pleasant. You'll have a 300+ gram phone. Hinge: Another thing that personally bothers me is the way you keep the phone in your hand in tight mode. On the right side you will have a sloping curved screen, and to the left the plastic edges of the device. Where do you put the fact that in the place where the screen bends, there will be a bump because you can not really deny it. See the picture below. So, no good to use. The screen will be a problem because if it is of poor quality, it will not last too long. Although the manufacturers promise a lot of flexes (say good?) I do not think that screen will be reliable, and the colors, brightness etc will suffer around the bend. Surely this problem will be remedied in the second generation. The software: surely there will be many bugs and Android needs to be well established. Applications need to be matched to the user's needs, to know when the phone is tight or not. I hope Google is already working on the new version of Android with the thought of these folding products. The price of a screen if you break it or your accessories will be very expensive. Where do you find that you need a protective foil and I do not think there is still a flexible one. The price of such a product: it is rumored to exceed the threshold of 1000 euros, even Samsung F will be nearly 2000 euros. It's normal to cost as much, technology is new. It will take 2-3 hours until these products are accessible. . I repeat, I like the idea of a flexible phone. I want this, but I do not think the first products will be that good. At least FlexPai seems to me a bad joke after seeing some videos. Probably because of Samsung's appearance, it did not want to present their product totally.

Nine red lines on a stone splinter found in a cave in South Africa could be the oldest drawing ever made by Homo sapiens. The artifact, which scientists believe has a 73,000 year old, precedes the oldest abstract paintings in Europe previously known about 30,000 years ago. "We know many things that Homo sapiens could do, but not the fact that they were able to make such drawings in this early period," said Christopher Henshilwood, archeologist at the University of Bergen and principal author of study. The finding, which was published in Nature, can provide insight into the use of symbols by mankind, which laid the foundations for language, mathematics and civilization. The prehistoric drawing was discovered in the Blombos cave, about 300 km from Cape Town. Archaeological deposits on this site date from 70,000 to 100,000 years, with the Middle Stone Age period. Inside the cave, scientists have discovered Homo sapiens teeth, spear tips, bone tools, engravings and shell beads. Luca Pollarolo, a researcher at Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa, cleared some artifacts excavated from the site in 2011 when he came across a small splinter that measures only 3.86 cm in length and 1.28 cm in width, which seemed to be drawn. The markings represented six straight, almost parallel lines that were diagonally crossed by three slightly curved lines. "I think so far I have seen more than tens of thousands of artifacts in my life, and I have never seen red lines on a splinter," said Dr. Pollarolo. "I could not believe what I had in my hands." He contacted Dr. Henshilwood and Karen van Niekerk, also an archaeologist at the University of Bergen, and agreed that the splinter was worthy of investigation. They took the artefact in France to be examined by Francesco d'Errico, an archaeologist at the University of Bordeaux. Here, the team had to determine whether the red lines were drawn on the stone, if they were not, to find out their origin. Using a microscope, a laser and an electronic scanning microscope, they determined that the markings were placed on the top of the stone and were made of red dew, a type of natural pigment often used in prehistoric paintings in caves. In fact, the people in the Blombos cave made shame paintings 100,000 years ago. "Then did we have to determine how these lines were made?" Said Dr. Niekerk. "Have they been painted or drawn?" They recreated the painting of shame after they turned a wooden stick into a brush and made lines on stone splinters comparable to those on the specimen. They have made a model, but this time they made the lines with a deceptive pencil. Then they compared the markings of the paint and pencils made with those on the artifact. They established that the transverse prehistoric model was a drawing, not a painting, made with a pencil tip that most likely only measured about 1 to 3 millimeters in thickness. This distinction between painting and drawing is important, according to Dr. Henshilwood, because paint mixtures can dry out. Which makes it less useful than the shield that could be used by the prehistoric man whenever he or she wanted to make symbols, without complicating the mixing of the paint. Dr. Henshilwood and his team showed that the red lines were drawn on a smooth surface. What indicated that the splinter was once part of a larger stones that prehistoric people would use to crush the shit. They also showed that the original lines most likely extended beyond the stone chip before it was split. They can not say with certainty what purpose the drawing was made of, and whether it is a simple marauding or something of greater significance. But they have their guesses. "I am convinced that they are more than mere random markings," said Dr. Henshilwood. "I think it is certainly a symbol and there is a message there." They also think that the drawing was made by a member of our species and not by another hominin because they only found Homo sapiens remains in the cave. The oldest examples of abstract and figurative drawing techniques prior to this discovery were those from the Chauvet cave in France, El Castillo cave in Spain, Apollo 11 (en) in southern Namibia and the Maros cave in Indonesia, some of which date back about 42,000 years. Also, a recent study has uncovered neanderthal paintings made of shame in Europe, which were 64,000 years old. "Until now, we did not know that the drawing was part of the repertoire of prehistoric Homo sapiens," said Dr. van Niekerk. The inside of the Blombos fish, where the artifact was first excavated in 2011. Dr. Henshilwood, said that in this cave were found other similar patterns of crossed and embossed engraved engraved pieces. An abstract pattern appears to be engraved on this piece of shame, which was also found in the Blombos cave in the same remnants of the stone splinter. (Errico / Henshilwood / Nature) The most recent thing, he said, has provided additional evidence that early African people used symbols and abstract thinking in a variety of ways, such as drawing, painting, engraving and jewelry making. "The authors are right that this is the oldest visual designation hitherto made by Homo sapiens," said Paul Pettitt, an archaeologist at Durham University in England, who was not involved in the study. "The new discovery is crucial to our understanding of the emergence of visual culture as it documents the transfer of such a motive to the stone in an intentional act." Instead, Dar Lyn Wadley, an archaeologist at Witwatersrand University, said, "He is not convinced that it is a matter of deliberate drawing on chips based on current evidence." If the drawing was on a piece that once was part of a grinding stone used to make a shame, she would have liked to have seen the researchers perform additional experiments that would replicate other activities than the drawing to demonstrate that the markings ocher were not made unintentionally, while dusting powder. Dr d'Errico retorted, saying that grinding the powder for the powder would have left large red signs and not thin lines that they see on their artifact. While the debate remains unresolved, researchers have given the artefact, originally called the CC-L13, a new name, taken from a more modern symbol. "We call it '# L13' because we are in 2018 and everything has hashtags," said Dr. van Niekerk

The use of the mobile phone or tablet at the wheel would be punished by 9-20 points-fine (4th grade) and 6 penalty points. The Ministry of the Interior has drafted a bill to this effect, which is in public debate and has been posted on the institution's website. "This draft normative act proposes the banning of handholds or hands-on use in any way not only of the mobile phone but also of any mobile device provided with the function of recording or playing text, photo or video (e.g., tablets). The sanction with fine will also be applied to drivers who are not subject to the requirement to have a driving license (eg, bicyclists), "says a press release issued by the Ministry of Interior. The text of the project is displayed and can be consulted on the website www.mai.gov.ro, in the Decision Transparency section, as well as at the Public Relations Center of the Ministry of Interior, Revolution Square no. 1A, in Bucharest.

The Romanian Parliament, at the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, amended and supplemented the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2002 on traffic on public roads with a paragraph on the complete prohibition of electronic devices for phones / tablets in the wheel or on bicycles / trolleys if kept in hand. "During driving, the driver is forbidden to keep in hand or to use the hands in any way of the mobile phone as well as of any mobile device provided with the recording or text, photo or video recording function", is shown in the law. If the driver violates any traffic rule while using the mobile phone / tablet he / she remains without a driving license for 30 days. Drivers will be punished with 9-20 points - fine (4th grade) and 6 penalty points if they are surprised to use the phone while driving. And cyclists or those using trotters risk fines for using the phone while driving. "Keeping in hand or using hands in any way during the walk of the mobile phone as well as any mobile device provided with the recording or playback function of text, photo or video by the driver for whom the mandatory requirement is not provided possession of the driving license, "the article states. Within 60 days from the date of publication of the present law, road police within the Romanian Police carry out information activities for the participants in the traffic as defined by the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2002 on the public roads, republished, with the subsequent modifications and completions, regarding the prohibition, valid during the walk, holding in hand or using hands in any way the mobile phone or any mobile device provided with the function recording or playing text, photo, or video. The provisions of art. It shall enter into force within 60 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, of this law.
