 I find this request to be a joke because you just joined a few days ago and have no activity. How can you be willing to become a moderator without first participating in at least one project? Without this prerequisite, your requests for moderator will continue to be rejected indefinitely.

You only needs to talk with the managers to request an admin there, this area is for active project members who request to moderator some specefic sections on Community.
