1. What makes a person a good moderator is being active, helpfull, and not neglecting his job inside the community

2. I recieved a message about the recruitement of moderators, and i decided to join this wonderful team,and on the other hand it's anopportunity to gain experience in this field by helping everyone, and sharing new ideas about the community for its further advancement.
