CANT ENTER THE SERVER !!! Server Slot

GREETINGS 

MY USERNAME IS : amine .     as soon as i bought server slot for 700 points . i tried to enter the password as it asked . and than i got kicked from the server

now everytime i try to log in i get automatically kicked
