Mobile Phones, TV, Wearables, Gadgets and Tech News LIVE Updates 01-09-2021: Apple, Fortnite, Tesla, PUBG Mobile Windows 11, and Elon Musk are in the news today.
Tech News LIVE: After Microsoft announced the official release date for Windows 11 last night, we’ve learned a lot about the upcoming operating system update – from features will be missing to what happens to users on Windows Insider who do not have compatible PCs. Fortnite users have only a couple of weeks to finish the new challenges before the next season begins, while Krafton has advised users informing them that transferring data from PUBG Mobile to Battlegrounds Mobile India using a Facebook account will soon be discontinued.

PUBG Mobile fans can rejoice as PUBG: New State pre-registrations have gone live on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store in India. According to Krafton the game has been developed by its PUBG STUDIOS, which also developed other po[CENSORED]r games in the battle royale genre including PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. Gamers can expect PUBG: New State to launch as a free-to-play experience on Android and iOS in 2021, according to the company.

Windows 11 is a month away, and Microsoft is busy at work preparing the operating system for release. While Windows 10 has been revealed to be compatible with a very limited set of hardware, the operating system was available in preview form even on devices that didn't meet all the requirements. Microsoft is now changing this, and users who have older, incompatible devices are seeing messages that they cannot run Windows 11 and advising them to switch to Windows 10.

Samsung has finally launched the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G smartphone in India via a special launch event today. The phone was first launched by the company in the UK back in March this year.
