Admin Activity at Night Hours

Tonight at 2:31 am with my country hour and at 3:31 am with SV clock , a hacker has been detected but there was no admin to ban him or at least to slay him. I was suspended and @Nyx. was there with me but he was absended. I want to warm the SV about this topic.
