• Your Problem: i got banned in server , but i cant get unbanned for some reason

• it sometimes shows in console this - ERROR: couldn't open custom.hpk

try to reset your router, it will give you a new ip, which should allow you into the server.

if not try to download a different cs 1.6.

Tell to The admins who have access to unban you ,if still you are still banned : re-enter your admin password 

And try to reset your router ,or reinstall your cs game.
