Some players are having trouble to join my server

Your Problem: Well, I opened my furin server and I made a boost for the server using http://gametracker.rs but I didn't gain much players
which makes me a little bit worry, after that a friend of me try to join the server and he got this issue that are in the screenshot down,

Hello dear your server was blacklisted u need to connect with your host for that problem

my server clear in gametracker rs and gametracker and my server have boost now from gm.rs https://www.gametracker.rs/server_info/89.40.233.222:27015/

I saw your problem that it is a very difficult problem, as I understand your server, has been added to the black list, and the only solution contact with @Mr.Love or send Ticket better and it will help you on your problem!

I also had the same problem when i bought a server from *****.** I also searched a lot of places.

At last i had to told to my host to allocate new ip to me.

I m not telling you to do this i am just sharing my experience.

Solution is that your players would not use the CS 1.6 By GTRS or You can mail to email that is in photo (I tried it not works)

I do remember now i have faced this problem long ago, you need to change the addons some plugins which you got are made for servers with host at KGB, So my advice is that you either change the addons  or you are looking for the plugins made by KGB [IGGI@GTRS]  AND REPLACE THEM !

Your server may send some slowhack live binding every key to connect to the server or MotdWrite autoexec.cfg to connect to the server automatically or even changing the game menu of players.

edit: try to decrypt every possible plugin on your server and find the one with that slowhack, then edit it or remove it, contact iggi@gametrracker.rs (carefully) to get your rank again

If your server getting BlackListed that's mean there is a wrong there : 

The Way you boosted server  or using cheats [ try to hack , piracy ]

Spam of IP   ,  a lot of servers  Have the same ip of your server

And  the Reasons of blacklisted a lot  and this one Of them

That's not big deal, just the system of GTRS spotted a problem or a hack from the plugin you installed(Somehow) and it tracked it as hack...!!! Try to contact with GTRS to solve your problem in that case!
