Angrry.exe™ Posted June 1, 2019 Share Posted June 1, 2019 Considering the fact that I am frequently asked how many cores have the processors from Intel, i3, i5 and i7, I thought to create a small article in which to write very clearly the answer to the question. First, do not make the common mistake of associating the processor name with the number of cores, as in the case of Intel Core 2 Duo that has 2 cores; that is, when you hear Intel i3, that does not mean the processor has 3 cores. Intel i3 processors have 2 cores. Intel i5 processors have 2 or 4 cores. Intel i7 processors have 4 or 6 cores. !!! P.S: Did you know that the Intel Core 3 Trio processor was launched in Russia?
