But if you using reauthcheck, look in his settings and find something name "IdleTime3" and change the value of it to max or less 

You can also disable reauthcheck to fix this problem...

Go to "metamod/dlls" and open reauthcheck.cfg , find "IdleTime2" , "IdleTime3" and "IdleTime4" and set their values to max.

OR

Remove reautchecker - metamod plugin.

This problem is from server that u connecting att exactly from addons-plugins and can not be fixed only from managers.
