Hello dude!

To fix global offensive from crashing, simply;

1. Go to where global offensive is installed (by default C:/steam/steamapps/common/globaloffensive
2. Delete the csgo app Verify game cache integrity on steam make sure everything is unticked on new csgo application
3. put "cl_disablehtmlmotd 1" in launch options
