To fix global offensive from crashing, simply; Go to where global offensive is installed (by default C:/steam/steamapps/common/globaloffensive Delete the csgo app Verify game cache integrity on steam make sure everything is unticked on new csgo application put "cl_disablehtmlmotd 1" in launch options Good Luck! 1
