That is not really respect..  You don't mock people for their language usage, that is not respect, don't you think? 

It is like: I  Insult someone and he Insults back, non of us Has the right to report the other in that case, and here you want  to report someone for something you think Is disrespectful when you literally give proof of yourself mocking his English. 

and last but not least He was owner, so I think he knows what he is doing and I think he knows the rules better than you.
