you have to put setinfo _pw and the password in console before you join the server 

example setinfo _pw 2343423

ask the founder of the server if the pw is setinfo_pw "pass" or setinfo_blackdevil "pass" or try it yourself

You need to go to consle and put your password like that: setinfo _pw "****" and join to server!
