Hello, first time check your internet connection, i think this is the principal problem, restart your wi fi box or unplug and plug the network cable. If doesn t work after this, but be sure you restarted your network or checked the connection, so, reinstall your ts3. These are the best solutions. Regards

and see ur internet connection is limited

I agree with what skyrim said

The most likely cause is that your internet is slow and because of that it does not recognize the ts3 server is a very common problem

After restart and do everything that skyrem said and still does not work I recommend that you try to enter later when your internet signal is stronger
