2. Type of problem: Problem on Forum With Notifications ! 
3. Details about the issue:  when i have one notification, i can's see this .. for more infos see Snapshot !

when i Click on Button Notifications, make loading :

 

 

 

and so stop fast and back to this :

 

 

 

 

i don't know if happens only for me or for all?

This happend to me also , but you can still check your notifications .

Click on "My settings" , then "My Notifications" .

The problem is from your internet.

When you try to open it at that time your internet get weak and doesn't open it.

 

I have sometimes on mobile because my mobile have connection problems.

The problem is from Internet or from browser try reinstalling the browser or download another browser and if you still going to have this problem You can see notifications and messages such : 

 

Notifications : Go to My Settings and in left you have My Notifications

 

PM : Go to Personal Messenger and there you will find.

I think that is problem from your net 

You can check your notifications from your profile > edit profile > my notifications

this problem happned to me too !

The way to solve it is to try another browser !

or quit and join same browser , thats how i solved this problem !
