I answers to this so many times.... This will be the last time I answer it again.
Since there is no interest in designers lately, I had to accept newbies as designers.
And You Mr.DISEASE would you do the same in my position. It is better to have designers who are learning than not to have designers....

iam not a designer i cant comment in these topic but @S e u o n g and @BeeNoXz @-GloW @axelxcapoi have seen these best designers in forum there are many who is good but they dont wana join the team and we cannot say all are bad xD
