Tbh, it's shame on you to call yourselves gfx designers, since that work you've done a newbie that got 1 day on photoshop can done better. V1: a simple text and spent no energie or time trying to make it better.. V2: Problaby watched itan.mx tutorial and pasted the work as he thinks that tutorial fits every image.. WAKE UP TO REALITY !!
