Its from sv , idk why sv banned you, sometimes sv ban and me with this reason. I think you are already unbanned by sv automatically, but for sure i will unban too. Unbanned.

first read what says that when you try to install ts3 "on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 is required" some System programs want to have Service Pack 1,2,3,4 download Service Pack 1 from here then restart your pc and try again
