  1. Hundreds of mourners gathered at the cemetery for the funerals of those killed in the twin mosque massacre. The bodies of two victims from New Zealand's mosques mass shooting were carried in open caskets on the shoulders of mourners into a large tent at Christchurch's Memorial Park Cemetery on Wednesday - the first burials of the 50 victims. Wrapped in white cloth, the bodies were laid to face Holy City of Makkah, and after jenazah (funeral) prays, were carried towards their freshly dug graves. "Seeing the body lowered down, it was a very emotional time for me," said Gulshad Ali, who had travelled from Auckland to attend the funeral. Several mounds of dirt piled high marked the site of multiple graves which will be used for New Zealand's worst mass shooting. Hundreds gathered to mourn, some men wearing a taqiyah (skullcap), others shalwar kameez (long tunic and trousers), while women wore hajibs and scarfs. The youngest was a boy of three, born in New Zealand to Somali refugee parents. The first two victims, father and son Khaled and Hamza Mustafa, came from war-torn Syria. "I cannot tell you how gutting it is...a family came here for safety and they should have been safe here," said Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, visiting the city for the second time since the massacre. An area was set up for mourners to wash their hands ahead of the service, as is the tradition in Islam. Heavily armed police stood watch with flowers tucked in their revolver holsters and attached to their high powered rifles. More burials will be conducted later on Wednesday. Ardern said this coming Friday's call to prayers for Muslims in New Zealand will be broadcast nationally and there will be a two minute silence on Friday. "There is a desire to show support for the Muslim community as they return to mosques on Friday," she said. INTERNATIONAL INVESTIGATION Australian Brenton Tarrant, 28, a suspected white supremacist who was living in Dunedin, on New Zealand's South Island, has been charged with murder following the attack on two mosques last Friday. He was remanded without a plea and is due back in court on April 5, when police said he was likely to face more charges. New Zealand's police chief said global intelligence agencies, including the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation and those from Australia, Canada and Britain, were building up a profile of the alleged shooter. "I can assure you this is an absolute international investigation," Police Commissioner Mike Bush said at a media briefing in the capital Wellington. New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has said the suspect in the shooting had traveled around the world and was not a long-term resident. As of Tuesday night 21 victims had been identified, said police and their bodies would be released for burial. Final identifications should be completed by Wednesday night. Families of the victims have been frustrated by the delay as under Islam bodies are usually buried within 24 hours. Bush said police had to prove the cause of death to the satisfaction of the coroner and the judge handling the case. "You cannot convict for murder without that cause of death. So this is a very comprehensive process that must be completed to the highest standard," he said. Twenty nine people wounded in the attacks remained in hospital, eight still in intensive care. Many have had to undergo multiple surgeries due to complicated gunshot wounds. The gunman used semi-automatic AR-15 rifles, with large magazines, and a shotgun. Tragedy for a school Ardern, who has promised tough new gun laws which could ban semi-automatic weapons and make buying a gun harder, has said the victims would see justice. She has refused to mention alleged gunman Tarrant's name, saying he does not deserve publicity. Ardern earlier visited Cashmere High School in Christchurch lost two students in the attack, teenagers Sayyad Milne and Hamza Mustafa, Hamza's father Khaled, and a former student Tariq Omar. She talked to about 200 children gathered at the school auditorium about racism and changes in gun laws. "Never mention the perpetrator's name ... never remember him for what he did," she said, asking the children to focus on the victims. The students performed an emotionally-charged haka, a ceremonial war dance, for Ardern. One little girl ran up to Ardern and hugged her. "The impact of this terror attack has been particularly cruel and tough for our school community," the school Principal Mark Wilson said in a statement late on Tuesday.
  3. The government representative of Juan Guaidó in the United States, Carlos Vecchio, visited the CITGO headquarters in Houston, Texas. WASHINGTON D.C. - While the interim government of Venezuela seeks to seize political power, the United States is fighting a battle for the future of the country's main export: oil. The dispute centers around CITGO, an oil company based in Houston, Texas, a subsidiary of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA). A few weeks after swearing in Juan Guaidó as interim president, the National Assembly of Venezuela appointed a new board of directors for the company. "With this decision we are not only protecting our assets, we also prevent the destruction from continuing and losing the company"; with these words the interim president announced the appointments. What is the importance of CITGO for the country? Almost half of the oil exported in Venezuela goes to the United States, according to data from the Observatory of Economic Complexity of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. CITGO is the main importer of Venezuelan oil in the US, according to Forbes. The country receives money and petroleum products from the company. Revenues from sales to the United States are one of the few means of foreign exchange to the government of Nicolás Maduro and, therefore, to the country. The shipments that go to the other big buyers, China and Russia, go towards the payment of debts and do not represent liquidity. This is the reason why the USA imposed sanctions on PDVSA: to leave the president in dispute without an important source of capital. In addition, Venezuela receives from CITGO light oil and naphtha, products that it needs to dilute the heavy oil produced in the country and that it can move through the oil pipelines to be dispatched. Therefore, the sanctions will also affect oil production, which has already been drastically reduced in recent years: from 2.4 million barrels a day in 2015 to 1.1 million in 2018. The sanctions, announced at the end of January, prohibit the payment for the oil that CITGO buys from Venezuela from getting to the Maduro government but from the bank accounts available to the interim government. This will cause PDVSA to stop imports into the United States, economist Francisco Rodríguez told the Voice of America. Where did CITGO come from? CITGO was founded in 1910 by Henry Doherty, an American businessman. The company changed hands several times until it was bought, between 1986 and 1990, by PDVSA. It has 3,400 employees, according to the Associated Press, three refineries - in Louisiana, Texas and Illinois - and a network of terminals and pipelines in 24 US state. During the government of Hugo Chávez, in spite of the turbulent relations between Venezuela and the United States, the commercial relationship between both countries remained. However, the former president, who died in 2013, placed in both PDVSA and CITGO, people favorable to his government in the top positions of the companies. Last year, in what many call a "purge," Nicolás Maduro's government arrested several workers in the oil industry, including Nelson Martínez, the CEO of CITGO, who died in December last year in prison.
  4. Full spoilers follow for Captain Marvel! When you're done here, be sure to watch the newly released trailer for Avengers: Endgame, and also how many after credits scenes there are in Captain Marvel and the movie's best Easter Eggs. Everyone who’s seen Captain Marvel knows that Goose the cat not only steals his scenes in the movie, he also steals the Cosmic Cube. And that’s because he’s not just some mere tabby cat. No, it’s revealed that Goose is a Flerken, an alien species that just so happens to look exactly like earthly felines …. but with some very shocking and deadly differences. Share Autoplay setting: On Introduced in the pages of Ms. Marvel by creators Brian Reed and Roberto De La Torre, the Marvel Comics equivalent of the movie’s Goose was named Chewie — yes, after Star Wars’ Chewbacca, but changed for the movie as an homage to Top Gun and Carol Danvers’ military aviation background. Fun fact: Chewie was also a she, not a he. Chewie was Carol’s pet, which she assumed was an ordinary housecat. In the comics, Carol brought Chewie along when she went on her space odyssey and didn’t realize her pet was anything different until she encountered Rocket Raccoon. Rocket told Captain Marvel that Chewie was actually a Flerken and originally wanted to kill it, warning her that the Flerken would lay eggs. Carol should have listened to Rocket because Chewie later laid 117 eggs! Share Autoplay setting: On While we haven’t seen any Flerken eggs yet in the MCU, Goose did demonstrate other abilities consistent with the depiction of the alien species in the comics, namely giant freakin’ tentacles! Flerken can not only protrude many toothy tendrils from their mouths capable of capturing and devouring their prey, their mouths also contain pocket dimensions — seriously! — which allows them to teleport as well as to store all sorts of things regardless of their size. Hence, why Goose could so easily tuck away the Tesseract, aka Cosmic Cube, for safekeeping from the Kree until the movie’s post-credits hairball scene where Goose coughs it up like a hairball. The Tesseract will then stay in SHIELD's possession until Loki gets a hold of it in the first Avengers movie. Obviously then, as cute and harmless as Goose appears, Flerken -- which also have human-level intellect -- are not to be underestimated as a once two-eyed Nick Fury learned the hard way by the end of Captain Marvel. Whether Goose ever returns to the screen remains to be seen — assuming that species has a longer lifespan than cats alive in 1995 would — but a creature capable of housing pocket dimensions in its mouth might come in handy when fighting cosmic villains like Thanos. What did you think of Goose? Let us know in the comments! 5. The Audi A7 Sportback is a tourism of almost five meters in length and a different design from a traditional luxury saloon given that the body has five doors instead of four. It is for sale from 64 230 euros. There are two versions of gasoline -45 TFSI and 55 TFSI, with 245 hp and 340 hp respectively- and three Diesel -40 TDI, 45 TDI and 50 TDI with 204, 231 and 286 hp respectively-. All have automatic transmission, which according to the version can be double clutch (S tronic) or torque converter (tiptronic). The A7 Sportback 45 TFSI and 40 TDI have traction on the front wheels and, optionally, all four. The other versions are always all-wheel drive. The engines of the 45 TFSI and 40 TDI have four cylinders placed in line and 2.0 liters of displacement. The others have six cylinders placed in uve and 3.0 liters of displacement. In this file we compare the two gasoline engines and in this other the three Diesel. The A7 Sportback 55 TFSI, 50 TDI and 45 TDI have two electrical networks: one of 12 volts and another of 48. The latter is connected to an electric machine that acts as a starter and generator and with a battery (of 0 , 48 kWh capacity). This system is designed to reduce consumption since it allows the engine to be switched off at certain times. In addition, thanks to him these versions have the environmental label Eco of the DGT. Despite its similar appearance, it does not share the platform with the A7 that Audi launched in 2010 and that it renewed in 2014 . The Audi A7 Sportback 2018 is a completely new model. What most distinguishes this second generation is the amount of driving assistance elements that it can have. By body type, the most similar alternatives are the Aston Martin Rapide S, the BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo and the Porsche Panamera. The Mercedes-Benz CLS Coupé, although it has four doors, also competes directly with the A7. In this comparative tab - with all these models, except the Aston Martin that has a price much higher than the rest - you can see the price of gasoline versions similar to 55 TFSI, with all-wheel drive, its technical characteristics and equipment. The Audi costs more than the 6 Series Gran Turismo and the CLS Coupé and much less than the Panamera. The A7 Sportback is a recommendable model to travel for the comfort that is in a wide sense: the suspension filters well, the seats are comfortable (and can have air conditioning and massage), the noise level is low and the assistants to the conduction They work well and facilitate this task. And it can also be done quickly because of its stability and how easy it is to guide at that pace It is possible to choose between a configuration of five seats (Audi refers to the rear as 2 + 1, because, effectively, the central is for a hurry) or four with two individual rear seats. But if you want to travel in the rear seats there are other models, with the classic body of a sedan, which are preferable because they have more space in the rear seats and its occupants can enjoy elements that make travel more enjoyable. They are the long-battle versions of the Audi A8, the BMW 7 Series and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the Lexus LS. In the section Impressions of the interior there is more information about the interior and the trunk. The A7 Sportback can have almost everything that can be mounted on the A8 since the basic structure is similar. There are options to modify its dynamic qualities - steering on the rear wheels, three types of optional suspension (sporty, of variable hardness dampers and of pneumatic springs with variable hardness dampers, more information in the technical section) and a self-locking rear differential of active type-. The exception is the active suspension called Audi AI. The dashboard also has the same elements (a main screen, optional, for instrumentation and two secondary) but a somewhat different design (image of the dashboard of A7 Sportback and the A8). There is more information on the use of these screens in the A8 article and in the video of your test. The headlights are always LED, but the series can be replaced by a matrix lighting-called HD Matrix LED; € 1641 - that create shaded areas so as not to disturb other drivers while maintaining the maximum possible lighting in the rest of their lighting field; or others -HD Matrix LED with laser; € 2710 - which, in addition, have laser diodes for the long lights (they illuminate further). The pilots, also of LED technology, are linked by a band that lights up. The light system, front and rear, makes a striking light sequences when locking or unlocking the doors. There are two multimedia systems available, both with a browser. The standard -MMI navigation- and the optional -MMI Navigation Plus- (which gives more performance, has a 10.1-inch screen instead of 8.8 and which also includes the virtual cockpit, which is like Audi calls the screen that acts as the instrument panel). You can also choose two optional sound equipment, both developed by Bang & Olufsen. Other possible options are a four zone air conditioner that ionizes the air and has an air freshener, an openable glass roof or windshield wipers that expel the water directly on the windshield.
  6. Let’s get it out of the way. Yes, that’s an anthropomorphic pig and a duck, and yes, you can play as a fox, too. Ha! But you’ll forget their inherent ridiculousness as you start to explore Mutant Year Zero’s skeleton-strewn Sweden and face its stern tactics challenge. Very quickly Bormin was simply my gruff stalwart tank, Dux my sharp-eyed, crit-dealing sniper, and Farrow my sneaking shotgunner. God, I love that gang. Mutant Year Zero has a great blend of sardonic humour, grim detail and cartoon excess, a balance inherited from its venerable pen-and-paper RPG source, Mutant. Or, more specifically, its 2014 update, in which players take the role of mutant Stalkers wandering The Zone years after an environmental catastrophe, plague and a nuclear war has hit. So yes, let’s get the other thing out of the way: the setting is third-hand STALKER. But again I forgot it as I got to grips with Mutant Year Zero’s meeting of realtime exploration and turn-based strategy. Here’s the idea: the world is divided into lots of discrete but connected areas as you set out to find a member of your settlement, The Ark, who’s gone missing. You’ll encounter enemy encampments, weapon chests, and caches of scrap and weapon parts, which act as currency to buy gear and upgrade your weapons back at the Ark, to which you can quick-travel.
  7. Will “RUSH” Wierzba is a 24-year-old rifler for Cloud9’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team who began his competitive career in 2013. RUSH started off his esports career in a manner similar to many of his peers, as he bounced to ten different teams in the first two years of his career. In January 2016, however, he finally got the opportunity to show his skills on the gaming world’s largest stages after being signed by OpTic Gaming. RUSH made an immediate impact during his time at OpTic, which was capped off by a team victory at ELEAGUE Season 2 and his earning ELEAGUE Season 2 MVP, as determined by HLTV. On August 15th, 2017, RUSH was signed to Cloud9, and once again, RUSH wasted no time in producing results, helping Cloud9 to victory at the ESL One: New York 2017 - North America Qualifier just five days into his tenure. After first-place finishes at DreamHack Open Denver 2017 and iBUYPOWER Masters 2017, RUSH and Cloud9 had put the world on notice. At the 2018 Boston ELEAGUE Majors, RUSH and Cloud9 fired the shots heard ‘round the esports world. After an inauspicious start to the New Legends Stage, Cloud9 found themselves in an 0-2 hole. RUSH and the team rallied with their backs to the wall, pulling out three consecutive victories to advance. After dispatching G2 in clinical fashion in the quarterfinals, and moving past SK Gaming in the semifinals, the plucky underdogs had earned a date in the finals with Faze Clan. In an instant classic that was voted the Best Esports Moment for 2018 by The Game Awards, RUSH and Cloud9 absolutely refused to say die, taking 6 of the last 7 rounds of the deciding match to force overtime in the final. After being pushed to double overtime, RUSH finally snipped the wires on the bomb and turned fantasy into reality. Cinderella had crashed the ball, and Cloud9 had seized the first ever CS:GO major victory for a North American team in history. RUSH and Cloud9 definitely know that a team that’s out of sync isn’t going to go far, and that’s why they choose HyperX Cloud headsets to provide them with crystal-clear communication in the clutch. Teamwork makes the dream work, even if that dream is as crazy as coming from behind to make history.

Players take responsibility for acting out these roles within a narrative, either through literal acting, or through a process of structured decision-making regarding character development.[3] Actions taken within many games succeed or fail according to a formal system of rules and guidelines.[4] There are several forms of role-playing games. The original form, sometimes called the tabletop role-playing game (TRPG), is conducted through discussion, whereas in live action role-playing (LARP), players physically perform their characters' actions.[5] In both of these forms, an arranger called a game master (GM) usually decides on the rules and setting to be used, while acting as the referee; each of the other players takes on the role of a single character.[6] Several varieties of RPG also exist in electronic media, such as multiplayer text-based Multi-User Dungeons (MUDs) and their graphics-based successors, massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs). Role-playing games also include single-player role-playing video games in which players control a character, or team of characters, who undertake(s) quests, and may include player capabilities that advance using statistical mechanics. These electronic games sometimes share settings and rules with tabletop RPGs, but emphasize character advancement more than collaborative storytelling.[7][8] This type of game is well-established, so some RPG-related game forms, such as trading/collectible card games (CCGs) and wargames, may not be included under the definition. Some amount of role-playing activity may be present in such games, but it is not the primary focus.[9] The term role-playing game is also sometimes used to describe games involving roleplay simulation and exercises used in teaching, training, and academic research. Whereas a viewer of a television show is a passive observer, a player in a role-playing game makes choices that affect the story.[13] Such role-playing games extend an older tradition of storytelling games where a small party of friends collaborate to create a story. While simple forms of role-playing exist in traditional children's games of make believe, role-playing games add a level of sophistication and persistence to this basic idea with additions such as game facilitators and rules of interaction. Participants in a role-playing game will generate specific characters and an ongoing plot. A consistent system of rules and a more or less realistic campaign setting in games aids suspension of disbelief. The level of realism in games ranges from just enough internal consistency to set up a believable story or credible challenge up to full-blown simulations of real-world processes. Varieties[edit] Role-playing games are played in a wide variety of formats ranging from discussing character interaction in tabletop form to physically acting out characters in LARP to playing characters virtually in digital media.[14] There is also a great variety of systems of rules and game settings. Games that emphasize plot and character interaction over game mechanics and combat sometimes prefer the name storytelling game. These types of games tend to minimize or altogether eliminate the use of dice or other randomizing elements. Some games are played with characters created before the game by the GM, rather than those created by the players. This type of game is typically played at gaming conventions, or in standalone games that do not form part of a campaign. Tabletop[edit] A group playing a tabletop RPG. The GM is at left using a cardboard screento hide dice rolls from the players. Main article: Tabletop role-playing game Tabletop and pen-and-paper (PnP) RPGs are conducted through discussion in a small social gathering. The GM describes the game world and its inhabitants. The other players describe the intended actions of their characters, and the GM describes the outcomes.[15] Some outcomes are determined by the game system, and some are chosen by the GM.[16] This is the format in which role-playing games were first po[CENSORED]rized. The first commercially available RPG, Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), was inspired by fantasy literature and the wargaming hobby and was published in 1974.[17] The po[CENSORED]rity of D&D led to the birth of the tabletop role-playing game industry, which publishes games with many different themes, rules, and styles of play. The po[CENSORED]rity of tabletop games has decreased since the modern releases of online MMO RPGs.[18] This format is often referred to simply as a role-playing game. To distinguish this form of RPG from other formats, the retronyms tabletop role-playing game or pen and paper role-playing game are sometimes used, though neither a table nor pen and paper are strictly necessary.[6] Live action[edit] Main article: Live action role-playing game A fantasy LARP group A LARP is played more like improvisational theatre.[19] Participants act out their characters' actions instead of describing them, and the real environment is used to represent the imaginary setting of the game world.[5] Players are often costumed as their characters and use appropriate props, and the venue may be decorated to resemble the fictional setting.[20][21] Some live action role-playing games use rock-paper-scissors or comparison of attributes to resolve conflicts symbolically, while other LARPs use physical combat with simulated arms such as airsoft guns or foam weapons.[22] LARPs vary in size from a handful of players to several thousand, and in duration from a couple of hours to several days.[23][24] Because the number of players in a LARP is usually larger than in a tabletop role-playing game, and the players may be interacting in separate physical spaces, there is typically less of an emphasis on tightly maintaining a narrative or directly entertaining the players, and game sessions are often managed in a more distributed manner.[25] Electronic media[edit] Main article: Role-playing video game An adventurer finds a teleportation portal while exploring a dungeon in the role-playing video game Falcon's Eye. Tabletop role-playing games have been translated into a variety of electronic formats.[26] As early as 1974, the same year as the release of Dungeons & Dragons, unlicensed versions of it were developed on mainframe university systems under titles such as dnd and Dungeon. These early computer RPGs influenced all of electronic gaming, as well as spawning the role-playing video game genre.[18] Some authors divide digital role-playing games into two intertwined groups: single player games using RPG-style mechanics, and multiplayer games incorporating social interaction.[18][27][28] Single-player[edit] Single player role-playing video games form a loosely defined genre of computer and console games with origins in role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons, on which they base much of their terminology, settings, and game mechanics.[18] This translation changes the experience of the game, providing a visual representation of the world but emphasizing statistical character development over collaborative, interactive storytelling.[7][8] Multiplayer[edit] Typical MUD interface for God Wars II. Main articles: Online text-based role-playing game and Massively multi-player online role-playing game Online text-based role-playing games involve many players using some type of text-based interface and an Internet connection to play an RPG. Games played in a real-time way include MUDs, MUSHes, and other varieties of MU*. Games played in a turn-based fashion include play-by-mail games and play-by-post games. Massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) combine the large-scale social interaction and persistent world of MUDs with graphic interfaces. Most MMORPGs do not actively promote in-character role-playing, however players can use the games' communication functions to role-play so long as other players cooperate.[29] The majority of players in MMORPGs do not engage in role-play in this sense.[30] Computer-assisted gaming can be used to add elements of computer gaming to in-person tabletop role-playing, where computers are used for record-keeping and sometimes to resolve combat, while the participants generally make decisions concerning character interaction. People[edit] Gamemaster[edit] Main article: Gamemaster One common feature of many RPGs is the role of gamemaster, a participant who has special duties to present the fictional setting, arbitrate the results of character actions, and maintain the narrative flow.[31] In tabletop and live action RPGs the GM performs these duties in person. In video RPGs many of the functions of a GM are fulfilled by the game engine. However some multi-player video RPGs also allow for a participant to take on a GM role through a visual interface called a GM toolkit, albeit with abilities limited by the available technology.[32][33] Player character[edit] Main article: Player character Another standard concept in RPGs is the player character, a character in the fictional world of the game whose actions the player controls. Typically each player controls a separate player character, sometimes more, each of whom acts as a protagonist in the story. Non-player character[edit] Main article: Non-player character In contrast to player characters, non-player characters (NPCs) are controlled by the gamemaster or game engine, or by people assisting the gamemaster. Non-player characters fill out the po[CENSORED]tion of the fictional setting and can act as antagonists, bystanders or allies of the player characters
  9. Microsoft and Nintendo are working together for the Xbox Game Pass service to offer support for the Nintendo Switch, reports Direct Feed Games. This could be a rumor more emerged from a YouTube channel, but gains strength when Game Informer, a veteran and prestigious US magazine, echoes this and claims by its own sources that the announcement could take place this year. Also, it makes sense. Rumor has it that Microsoft will take advantage of the streaming service Project xCloud to bring the Xbox One games to Nintendo Switch via Xbox Game Pass. The hybrid console is not capable of natively running titles like Crackdown 3 or the next Gears 5, but it could with an application access the Xbox Game Pass catalog to play via streaming. It is unknown for now what would happen to the third-party titles, where the wishes of a third party would come into play. That Microsoft seeks to expand the reach of Xbox Game Pass is not at all strange. At the end of last year Phil Spencer said that the goal was to bring the service to "all devices", the same goal that the executive has with Project xCloud. Microsoft recently paved this way by announcing its intention to bring Xbox Live to any Switch game. As for Nintendo, we must not forget that in Japan it is possible to play Resident Evil 7 and Assassin's Creed Odyssey in Switch through the game in the cloud. In addition, it is said that Microsoft would be interested in editing some of its own games on Nintendo Switch. This initiative would not be at all surprising. Minecraft is a first-party of Xbox Game Studios that is already available on the Nintendo console and during the spring Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice of Ninja Theory will follow the same path. It is said that the next one could be Ori and the Blind Forest, the well-known platform game by Moon Studios.
  10. I have personally known famous crocodiles, several of them, but Gomek takes the cake. I arrived a little late to see him the other day, because he was already dead and stuffed, although in return I was able to get close and pat him on the back, which I would not have done crazy when I was alive and he was almost five and a half meters tall, about one ton and 45 kilos of carcass of American rodent otter was roasted twice a week. It was coincidence, to know him, because in reality I had no idea that he was going to find me. I was at that time in northern Florida, in the city of San Agustin in a downtown bar, where the bartender Scarlett O'Hara's Pub, seeing me browse my local guide observation of reptiles I suggested: "Why not You go to the Alligator Farm in South Beach? The crocs are fantastic. " I thought the farm alligators, with that name, was a turistada of improper ciborium someone who traced the footsteps of Chief Osceola and irreducible Seminoles and the old backlot of Distant Drums (1951), but I got curious. So after a while he was already in front of the facilities on the neighboring island of Anastasia, behind the lighthouse. At the center, a huge park, is accessed by a building with Spanish mission air style El Alamo. I was uneasy see many posters with warnings ( "all animals bite") and a mode check out the crocodrile Crossing, consisting of an air route, with zip lines, above facilities crocodiles! The rules state that they can not enjoy this interesting offer "people under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or pregnant women" (nor anyone in their right mind, I add), you can not wear flip flops. I bought my ticket (pedestrian mode) without having them all with me and I accessed the incredible world of the saurians. "Do not run," warned a sign. I regretted not wearing Paul Hogan's knife.
  11. Gwent: The Witcher Card Game[a] is a free-to-play digital collectible card game developed and published by CD Projekt for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game is derived from the card game of the same name featured in Andrzej Sapkowski's The Witcher novels and playable in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt video game. It will feature cross-platform play between the PC and console versions, although platform play between the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions is not supported. Following an open beta release in May 2017, it was officially released for Windows in October 2018, and was released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on December 4, 2018. A standalone, single-player campaign mode, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, was also released alongside the game. Gwent is a turn-based card game between two players, with each game taking three rounds. Each player must play one card each turn from a deck of at least twenty-five cards. Each deck belongs to a faction that offers different play styles. Each faction has different "leaders" who each have individual abilities. As Gwent does not use a mana system like most traditional CCGs, card advantage is often what wins the game. The Homecoming Update,[9] which was released in conjunction with Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, changed the game in a number of ways. The leader is no longer a playable card; it now gives the player an ability, and dictates how many mulligans are available to the player throughout the course of a match. The limits on how many gold and silver cards can be in a deck has been removed. Deckbuilding now uses a Recruit Cost system. Decks have a Recruit Cap of 165, with each card in the game having a Recruit Cost associated with it. The update also removed the siege row from the play area, leaving only the melee row and the ranged row. A new card type, artifacts, was added to the game. These do not contribute points to your side of the board but offer varying abilities. The goal is to win two of three rounds by playing cards and spells to gain points called "power" on the board. A player wins a round by having more points on board than their opponent. Rounds end when either both players pass to the next round, or when both players run out of cards. The first to win two out of three rounds wins the game. Round wins go toward daily rewards, awarding players with card packs known as "kegs," scraps, meteorite dust, or ore. Players can gain additional cards by buying kegs with ore or through microtransactions; each keg contains five cards, with the upside that the fifth is rarer than the rest and a choice between three is offered. Cards can also be crafted with scraps. Premium versions of cards can be crafted with meteorite dust. Ore is used to buy kegs. The game features several modes of gameplay. The standard Casual Play mode allows players to challenge one another, whereas in Rank Play players compete in order to increase in a tier-ladder system. Ranked takes place across a month-long season, where players aim to increase in rank to increase end-of-season rewards. Player ranks do not degrade once earned, and work on a numerical system from 1-21, before entering into the top 1,000. Players are also assigned a matchmaking rating, which respectively increases or decreases as a player wins and loses games. Gwent has also had multiple seasonal events, inviting players to take part in themed events with premade decks. These events functioned like puzzles, where exact moves had to be made to win. Seasonal events normally award a player profile picture, border as well as a title. Arena Mode functions as a draft mode, where players must build a deck from random cards. The player will pick one of four cards of identical rarity randomly shown. Twenty-six cards are drafted, and then a leader is chosen from 3 randomly shown leaders. The cards shown are from a pool of all cards, meaning decks can contain cards from all factions. There is no limit on how many gold cards or silver cards can be in the deck, and any number of duplicates can be drafted. Arena Mode is themed around The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt character Gaunter O'Dimm, who offers contracts in the arena in exchange for rewards. A maximum of nine wins will award players with a gold card, as well as other rewards including ore, scraps and/or meteorite dust. The arena will guarantee players at least one keg as a reward, even with no contracts completed. Players have three lives and lose a life when a game is lost. The arena run will end when either a player quits and breaks the contact, when all three lives are lost, or when all nine wins are achieved. There are also periodic 'special event' arena modes occasionally available. These have unique drafting rules, such as the Gold Rush, where all cards drafted are Gold cards or Law of the Jungle, where all cards drafted are from the Monsters faction. The special events generally last 1 week, and the regular arena mode is also available to play during the event. The game had an estimated 100 staff members working on it.[10] It was released for Windows on 23 October 2018, and for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 4 December 2018. The standalone single-player game Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales was released on the same dates. Thronebreaker was nominated for the Herman Melville Award for Best Writing at the New York Game Awards, while the game itself was nominated for "Most Promising New eSports Game" at the 2019 SXSW Gaming Awards.
  12. Binary Domain[a] is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Sega. It was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360in February 2012 and Microsoft Windows in April 2012. The game is set in Tokyo, Japan, in the year 2080. It features innovative artificial intelligence technology. The game is set in a world where global warming has caused worldwide flooding, leaving much of the world uninhabitable. As a result, robots were used as the main labor force. The game features a consequence system, which decides how non-playable characters in the squad views and trusts the player in story mode. The game also features seven different multiplayer modes, with five classes being available for players to choose. It was conceived by Toshihiro Nagoshi, who created the Yakuza video game series. The characters of Binary Domain were created with making realistic personalities and behavior in mind. The Consequence System was created to make the game as a competitive game in the third person shooter genre. The game received mixed reviews upon launch, with critics praising the game's story and Consequence System. However, it received criticisms regarding its voice recognition system. The game sold only 20,000 copies in North America by April 2012. The player can issue commands to squad mates by pressing certain buttons or voice, either via a headset or the Kinect System using the voice command feature on the Xbox 360 console. The game's AI is able to recognize six different languages, including English and Japanese. A major part of the game is its consequence system, which decides how the squad views and trusts the player in story mode.[5] Their opinion of the player is based on how the player performs and treats team members. This affects both the storyline and gameplay, where the characters behave differently depending on trust levels.[7] Conversations between the player and the squad members can also affect trust levels. The end of the game will change, depending on the level of trust the team members have in the player. Stats of both the player and the squad members can be augmented with nanomachines that need to be fitted in place in a style similar to a jigsaw puzzle. These nanomachines, as well as weapon upgrades, can usually be bought at shops that the player can find throughout the game.[9] The use of grenades in combat is supported through a visible parabolic arc, which helps players to adjust their aim.The enemy AIs in Binary Domain adjust themselves on how to fight back against the player's advance, depending on the situation. For example, they can work together in groups to flank the player's position or toss fragmentation grenades if the player is in one spot for too long. There are certain stages where player will need to navigate through dangerous obstacles and enemies in order to advance to the next stage. Several multiplayer classes are available: Scout, Sniper, Striker, Soldier, and Heavy Gunner. For the English localization, these classes were reported to consist of Special Operations, Recon, Demolitions, Assault, and Heavy Gunner. There are two factions, the Ministry of Homeland Affairs' Interior Security Administration Division and the resistance fighters.Multiplayer modes consist of Data Capture, Domain Control, Team Survival, Operation, Invasion, Team Deathmatch, and Free for All In the game's backstory, global warming has caused worldwide flooding, leaving much of the world uninhabitable. This forced the governments to build new cities above the waterline, using the ruined cities as foundations. Since much of the world's po[CENSORED]tion had died, robots were used as the main labor force. An American-based company called Bergen controlled a very large majority of the world's robotic industries, making America much more powerful. A Japanese corporation named Amada tried to sue Bergen for stealing their technology in a patent dispute. Despite the fact that Amada was the first robotics company to create the first humanoid robot,[18] the lawsuit failed, since Bergen had a great amount of influence, This resulted in Bergen controlling 95 percent of the robotics market. World economic concerns lead to the creation of the "New Geneva Convention", a new set of international laws. One of the clauses outlined, Clause 21, banned research into robots that could pass for humans, called "Hollow Children" in the game.[10][19] A majority of the world's countries agreed to sign the convention into law. An organization called the International Robotics Technology Association (IRTA) created a global task-force, nicknamed "Rust Crews", to deal with breaches of the convention. Years after the treaty was signed, an android attacked Bergen's headquarters in Detroit, Michigan, previously having no idea that he was a robot himself. Believing that robotics genius and founder of Amada corporation, Yoji Amada, created the robot, the IRTA sent one of their Rust Crews to Japan to find Amada and bring him in for questioning under orders from the UN Security Council.
  13. Tooth and Tail is a real-time strategy video game developed and published by indie development team Pocketwatch Games, the company behind Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine. Tooth and Tail was released in September 2017 for Windows, MacOS, Linux and PlayStation 4. The game is set in a society of anthropomorphic animals during a time of severe food shortages, resulting in the uprising of political parties with differing ideologies regarding the acquisition of food. The gameplay consists of single-player and multiplayer modes and supports gamepads and keyboard and mouse arrangements. Players begin by choosing six units out of a pool of twenty to use during the match. Once each player has chosen, the goal is to destroy the enemy's resources through building structures and creating units. Each player controls a commander rather than having top-down view. Development of Tooth and Tail began towards the end of development for Monaco. Various real-time strategy (RTS) games were prototyped before the game, then titled Armada, was announced in March 2014. The premise was to create an RTS game without micromanagement or the necessity of high quantities of actions per minute. From the outset, the game was designed to work well on both gamepads and keyboard-and-mouse setups. In August 2014, the game's title was changed to Lead to Fire before being finally changed to Tooth and Tail, a reference to the tooth-to-tail ratio,[1] in August 2015. Before its official release, the game's developers proposed a launch on Steam's Early Access platform, though this did not occur. The game was positively received and won two awards in 2016; "Best Character Design" at Intel Level Up and tied with Giant Cop for "Guest's Pick" at Media Indie Exchange. The single-player mode was not praised as highly as the multiplayer modes; reviewers said the difficulty spikes impaired enjoyment. Many comparisons with other games and media were made; mostly with the novel series Redwall and the novella Animal Farm.
  14. Car Mechanic Simulator 2015 is a simulation video game depicting the work of an automotive mechanic. It was released on 23 April 2015 for the PC,[1] with a mobile release the following year.[2] The game is a sequel to Car Mechanic Simulator 2014. The game is played from a first-person perspective, with the player able to walk freely around the shop and a few other areas. Instead of levels, the game is divided into "jobs" - customer vehicles with a list of problems - which the player must troubleshoot and repair. Upon receiving a job and a vehicle, the player is required to remove, inspect, and replace the relevant broken parts. When a vehicle is reassembled, it may be taken for a test drive before being returned to the customer. Reception[edit] Car Mechanic Simulator received average reviews from critics, with a 68% positive rating according to Metacritic.[3] PCWorld rated the game 3.5 stars out of 5, praising the detail but criticizing the lack of variety as a "grind".[4] Polygon editor Griffin McElroy received the game positively in a video demo, but the website did not give an official review.[5] PCGamer's Christopher Livingston reviewed the game satirically, complaining that "it doesn't offer the most advanced simulation gameplay experience ever" as it lacks argumentative customers, slow computer systems, and the ability to frustrate clients by altering small details of their cars' interiors.[6]
  15. Pillars of Eternity is a role-playing video game developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Paradox Interactive. It was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux on March 26, 2015. The game is a spiritual successor to the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale series, along with Planescape: Torment. Obsidian started a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter for it in September 2012. The campaign raised over US$4 million, which was the highest funded video game at the time. The game uses the Unity engine. The game takes place in the fantasy world of Eora, mainly inside the nation of Dyrwood. The infants in the Dyrwood are plagued by a recent phenomenon in which they become "hollowborn" upon birth, meaning they are born with no soul. During the beginning of the game, the protagonist experiences an awakening of power due to a disastrous supernatural event, discovering they are a "Watcher": a person who can see past lives and interact with souls. The objective of the game is to find out what caused their awakening and how to solve the hollowborn problem. Pillars of Eternity received critical acclaim upon its release; many critics praised the game for its world and immersive writing, along with the strategic combat, and also said that it is a worthy successor to the games it was inspired by. The game also won various awards and accolades, including best RPG of 2015. A two-part expansion pack, The White March was released in August 2015 and February 2016, respectively. A sequel, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, was released in May 2018.

  18. Platforms: PS4, Xbox One PC Pros: Excellent level design Great visual style Super soundtrack Typhon abilities are great fun Creative puzzle solving Cons: Mainline story is lacking Lead character feels entirely passive in narrative Closing stages suffer from aggressive ramp in difficulty Although the story’s intriguing and the level design’s always inventive, perhaps the most impressive part of Prey is its willingness to accommodate multiple play styles – from run-and-gun to stealth – as you explore its richly-crafted environments. You’re a test subject in an experiment gone horribly wrong – do they ever go right? – and from there things get genuinely intriguing, with several endings and ways to tackle the game’s key missions offering an experience that differs from player to player. Like your shooting off-the-rails? Here’s your choice.
  19. Hello, Good question. Let me tell you an something I think you’ll find quite interesting. I have over 270 games in my Steam Library, and 85+ more on optical discs and I intend to play all of them at some point. But you know what game I currently spend the most time on? Team Fortress 2 It’s an amazing game. Nine character classes, 8 different map styles with plenty of great maps to choose from, a player community with which it is very easy to form a love-hate relationship, the whole works! And that’s just casual game-play, that doesn’t even include fighting robots, or those independent, third party servers with their own “personalities”. Give it a shot. And if you don’t like it, add me on Steam and I’ll give you a CSGO skin for free. Hope that helps! Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
  20. The Lifestyle in Morocco Occupying a space that is slightly larger than California, Morocco is located in North Africa. Its closest neighbours are Western Sahara, Algeria and Spain. History of Morocco At various times, Morocco has been inhabited by Ethiopians and Libyans, who were known as Berbers. Over time, other national groups started to make their own impression on the area, including Arabs, Byzantines, Phoenicians, Spaniards, Romans, Portuguese, Europeans, Turks and the French. Morocco’s People The country’s people are truly the pulse of this nation. They enjoy a rich culture that stems from the diversity of cultures who have influenced it during its history. Today, most of the country’s po[CENSORED]tion is descended from Arabs and Berbers, and they are referred to as Berbers. There is a small po[CENSORED]tion of Jews and black African Moroccans. Working in Morocco Morocco’s official languages are Arabic and Berber. Its distinctive Arabic dialect is called Darija, and most of its po[CENSORED]tion can communicate to some degree in Moroccan Arabic. French is spoken in mid-size and large companies, the media and in government institutions. It is often used in international commerce with French-speaking countries and international diplomacy. French is taught as a required language in schools and about one-third of the po[CENSORED]tion speaks French. Religious Beliefs The vast majority (over 98 percent) of Moroccans are Muslim. The rest of the po[CENSORED]tion practice Christianity (Roman Catholic or Protestant) or Judaism. Moroccan Cuisine Since Moroccan society has been influenced by so many cultures, it only makes sense that its cuisine would be a mixture of Arab, Berber, French, African, Jewish, Middle East and Mediterranean influences. The main meal is eaten at midday, with the exception of the holy month of Ramadan. Bread is served at every meal, and the most common varieties are heavy, soft crusted and absorbent. They are meant to be dipped into a Tagine, which is a traditional stew or sauce. Couscous is the national dish of Morocco. This rolled semolina cereal is prepared and eaten on Fridays, although a few people incorporate it into their diet through the week. It is also eaten at weddings, funerals and on holidays like Ramadan. It can be served under meat or a vegetable stew, eaten warm or cold as a side dish or a dessert. In Morocco, couscous is a communal dish and is traditionally eaten with the hands. It is rolled into a ball before being consumed. Spices are an important part of Moroccan cuisine. The most important ones are cayenne, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, aniseed (fennel), sesame seeds, cumin, paprika, and saffron. Mint tea is the national drink, and it is served in private homes and in markets. It is customary to drink at least three glasses of this green tea before or after a meal. Mint tea is also consumed to symbolize the closure of a business deal. Morocco’s Economy The country attracted more than 10 million visitors in 2013, and its government has invested a substantial amount in the tourism industry to attract new visitors to this exotic, safe and economical place to visit. Morocco’s proximity to Spain makes it an increasingly po[CENSORED]r tourist destination for European visitors. French national make up about 20 percent of Morocco’s visitors each year, and the most po[CENSORED]r time for European visitors to come to Morocco is in April and Traveling to Morocco Lifestyles differ greatly, depending on whether someone is living in an urban or rural area. People living in rural areas in this country of 30 million inhabitants are generally not all that well off. They may grow plants or tend livestock to meet their daily needs. The cities, however, bustle with life every day. Rabat is the capital city, and Casablanca is the largest city in Morocco. Souks (markets) are a part of the city, where different items are available for sale on particular street sections or in the city square each day. The market attracts large crowds but there is a particular elegance to its movement. Vendors and customers alike know that bargaining for the price of an item is an expected part of the shopping experience. The price shown on an item is meant as a starting point in the transaction. The vendor expects the customer to offer a lower price. Visitors to Morocco who are not sure about how much to offer for an item can politely tell the vendor they will return later. This gives them time to go to a store which sells similar items at a fixed price. Go back to the souk and bargain for the item at a price somewhere around that amount to make a deal with the vendor. Patience and persistence are very important when working out these types of transactions. Some of the most po[CENSORED]r items found in Moroccan souks are carpets, rugs and blankets. All of them are crafted by hand in the Moroccan style. Prices depend on the part of the country where the souk is located; in large cities, the quality of materials and prices are higher than in what is available in smaller centres. Morocco is a fascinating country that will no doubt be the source of many wonderful memories if you get the chance to visit it for work or as a tourist. The experience will be even richer if you know how to speak Arabic before you arrive. London Arabic Tuition has the skilled instructors available to provide you with a comprehensive course of study that can fit your specific needs. Contact us today to learn more.
