Try to use a lighter burn program that does not use too much resource of your pc whether it is cpu processor or ram. Also take into account your laptop what type of windows you have, how much ram owns your laptop since there are times that have on your pc or laptop heavy operating systems such as windows 10 with 2 gb of ram.
