I told you some time ago that I signed up for Netflix and gave up HBO. As a result, I am not very aware of all the news about that platform. Starting yesterday, the online video content platform increased its subscription by one euro: "We want to inform you that the subscription price will be changed. Your monthly subscription will increase from 2.99 euros/month to 3.99 euros/month. This change will be implemented on the first billing after November 21. If you are currently benefiting from a promotional period, after its end the new price will be applied", sounds the notification sent to customers who have purchased an EXCLUSIVE subscription on the online platform. The increase does not apply to TV package subscriptions to HBO channels, which have the online option activated at no cost. The increase comes at a time when other players in the field have made similar moves, the last being Netflix, a few months ago. In addition, Disney + and Apple TV + are going to make their debut soon, the first one next month. I think that this increase also aims to amortize future losses.2 points

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has visited Poland, as his hosts promised to send more fighter jets to Ukraine. President Andrzej Duda said he would send Poland's remaining fleet of MiG-29 jets "if there is still such a need". Mr Zelensky thanked the country for its support against Russia's invasion. It came as Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Western intelligence services of being involved in terror attacks on Russia. Speaking at the Kremlin's security council, Mr Putin did not give any evidence but said: "There is every reason to say that the resources of third countries, Western intelligence services, are engaged in the preparation of such sabotage and acts of terrorism." Mr Zelensky arrived in Warsaw on Wednesday morning - marking his first official visit to Poland since Russia's invasion of Ukraine last year. Poland has been a key ally in supporting Ukraine and is usually at the forefront in pushing for arms supplies to its neighbour. It was the first country to pledge Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine, and on Wednesday committed more Soviet-era MiG-29 fighter jets. Mr Duda reiterated the country firmly supported Kyiv's bid to join Nato and said he was trying to get "additional guarantees, security guarantees, which will strengthen Ukraine's military potential". Earlier, Nato Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that for Ukraine to join Nato, the country would have to be independent and democratic - two criteria currently unable to be fulfilled as a result of Russia's invasion. Russian President Vladimir Putin has previously used Ukraine's desire to join Nato as a justification for the invasion. Mr Zelensky's visit came as Poland's agriculture minister resigned as farmers complain about cheap Ukrainian grain. Poland has been gripped by a wave of protests over the fact that Ukrainian grain is reducing the market price of Polish grain, and farmers argue the EU should provide assistance. Agriculture minister, Henry Kowalczyk said his decision to resign was prompted by a recent EU proposal to extend the tax breaks on imports of the Ukrainian grain. He said he he did not believe the "basic demands of the farmers will not be met by the commission", after Warsaw requested assistance from the EU to minimise the impact of Ukrainian grain on the market. Mr Zelensky also addressed the issue during his visit, telling reporters that he expected decisions soon that would alleviate the farmers' anger. "We have found a way out," he said. "I believe that in the coming days and weeks we will finally resolve all issues as there cannot be any questions, any complications between such close partners and real friends as Poland and Ukraine." While the two leaders met in Warsaw, Mr Putin took aim at Western security services, accusing them of having helped Kyiv stage "terror attacks". He also accused Ukraine of committing crimes against Russian officials and journalists with the help of Western resources in a televised meeting with officials. Mr Putin's comments come just three days after the death of pro-military blogger Vladlen Tatarsky, who was killed in St Petersburg. Russia has charged the suspect in the attack with terrorism. HIGHLIGHTS The OnePlus Nord Buds 2 have active noise cancellation While the design is familiar, performance is improved OnePlus has also launched the Nord CE 3 Lite 5 OnePlus has slowly but assuredly built a product portfolio that goes far beyond just smartphones as it was originally known for, with audio products forming the backbone of its expansion strategy. Impressively, the audio product range largely follows the same general approach as that of the smartphone range, and the Nord brand has become synonymous with everything that has made OnePlus so po[CENSORED]r, but at a reasonable price. The latest product in the OnePlus audio range not only sticks to this philosophy, but also pushes the value proposition even further.Priced at Rs. 2,999 in India, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 is the successor to the OnePlus Nord Buds (Review) headset which was launched in April 2022. The new earphones are priced only slightly higher, but come with significant improvements to features and specifications, as well as a promise of better performance. I've taken a close look at the new Nord Buds 2 to find out what's new; read on for my first impressions.Active noise cancellation for less than Rs. 3,000 on the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 The original Nord Buds are notable for the rather unique and adventurous design, and the Nord Buds 2 stick to this while bringing in minor improvements in the colours and textures. You still get a proper in-canal fit on the earphones, and the touch zones are a bit less susceptible to picking up visible grime from frequent handling. The charging case also looks a bit nicer, and is easier to slip into a pocket than that of the original Nord Buds. The OnePlus Nord Buds 2 takes a big step ahead with the inclusion of one key feature — active noise cancellation. While I haven't been able to fully test this yet, my initial impressions of the ANC are largely in line with what I'd expect to hear on other options in this price segment, such as the Oppo Enco Air 2 Pro earphones. While there is an audible reduction in noise, it isn't effective enough to fully cancel out even simple household sounds, such as the whirring or a ceiling fan.The OnePlus Nord Buds 2 has a more aggressive approach to the sound In terms of connectivity, the headset sees some improvements with Bluetooth 5.3, while codec support includes the SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs. This means that sound quality should be the same across most source devices, although the tuning itself has been tweaked for what is arguably a more entertaining sonic signature. While there's plenty of bass to be heard, there is seemingly an equally forward approach to the treble as well — the sound is both punchy and bright, and seems to change depending on the genre of music. While it is possible to tweak the equaliser settings through the HeyMelody app, I personally preferred to stick to the balanced EQ preset. This punchy-bright sound did tend to affect the mids a bit, but this usually didn't affect certain tracks too much, and in fact, made tracks from genres such as house and jazz sound a bit more precise and pronounced. I will, of course, talk about the sound quality in more detail in my full review. OnePlus has also launched the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G smartphone alongside the Nord Buds 2, and the two devices will likely go well together — if you're looking to buy two new gadgets, that is. Stay tuned to Gadgets360 for our full reviews of both the OnePlus Nord Buds 2 and the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite (Review). The OnePlus 11 5G was launched at the company's Cloud 11 launch event which also saw the debut of several other devices. We discuss this new handset and all of OnePlus' new hardware on Orbital, the Gadgets 360 podcast. Orbital is available on Spotify, Gaana, JioSaavn, Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, Amazon and wherever you get your podcasts. https://www.gadgets360.com/audio/reviews/oneplus-nord-buds-2-price-in-india-tws-anc-first-impressions-39196101 point

The latest benchmarks of AMD's Ryzen 7 7800X3D 3D V-Cache CPU have been leaked which show up to 12% faster performance versus the stock chip. AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU Gets 12% Gaming Performance Boost With Enhanced Boost & High-Efficiency Mode Tuning Options on MSI's AM5 Motherboards The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is going to be the true successor to the Ryzen 7 5800X3D which has been a hot gaming chip ever since it launched in retail. This CPU is going to be the ideal choice for gamers with 8 cores, 16 threads, and the same 104 MB of cache (32 MB CCD, 64 MB V-Cache + 8 MB L2). The CPU comes with a base clock of around 4 GHz which could end up at least 500 MHz slower than the Ryzen 7 7700X and a boost clock of 5.0 GHz which is 400 MHz slower than the Ryzen 7 7700X. In benchmarks leaked by chi11eddog, we see that the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 3D V-Cache CPU was tested on an MSI X670E Tomahawk WIFI motherboard with the v122 BIOS. The motherboard ran a pair of Kingston Fury Beast DDR5-6000 memory, an MSI GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming Trio GPU, and used the MSI Coreliquid S360 AIO for cooling. The latest version of Windows 11 (22H2) was used for testing. The performance of the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 3D V-Cache CPU was tested in various settings such as Stock, EXPO, EXPO with High-Efficiency Mode, and EXPO with both High-Efficiency Mode and the Enhanced Mode Boost 3 profiles. These Enhanced Mode Boost 3 and High-Efficiency Mode are only available on the MSI X670E high-end motherboards and the performance differences show a 9-12% boost over the stock chip at 1440p using Max quality. A range of games are tested which are shown in the chart below: Following are the results for the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (stock vs tuned) across each of the games tested: F1 2022: 0% Improvement Shadow of The Tomb Raider: Up To 5% Faster Metro Exodus: Up To 5% Faster Red Dead Redemption 2: Up To 1% Faster Watch Dogs Legion: Up To 9% Faster Assassins Creed Valhalla: Up To 1% Faster Far Cry 6: Up To 6.5% Faster Final Fantasy XIV: Up To 5% Faster As you can see, moving over to the EXPO profile does give a small boost in performance but using all three tuning options on the motherboard delivers the best results. Even at 1440p with a high-end GPU such as the RTX 4090, users will be able to get some decent 5% gains on average which are better than nothing. This would further increase the performance over the existing 5800X3D and Intel's flagship Core i9-13900K which the chip is positioned against in terms of gaming perf.Furthermore, we have learned that MSI will be introducing a new feature on its motherboards that will drastically reduce the boot time for the AMD AM5 platform running Ryzen 7000 Desktop CPUs. We have been told that this new feature will cut the boot time from 5X seconds to just 2X (~23sec) seconds. This is very impressive stuff coming from AMD. The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D launches on the 6th of April which is just two days away. https://wccftech.com/amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d-cpu-shows-up-to-12-percent-faster-gaming-performance-versus-stock-with-enhanced-boost-high-efficiency-mode/1 point

Microsoft is taking it to the next level with its new foldable phone – the Surface Duo. Here's how to use the new dual-screen gadget as if you were sitting on the Xbox. Microsoft recently launched the Surface Duo – a foldable phone that, when unfolded, even comes with a tablet. It's a niche that other big manufacturers have already gone into, but the company founded by Bill Gates is looking to take things further. He wants to turn this gadget into a real game console-like device. Microsoft has come up with new touch functions, extremely friendly for the phone user. These are available for more than 50 Xbox Game Pass titles. Basically, it's about games optimized especially for the Surface Duo. And the list includes some of the most famous – from GTA 5 to Sea of Thieves and Gears 5. Microsoft's Surface Duo, the mini-game console in your pocket Games optimized to be played directly from the screen, thanks to touch-screen technology, offer you the same experience as on a controller. In other words, it feels like you're mani[CENSORED]ting real, physical buttons. Those who have tested the new functions claim, however, that there are still things to improve. The tests done by Engadget show that there are some problems related to the software part, especially in Compose Mode. But Microsoft might fix these things soon as it gains experience in tablet and phone gaming. The new foldable Surface Duo tablet – which is actually a larger phone – has a purchase price of $1,399. It's a gadget consisting of two separate screens that you can use similar to a book. The two screens are connected by a 360-degree hinge. If you fold it all the way out, you can use it like a regular smartphone with two screens. If you want to watch a movie on the table, one of the screens can function as a stand. The Surface Duo has a single camera, an 11-megapixel unit with 7x digital zoom, 4K video at 60fps, and EIS electronic stabilization. It has 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB-C 3.1 port and a 3577 mAh battery that charges at 18W with the adapter in the box. The phone is only 4.8 mm thick when open or 9.9 mm closed, and weighs 250 grams. Sursa1 point

Hello Follow Here 1. Fix connection issues with the monitor Check the computer’s video cable for any external damage. If there’s none, remove and reconnect the video cable from the computer to the monitor to see if that does the trick. If the screen is still blank, test both the cable and the monitor by doing the following: Cable Use another cable available at home (used by the TV, another laptop, etc.) to connect the computer with the monitor. If the monitor works, the initial cable is damaged and needs to be replaced. Monitor Test the video cable between the computer and a different monitor (the TV, another monitor, etc.). If the new monitor displays images perfectly, the original monitor is damaged and needs to be replaced. 2. Refresh the screen via Windows key sequence Click the CapsLock or NumLock keys to see if any indicator light turns on (the computer is properly running but cannot activate the screen). If any of the keys’ lights turn on, then: Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, prompting the administrator menu to appear. Select your account and sign in as usual. If unable to sign in, click the “Power” icon and then choose “Restart” to reboot the PC. If the computer freezes at a black screen again, the last resort is to forcibly shut down the PC by pressing and holding the computer’s power button for around 10 seconds. If any of the keys do not light up, proceed to: Manually shut down the computer by pressing its power button for around 10 seconds. Remove the power adapter from the computer and its power source for about 30 seconds. Plug it back in, then restart. If you are still stuck on the black screen, try another fix below. 3. Roll back the display driver/adapter (via Safe Mode) A recent change to your PC - most notably a Windows update - can stop the display adapter (graphics card, etc.) from functioning correctly. If it’s still stuck on an empty, black screen, a computer restart in Safe Mode will be required to safely revert the display adapter’s driver to a previous version. After booting the PC in Safe Mode, open the Search bar and type in “Device Manager.” Select the Device Manager program, and find Display Adapters. Under the Display Adapter tab, all the PC’s current display adapters will be shown (e.g., Intel HD 4000, Nvidia RTX 3060). Right-click on the display adapter that is suspected to be causing the black screen problem, and then open Properties. Find the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver, and press “Yes” to execute the process. Once the process is done, restart the computer to see if the black screen problem has been fixed. 4. Prompt a System Restore (Automatic Repair mode) After a couple of forced shutdowns - due to failure to boot up properly after getting stuck at a black screen - the computer will automatically enter its Automatic Repair phase during the next restart. It will attempt to troubleshoot black screen issues that could interrupt the computer’s safe startup, giving a few options to choose from. If the Automatic Repair screen appears, users can instruct Windows to return to its previous working state via System Restore. Here’s how to do it: Click on Advanced Options from the actions provided. Go to Troubleshoot. Proceed to Advanced Options again. Choose System Restore among the many solutions shared. In Automatic Repair, users can also reset the computer to its basic state or opt for other repair actions instead of System Restore, such as Startup Repair or System Image Recovery, if necessary. If the black screen occurs after successfully signing in to Windows 1. Refresh the screen via Windows key sequence This time, press the Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + b to force a refresh of the video display/adapter. You will hear a short beep before the screen turns off, restarting afterwards. If successful, the black screen issue will be resolved. If the black screen persists, move on to another method. 2. Restart the Windows Explorer program If a frozen Windows Explorer program could be the cause behind the PC’s black screen error, try restarting it: Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to open the admin menu. Select Task Manager. Open the Processes tab, and then highlight Windows Explorer. Right-click Windows Explorer and choose Restart. If the monitor continues to show a black screen, try starting a new Windows Explorer program instead, using Task Manager: Open File located in the top-left corner. Choose “Run new task.” Type “explorer.exe,” and then click “OK.” 3. Roll back the display driver/adapter (via Safe Mode) If a recent update to the PC’s display driver is a likely cause, users can revert it to a previous working version by following the necessary steps: Turn on the computer in Safe Mode. Use the Search bar to type in “Device Manager.” Open the Device Manager program, and then select Display Adapters. Right-click on the suspected display adapter (e.g. AMD Radeon HD 7600M, etc.) and choose Properties. Click on the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver, and press “Yes” when prompted. Restart the computer to check if this resolves the black screen problem. 4. Prompt a System Restore (Automatic Repair mode) After failing to start multiple times, the desktop/laptop will automatically enter the Automatic Repair screen on the next boot up/restart from a manual shutdown. If so, here’s how to prompt a System Restore from the Automatic Repair screen: Choose Advanced Options on the screen. Select Troubleshoot. Click on Advanced Options again. Select System Restore to revert Windows to a previous working state. Users can also try Startup Repair and Startup Settings if deemed appropriate. 5. Uninstall recent updates (via Safe Mode) To remove any installed updates that might be disrupting your PC from booting up properly, the process is fairly simple: Open the computer in Safe Mode - it’s very important to be in this mode before starting. Click on the Start/Windows icon, and then go to Settings. Choose Update & Security, and open Windows Update. Click on “View update history” and proceed to Uninstall Updates. Select the previously installed update to be removed from the list provided, and then prompt Uninstall. Press “Yes” to confirm, and wait for the update to be uninstalled. Restart the computer to see if Windows can now start up normally.1 point
