As experience speaks so called ''old admins'' get the required hours by being fully afk, providing nothing for the server and then request old rank back, and when they get it you never seen them in server, well maybe running around in circles, completely pointless, and my opinion will never change on this Goodluck.

i only saw you afk plus i don't care if you are old or new if i don't see commitment and seriousness i won't give you a pro and like @Esketiit said so many that's comming as they are old admins or whatever and end up running in a circle .
