On multiple occasions I have seen you break the rules, you are a conflictive player with others and your activity is low. Characteristics totally opposite to what is required to be an administrator.
Additionally, you have just shown a bad attitude towards one of our staff members so it is more than clear that you do not deserve to be accepted.
