You're unfit to be an admin and you definitely did not read the rules to get that password. You're often getting into fights, pushing yourself into someone elses business, and you seem very immature. You didn't even want to find the link for admin rules so you requested it from other staff members. That shows how much effort you put in to becoming an admin.
