   The technology manufacturer presented Bard in February of this year, when it announced that it was capable of interacting with users. It is based on the LaMDA language model, designed for dialog applications.

 

 

   The company began preparing new Assistant capabilities with features powered by newer Large Language Models (LLMs) in August this year.

 

   Months later, in October, he took advantage of the launch of his latest smartphone, Pixel 8, to comment that, thanks to the Tensor G3 platform, the assistant would offer more natural conversations and that it would arrive "soon" to Bard.This has been advanced by the Android expert AssembleDebug, who has indicated that the Assistant will allow you to choose the option with Bard or the classic one from the Settings section of the Google application.

 

   Initially, Wizard with Bard offers many more options than the current version, combining its original functions with the generative capabilities of Bard. In this way, it allows interaction with images, in addition to supporting voice and text.

 

   At the moment Google has not established a specific date for the implementation of Bard in the Assistant, so it is expected that it will make the corresponding betas available to testers to carry out checks prior to its official launch.
