In 2016, the competition became wildly po[CENSORED]r, and would become the most important in South America, in addition to being the birthplace of many emerging artists from the Argentine trap scene. After the tournament ended on November 11, 2017 with an event at the Malvinas Argentinas Microstadium, Acosta, under the pseudonym YSY A, decided to launch his musical career. In 2018, he was part of the supergroup "Modo Diablo", along with rappers Duki and Neo Pistea, which po[CENSORED]rized the trap genre in Argentina thanks to their singles "Quavo" and "Trap N' Export", and on 11 November of that same year he released his debut studio album, Antezana 247, which had a great reception from the public and critics. On November 11, 2019, he released his second studio album, Hecho a Mano. In 2020 he released a series of singles under the name #YSYA2020, of which "Silbando" and "Un Flow de Infarto" added millions of views on YouTube, and he released his first EP, Mordiendo El Bozal. On November 11, 2021, he released his third studio album, Trap de Verdad, under his own record label, Sponsor Dio$. A year later, on the same date, he released his fourth studio album, YSYSMO, which became his most commercially successful album, having the biggest debut on the charts despite not having singles or collaborations.
