Q. And what is your relationship with your former teammates like? For example, is it easier with someone like Bryan who you already met as a player than with someone new like Boyé?

A. It's a bit strange because you go from being with them as teammates in the locker room to having another role. From naturalness because I know the majority and they know me, because day to day they get along well. In the end, the new ones who have come also see the relationship I have with the others and perhaps it is a little closer than with other members of the coaching staff because of what I have lived with them. Tips? That goes a little more with the character of the player. For example, Torrente, who is a boy who is very receptive, who always wants to improve, learn, restless, who is always asking questions. You try to help young people especially from experience.
